I originally bought a Groupon for full highlights, deep conditioning, cut and style. I was really nervous going in because I've had a few bad experiences in the past and my roots had grown in orange from a previously done base break. However, Audrey is seriously a miracle worker. She was able to fix the orange and I left the salon looking and feeling better than ever. A few weeks after that I went in again to get my roots colored and a cut and I can honestly say that I have found my permanent hairdresser. She takes her time, she gives you her full attention, her products are amazing, and she is super sweet and personable. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but I had a horrible first impression so even though the actual service earned the 3 stars, I couldn't bring myself to get past the initial reaction. I had called ahead to ask the difference between the default facial and the European facial. The lady who took my call explained that the European is more in depth and has more extractions. I also asked if I should purchase the available Groupon offer or will they honor the Groupon price which I know some business prefer so they don't get charged the Groupon fee. She said to go ahead and purchase the Groupon so I did that and called the business back to schedule my appointment. It was on a Friday at 6 pm. I never received a call the day before to confirm my appt so I assumed that everything was fine. I showed up 10 minutes before to fill out paperwork and when I arrived, there was a hairdresser and his client. No one else. Since I was early, he and I both figured that the facial aesthetician was just going to arrive soon. Then 6 o clock rolled around.... No show. I didn't know who was doing my facial so the hairdresser called the owner, Audrey, and asked what was happening. She got on the phone with me and there was no appt scheduled today. She had nothing in her book. She apologized profusely and said she had no idea. Must've been a staff member... She suggested I come back another day but I had already set aside time today just for this and cleared my schedule so I said I'd wait. She said it'd take 30 mins to turn back around and come back to the salon. Finally Audrey came and did my facial. She was super sweet.The facial itself was different than any I've ever had. She doesn't use a steamer, says it usually harbors mold and bacteria. She uses a hot towel to open your pores. She also use jojoba oil to cleanse. Then she does a chemical peel. Everything seemed natural. I loved the mango mask she used. Then she went to town on extractions. She spent most of her time digging through the gunk in my pores. She used an extraction tool but also her hands, which weirded me out a bit. She had gloves and used paper towels but I was very nervous than she'd tear skin or leave scarring.... She said that her expertise was using her hands so I trusted her. She sealed the cleansing with a tea tree oil and salicylic acid blend. Overall I think the results from the facial are good. DO NOT STEP FOOT IN HERE AND HAVE YOUR HAIR DONE BY AUDREY! Mine and my friend's hair are both having major breakage and keeps falling out. The day of service she took 8 hours to do both of our hairs (highlight and barely a trim). When I told her my hair was too yellow, she added silver to it! What, why would I want to look older I'm only 39! She said she would make it right if it didn't "subside" in a couple days and that she would call me one day later. Did she? No, I had to call her. I told her to send me a refund immediately so I could get it fixed, I did not want her to ever touch my hair again. Why couldn't she just refund my credit card or me dispute it? Well, her cc machine wouldn't work. She comes across as a very nice woman, but she had me fooled. She has blocked my number and says my story has changed. It never changed. I was in tears when leaving her place because my hair looked awful. Now not only does it look awful but it's falling out. I have put a complaint into the Dept of Business Prof Regulation. I know they will make it right, it's just a shame I have to go this route and wait for my money! Read Less

I love this place I had an absolutely wonderful time my daughters and I were able to get facials at  a very reasonable price I've used everything from proactive to prescription creams on not only my face but my daughters as well and nothing has worked. Wow! I am impressed! Audrey gave my teen daughter and myself facials... Honestly one of the best facials i've ever had.  Audrey has a great touch and massages your face during the facial. She did not try to upsell you anything. I L-O-V-E this salon! This is now my go to place for any pampering I need. I received a chemical peel, microdermabrasion, and a cleansing facial with a calming mask from Audrey and it was so amazing and relaxing! I felt so fresh and renewed afterwards. Audrey is professional and caters to my unique skins needs. I have also received a smoothing hair treatment from here and now my hair is noticeably healthier and more manageable with or with out extensions! The owner is very thoughtful and kept me laughing! The girls also helped me find an inspiration photo for a suitable haircut when I wasn't sure what to do with my long curly hair in this humidity.
