The service is HORRIBLE ! First off they are VERY rude. I came in for a refill on my nail set that was about 3 weeks old & was told they will NOT service me unless I did a full set. They proceeded to argue & say slick remarks about my choice on getting a refill. None of my nails were broken and only 2 were fully lifting. There work is not that great so there service should be awesome but unfortunately there lacking in all departments BEWARE they no longer will receive my hard earned money! Very Overpriced as well, WARNING: DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! P.S I wanna give this place a 0 rating , but unfortunately I can’t! I had a really amazing experience at Polished! I saw them on instagram and decided to check them out, I can tell you one thing their service is amazing. Very friendly I came on really un busy moment and I was attended right away. They are usually busy but I love coming on my week days. I always come in as a walk in and they always accomodate me . Got a beautiful design and was in love with my nails, however, I got them on for a week (Acrylic nails with gel topcoat and jewels), spent $90 on them, and they mess up within 3 days of me having them on! I had nice jewels on some nails, now they’re naked! And then 4 days later, a whole nail falls off. I don’t do much to require them to fall off so fast, and other salons i go to I could last to about a month! This is ridiculous. just left this place and unfortunately I'm not pleased. Although I love my nails and the guy who did them Peter was great and friendly I felt rushed. It was overpriced. I can go to my usual place (Toi Spa) and pay a bit less and at least get a massage and some lotion. The guy that did my feet seemed like he was forced to step in. I went with a friend and I was not even seated with her after I asked. I was given a lousy excuse so I just kept my mouth shut. I am a quiet customer don't like to complain just so I don't get treated differently or even at a restaurant because I fear anyone spitting in my food. I def will not be going back. Don't listen to what they say on their IG where they say walk ins welcome...SCHEDULE your appointment or else u will get treated poorly. After a bad experience i was looking for a new salon and tried them out. I got gel and my friend got dip nails and we both loved them. The techs were very sweet and offer you something to drink and are friendly. The store is also really clean and even though my nails were damaged and thin from my previous salon I think she made them look great. We will be back for sure!! Read Less

Polished Nail Bar is a lovely establishment. My nail technician had great customer service. However, I think her gel application was a little off or maybe the polish is expired. I got my nails done yesterday (2/21/18) & today (2/22/18) my nails look like this . Initially, her work was gorgeous, a little "spotty" up close but no one is perfect. Now, I don't know what to do because it looks like pen markings all over my nails. It sucks because I leave for vacation tomorrow & this gel manicure cost $40. Read Less

The place is cute and clean but they over charge for service. I paid $90 for both my nails which where just a over lay and chrome on 4 nails all together and my feet! The paint job is on point but my nails are big square and bulky. I could’ve went to a local Chinese spot for $50 if I wanted fake cheap looking nails. My toes are a hot mess. I just felt like my presence wasn’t wanted. Everyone i showed my nails too all said that i was over charged. Smh I don’t mind blowing a whole check on my nails. Being in the beauty industry i understand a artist charging for their work if it’s up to par. but honey they better look like what i spent...but in this case they don’t! I can honestly × I have finally found my perfect nail technician in this place! DANI is the answer to my prayers!! Since moving to Broward in February, I have been in search for a decent pedicure, with a gel manicure that does not peel off in 3 days.  Dani is meticulous in her work! I suffer from ingrown toenails, and no other place in this county has had anyone who comes even close to how well she handles them for me.  She is so great that she convinced me to give a gel manicure another shot with her. Words cannot express my surprise in the time and presision that she took while applying my polish. I am 7 days in so far and not even a chip has ruined my manicure.The nail salon is great with a huge selection of colors and options. Prices are a bit higher than expected, but the satisfaction I got from my visit totally backed that up.I believe they give you a glass of wine while getting your treatment done, I am still waiting for that part of the experience, regardless I am grateful to finally have found my place!! The first time I came here I fell in love! I'm an OCD freak so watching the lady do every single little thing right had me ready to hug her! Everything was PERFECT! BUT! The second time I came in they gave me to someone else I didn't ask for. I was in a rush so I "settled" for her. WHERE DO I START??? I've never been so damn furious in my life. She was rolling her eyes as I was picking out a color. And When i asked her a question she sighed so damn loud because SHE didn't speak any English and walked away! I was making her life hard apparently. BEFORE I started with gel mani I asked another worker if she could translate to her that I wanted to try a chrome color on my nail and if I like it I'll keep it and if I don't like it I want to take it off, do you charge for that or no? She said "OF COURSE NO PROBLEM ITS FREE". After I sat down for 5 min I wanted to just get up and leave!! She's barely touching my hands with any effort! And she kept grabbing my hand and pulling it towards her AS IF IM THE PROBLEM! She didn't cut my cuticles or remove the extra skin around the nails and she told me to get up and wash my nails. UH NO. I told her do you mind cleaning my cuticles? She rolled her eyes and snatched my hand. WHILE SHES DOING MY NAILS SHES STARING OUTSIDE THE STORE! No attention whatsoever she didn't give a damn about my nails. When she put the chrome I didn't like it. I wanted a different color and she got so mad. She didn't want to take it off. I felt so betrayed! I asked another worker to explain to her what's going on. After 15min she comes back all anger and mad. Takes it off in such a harsh way honestly I gave up I was going to just call the manager but we all know they don't care if their staff behave like this. At the end my nails looked like trash and she charged me EXTRA $5 because I didn't like the color she had to take off. I asked the front desk why am I being charged $5 if I asked before hand and you said it's free. The nail tech came up to the desk yelling to the lady at the front desk in Spanish about me. Hands flying in the hair as if I did something wrong. At the end she said "the nail tech said it was a lot of work that's why she charged you that extra $5"That's when I lost it! Me- "No! I went through hell with this lady! She didn't even do my nails properly. She cannot and will not disrespect me and charge me $5 for such a horrible job! If I felt like she did and good job and made an effort to please me I'd tip her! But I'm not paying an extra $5 against my own will." She went to speak to the nail tech and she came back rushing me out with attitude! She said "okay your total is ---- swipe your card, how much will you tip?"         :O         So unprofessional. They basically harassed me to leave a tip. I can't stand you people. HERES A LITTLE ADVICE: if you have no patience to socialize with customers and satisfy them. Don't work. If you are rude and over the age 50!!! Don't work!! If you don't know how to do nails. Don't work!!!!! P.S. The nail she refused to remove completely broke the next day. Thanks! Read Less

Honestly the nail techs aren't bad but they definitely are not the best but my big issue here is their timing... Ive made appointments every single time, been on time and every single time I've had to wait at least 15 minutes. Once i even had to leave because they had me waiting 30 minutes for my appointment and i was going to be late to work.. I wish i could say I'm going to be back but its really one of my biggest pet peeves to have to wait after you make an APPOINTMENT, if you're not going to honor them just don't make them. Read Less

Since deciding to get my acrylics again, this has been my go to nail salon for the past six months. I absolutely love my nail tech Liz. She does my nails exactly how I want them every single time. I only wish that the salon had a better customer-service guarantee. I always pay extra to get Gel Polish, and it has always lasted me up to three weeks with no chips; with the exception of 1 occasion (This is in no way my nail techs fault, but rather the polish that was used that time.) The gel polish started to lift from my thumb the very next day. Since it had not lifted a completely, I simply glued it down and I wasn't going to make a big deal about it. However the following day other nails started to lift in the same manner. I called the salon on the 3rd day-after my service to complain. I was told they could not see me that day, but to come in the next day 1st thing in the morning. I showed up at 10 AM the very next day and was surprised to find some resistance from the receptionist to get my issue addressed. First she told me that I was not down for an appointment and there was nobody available to fix my nails. Then she went on to tell me it would not be a covered service since they only have a 72 hour guarantee. I was extremely frustrated with the situation, and I feel that if I had not been as persistent as I was, I would been left with "Sorry... there's nothing I can do about this." I went in for the very first time yesterday for a full Gel mani and a regular pedicure (decent prices)... and I just have to say the Tech that worked on me was absolutely incredible, so detailed and clean. I loved her so much and will recommend everyone I know to go see Carolina, its been years since I have been able to find such a meticulous tech. Talk about a perfect 10! My manicure and pedicure looked so beautiful after a trip to Polished Nail, I received a lot of compliments. They paid a lot of attention to my nails and actually catered to their health. Oh...and you can get a glass of wine with your service. They now have a new client! Read Less
