My first and last time going to this salon The women did my eyebrows and nail wasn't friendly at all.Seem annoyed when I ask her to fix two nails that wasn't coffin shape and crooked.I wish I would seen my eyebrows better before i left one of them arched and the other one isn't.Never again. I'm so sorry to write a mediocre review for them because the staff seemed really nice and friendly. I have had better manicure and pedicures. The shape of my nails looked like I did them upside down. My toenails were so short they looked like knuckles. I decided not to go back. Still, my husband was going to work out at Orange Theory next door and my daughter needed her nails done so it was convenient to go there. She came back with bloodstained nails and toes. I've come here twice now and both times my nexgen dip nails are super durable and have stayed in tact for 3+ weeks at a time. I like that the decor here is different than most other spas, it's done in a minimalist style. The service is great, everyone is very kind, and the prices are pretty competitive with other spas.Since the price is right and the quality is great, I think this will become my go-to nail place. Unfortunately, I can't give this place high marks. Nice staff and did a good job on my brow was, however,  after 5 days, half of the gel on my liquid gel with gel polish broke off. Additionally, instead of buffing by hand they use the dreaded Dremel and they use the cheese grater on the feet rather than taking time to scrub the calluses off. I am sure they would repair my nail if i went back but it's not convenient to do so. Read Less

Have been going to this salon for almost a year … I'm a nurse so usually unable to make appts because I'm never really sure what time I'll get out of work. Never had an issue with walk ins until recently, every time I go they are already full and can't fit me in. I have gone on different days and at different times. Love love love this nail salon! It is what south Florida was missing... a CUTE nail salon with a great atmosphere! They even offer you coffee or tea while your getting your services which is hard to find. I actually look forward to getting my nails done here verses feeling like it's a chore. The salon was somewhat clean the woman seemed nice enough. But they knew nothing of what they were doing and pulled bait and switch on both my pedicure and my manicure. This was the first time I ever walked out of a nail salon refusing payment. I also walked out with them halfway done. They re-Negged everything. I am furious. I used to LOVE this salon, however after the change in management over the last year and giving them so many chances, I will NOT be returning. The last five times I've made an appointment ahead of time I still had a long wait time upon arrival. There is a large range of colors to choose from but I must warn that the colors on the Gel pallets do not look the same once on and once outside of the salon. It may be the lighting inside. The staff used to be so friendly and they used to offer you a glass of wine while you were getting serviced. The service is very slow because they are typically working on multiple people at once as they overbook. There used to be a great point system where you were rewarded for being a loyal customer and used to get text messages offering discounts. Love this place! Best nail salon in pompano! After living in the area for a few months, I finally found a nail salon that was clean and that I could go to every couple of weeks. It's clean and the prices are reasonable. All of their gel colors have a matching regular color, and they have a lot of options! The staff is very friendly and they always do a really good job. First time here. I usually go to a nice place by my house but I needed a quick mAnicure one day on my lunch break and Stumbled upon this place. It was clean, the employees were welcoming and sweet, and they did a great job. Ask for Ana she was great :) HOWEVER you will not get $10 off your first visit -_- apparently that offer has expired. This is my first time at Flora de Nails. The entire staff here is patient, friendly, efficient and very thorough. Kelly did both my manicure and pedicure. I couldn't be happier with the results! I really hate to leave bad comments!!!  I think the salon and staff are VERY pleasant and efficient.  However, I've had my nails done twice there with a touch up that had to be done. I do get the " Powder/ Dip " nails done. (It's kind of a new nail fad) They come out glossy and should hold up for at LEAST 4 weeks!  They are known to be crack and chip RESISTANT and each time I have them done here they crack after 3 days!!!  Now at this time, I have 3 more nails that have broken and cracked!!  This should NOT happen!  I've been to different places and they have lasted more than 3 1/2 weeks. I kept going back because I wanted to give another chance and liked the place.  Never lost my cool and haven't asked for any money back... way too nice I think.  But... I've been going here for 10 years while it was still why not nails. Last week I called to make an appointment after a few months with my regular nail tech. He was unavailable, as he has "moved" (doubtful- ever since new management came in everyone has been leaving). I had an acrylic set put on and it's truly the most terrible of my life. The acrylic is SO THICK and the tech tore up my cuticles the day before my engagement shoot. Less than one week later, my nails are already peeling up, look like they need a fill, and multiple people have commented on how bad they look. With the price increase and the terrible services I received this last time, I have to say I won't be returning. This makes me so sad as this salon has been part of my life for a decade. Read Less

Came here for the second time for a pedicure and leg waxing, the pedi was wonderful Ana did my feet, however the location is not equipped for body waxing. Ana was wonderful and she tried her best to wax my hairy legs but without the correct equipment we spent more time than necessary just doing half of my legs. I will be going back to Ana for my pedi. Unfortunately I will continue to use a waxing only location for my waxing! Read Less

I've been coming here for years never had to much of an issue with the services I've received until this last time. The lady who did my pedicure rushed through it she barely rubbed my feet during the massage. And the Polish chipped 2 days later. I will try one more time but with April or Ivan or angel nobody else. Momo did my individual cluster eyelashes today and It doesn't feel like I have anything on. Very lightweight. Her technique to apply the clusters under my natural lashes seemed a little odd but they actually do not bother me at all. She prefers this method for a more natural look which hides the glue look. I guess it bugs me because I can see it but apparently no one else does so that's good. The application requires you to keep your eyes open and not blink for long periods of time which inevitably causes your eyes to water up. A tad uncomfortable but painless. These clusters are fun for a night out and to wear for a couple days but not for an extended duration. The tech really tries to make sure you are comfortable and adds clusters until you feel they are even and satisfied. Sweet lady. The place is very clean and everyone is friendly. They do not put anti-septic treatment in the foot water before you start your pedicure I had to request for them to put in the blue anti-septic pill to clean the water . When you pay for a deluxe pedicure they do not give you everything that is on the package. None of them speak much English and have a horrible bedside manner. Everyone seems to have an attitude with the younger women who come in there and treat them as if they are not going to pay so they tell you to pay first because they think you will walk out on Tip. One of the older ladies that worked there told my friend she could not go outside to smoke a cigarette because she thought she was skipping the tab. Our tab came up to almost $100 and when I gave her the hundred dollar bill I made sure not to leave a tip horrible service horrible attitudes and horrible products Read Less
