I made a last min appt here to get my nails done before going out of town. My technician was very sweet and took her time. I was asked if I was in a hurry when I arrived -- I guess they know she's a slower tech (maybe she's new?) and I like that they prepared me for that. Very clean nail salon!I arrived as a walk in about an hour before they closed on a Friday night. They were very accommodating and friendly to me. My gel manicure and pedicure came out beautiful. In my opinion it was a little on the pricey side however you get what you pay for. Excellent nail salon and reasonable prices: $54 for gel mani and regular pedi. My nails always look perfect and service is impeccable! I've had my nails done by all the girls and they are all excellent; Aleysia is my "regular" now (she did my wedding mani/ pedi!), she is meticulous and always does an amazing job! Maggie, the manager, always goes out of her way to make sure I'm happy. I had a great experience here the other day! It seems my never ending quest for a decent local nail salon has ended! Easy location just off Griffin Rd, I came in without an appointment and was seated immediately. This salon is immaculate, with a beautiful decor and newer massage chairs for pedicures. The nail techs are professional, and courteous. They wear masks and make sure everything is to your optimal comfort level. They do not speak to each other in foreign languages, the experience is very calm and peaceful - almost Zen like. All the tools are sanitized. I just left this nail salon. I came in for a full set of acrylic nails.  The lady came out from the back to do my nails. I told her I wanted a full set of nails with a french.  She pulls out white tips. I said no the polish because I like to change my polish. Then, she asked gel powder or acrylic powder?.  When she put the tips on she didn't ask me what shape I like but she did ask the length.  Before applying the acrylic she put something on my nail plate that look like clear polish instead of nail primer.  My French polish was horrible. It was thick and uneven. Not to mention my nails were all filed uneven.  So, I came home and removed the polish and I be doggone if my pinky nail didn't come off. I'm in town for work and I went to Nail Lux in Fort Lauderdale and it was a disaster and I luckily found this place on Yelp! I was super nervous Bc of my previous experience, but this place did not disappoint. I originally was scheduled to get my nails done by Maggie, but she was busy so I had Cassandra who is new and SHE WAS GREAT! She had a great personality and did a great job! The man that did my powder dip manicure cut 6 of my 10 cuticles with the power tool and caused them to bleed.  They were red and sore for several days. I needed to apply triple ointment at home, to avoid infection.  The Salon has a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere and the manager was very nice.  They deserve 5 stars but the man that did my nails gets None! Very happy with Alesya. I had a gel mani and pedi and Alesya was so perfect on my red polish that she did not leave on spot on my skin. Her pedicure was thorough and not aggressive (meaning she did not dig to deep which no one should do EVER). Last time i was in the salon it was under the old owner and all the techs are too aggressive. Niw new owner, with pedicure stations that have disposable liners. Also many colors choose from. Lisa is phenomenal! I came in this morning for the first time for an acrylic fill with gel polish and I have never been more satisfied from a service from any nail salon I've ever been to. Lisa even found the perfect purple I had in mind when the color I chose didn't apply like the gel sample. It is so important to have a nail tech who is willing to help you and an establishment that is clean, organized and efficient in every possible way. I had no pain whatsoever and she did a very quick but at the same time, very efficient job. I was in and out the door in 45 minutes! (It usually takes me 90 minutes at other nail salons) I get long, coffin nails and she painted every single corner without me even having to ask for her to touch up any spots! I definitely will be returning for Lisa! And with the competitive prices they offer, there's plenty extra for you to show your appreciation! $! It was only 32$ for my acrylic fill with gel polish! Got a pedicure yesterday afternoon "trying out new places" that are closer to our new house. Very pleases we tried this salon. The atmosphere was very soothing and relaxing. Our two technician (Alesya & Martha) were such a pleasure. Both were conversational but not "chatty". Now for my feet and toes......AWESOME! The deluxe pedicure left my feet feeling like a million bucks! The polish was applied impeccable and I'll update my review after time has passed regarding durability. The only negative I can express for the place, is the entrance to the shopping center is not well marked. We passed it and that section of Griffin Rd is difficult to turn around in. I've been a customer at Dania Nails & Spa for a little over a year now and I love the remodel. I'm always greeted with a warm hello when I walk in the door. I always do a pedi and a gel manicure and my fingers and toes always have to match but sometimes I tend to ask for some crazy colors, certain sports themes etc, and they always make it work and have matching colors. My nail tech Alesya is always patient with me and just rolls with the punches of my craziness.  Shes as meticulous as I am and won't let me walk out the door if it's not perfect.  Before I moved to Broward 7 years ago, I lived in a small town and the same person did my nails for years and years so I was quite spoiled and I guess a bit demanding. I finally feel that I have found a place, and specifically a nail tech, that meets the expectations that I have and always leaves me feeling fantastic when I walk out the door. This has become my regular nail salon because it's reasonably priced and very clean.I've had gel nails and regular pedicures, and both have lasted weeks after my visit. So I heard this nail spa was under new management so I had to try it out.It's in a smal strip mall just blocks away from home.I walked in and was welcomed with a big hello and can I help you. I was told to write my name down and pick a color. They took me right away the place was not that busy then.First thing I noticed is that there was no smell from the chemicals from the acrylic nails. That in itself is so awesome since I can't take the smell it's so strong.I was so impressed with cleanliness of the spa they had remodeled it from the previous owners. They now use a plastic wrap around the pedicure bowls so you can be unsured the bowls are clean ( they look shower caps).  Everyone gets a new shower cap for their pedicure chair.  All the products are naturel and they use Nu Skin which is an awesome product. They throw away or give you the nail file and buffer and any other item that can't be sterilized.  The prices are very fair for using these up scale products.I had a spa pedicure and manicure and I'm so happy with both. The owner Tommy always welcomes each guest with a warm greeting and a large smile. It is obvious that he really cares about his business and of course his customers.The salon offers all the latest trends in nails from plain manicures, tips, pink and whites, gel, and shellac.  Each manicurist is professional, fast, and does a reslly great job. Absolute WORST nails experience I have ever, ever had!I drove all the way from Miami to Dania Beach to Dania Nails, and this was the absolute WORST nails experience I have ever, ever had! This was the first time trying Dania Nails, and it's definitely my last. Never again!!! My pink & white nails were completely messed up and had to have them removed the next day! To add insult to injury, they refused to refund. As a result, I've submitted a claim to the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint to the Board of Cosmetology for the Florida Dept. of Business & Professional Regulation Health citing all I had both experienced and endured. What a waste of time, effort, gas and money by an incompetent husband and wife team who do not have the proper equipment to run a sanitary nail salon, and lack the proper cosmetology education and nail experience to successfully do a service such as pink & white.
