Owner is a nice man... that doesn't listen to clients, staff or anyone. He hasn't a clue how to run this type of business and it's sad. Do NOT go to get waxed and he got rid of good quality nail supplies. Garbage will pop right off and look disgusting. Save your money and your time.

Probably the worst pedicure I've ever received. Sloppy, rude, and poorly run. They keep telling everyone they're booked, and we're the only two people in here. During the pedicure we never even received a foot massage, and that's most of why I even get a massage. It's unprofessional, poorly kept, and the pedicure is incredibly subpar. I now know there's a reason why there's no one in here, and every other place is packed.

I have been to this salon three or four times in the past few months. A friend highly recommended this salon. I felt I should go to the salon a few times to give a fair assessment. Each time I have been there I have felt I was being pressured to add more salon services. Today old nail gel polish was applied and there are air bubbles under the color. The techs seem to sit around a lot and text on their phones. I didn't enjoy being there and I won't be returning.

I just love coming to this salon. The atmosphere is very positive and pleasing. The best part is the fantastic pedicures I get from Joseph. He truly knows what he is doing. Especially if you have really bad ingrown toe nails like me. I was also able to talk my husband in to coming with me to get a pedicure one time. He loved it! And was mad with me because I went without him today! This is just a great salon to come to. Thanks guys!

Bamboo is my regular nail salon. They are a full service salon. I have never had a bad experience with them. Any issues are quickly resolved and the owner really cares about his customers so he is quick to work with you to make sure you leave 100% satisfied every single time. The nail techs are always very gentle and they are top notch at nail art.

Enjoyed my visit to Bamboo Garden and the excellent service by Justin! Opted to try the gel mani/pedi for the first time. $80 for a deluxe gel mani/pedi with design and French tip nails. Was surprised at how pricey my visit was but am looking forward to see how long it really lasts~if it does it will be worth it!I must say that they could use a little updating. The chairs have seen better days but was pleased to see the cleanliness and the happiness of the staff. Am looking forward to another visit for massage & facial and lashes...my friends say it is the best around

Have been coming here before the new management and after. The pedicure massages were longer, at least 10-15 minutes per leg...twice now the massage has been 10 minutes for both legs. Hoping this is...
Have been coming here before the new management and after. The pedicure massages were longer, at least 10-15 minutes per leg...twice now the massage has been 10 minutes for both legs. Hoping this is just a fluke and not the new norm. The massage is the best part of the pedicure. I have tried a lot of places and my sister, mom and I found Bamboo Garden to be the best. also if I am a walk-in and my pedicure has already started and someone with an appointment walks in the person already doing my pedicure should not hurry with me to start another client. Whether it is their appointment or not.

I went to Bamboo Garden for a neuro muscular therapy massage. Michael took his time to understand the history behind my lower back pain. As he worked on my lower back he explained what he was doing, what he believed to be the issue and always checked to make sure the therapy was tolerable (consider my lower back pain issue). A class act establishment and I will most certainly frequent here again. Highly recommended!!

I've searched high and low for the perfect massage therapist. Owner Michael is THE BEST. Applies exactly the pressure you want/need and is so knowledgeable about the medical aspect of massage, but also makes you feel pampered. I thank my lucky stars I found him and Bamboo Garden Salon!!!

Owner is a nice man... that doesn't listen to clients, staff or anyone. He hasn't a clue how to run this type of business and it's sad. Do NOT go to get waxed and he got rid of good quality nail supplies. Garbage will pop right off and look disgusting. Save your money and your time.

Probably the worst pedicure I've ever received. Sloppy, rude, and poorly run. They keep telling everyone they're booked, and we're the only two people in here. I just love coming to this salon. The atmosphere is very positive and pleasing. The best part is the fantastic pedicures I get from Joseph. He truly knows what he is doing. Especially if you have really bad ingrown toe nails like me. I was also able to talk my husband in to coming with me to get a pedicure one time. He loved it! Any issues are quickly resolved and the owner really cares about his customers so he is quick to work with you to make sure you leave 100% satisfied every single time.
