Absolutely horrible! If I could give zero stars I would. I have been before and had good pedicures, so I went in for dip nails. It looked like a kindergartner did my nails. I had glops of paint everywhere and spots with no paint. My nails were literally crooked, and I have cuts in my nails from him over filing. I showed the manager and he tried to fix them. They were not a lot better! However, they still charged me full price after two hours and my disgusting nails. I’m having to go back today to another salon to fix. I have been coming to LV for over 10 years. They are always so personal, kind, and do an amazing job. I have come for pedicures and manicures for all the special events in my life (high school, college, and beyond). They are always trying to work their clients (who are like family) in along with spending quality time on each individual! Highly recommend! Read Less

I love this place! I always ask for Ken. He’s the owner and always does an amazing job on my nails. I’m picky about getting the color evenly over my whole nail, and he never complains about that. I also love the way he shapes my nails exactly how I ask. I’ll always go here when I’m in this area! I even brought my 4 stepdaughters in all at once with no appointment and no wait the first time I visited. They have plenty of staff, and it made me so comfortable to come again and again. Read Less

Did not like my "gel powder overlay" my nails looked like jelly beans, super thick and it took me 3 hours at home to soak them off! After I got most of it off there was excess stuck to the sides of my nail bed and if I tried to remove it my skin would bleed. I also had my lip waxed there, which was really irritated when I left but the next day my skin was broke out. All of this and it cost me $70, and I had to go somewhere else to get the gel powder completely off, NEVER EVER AGAIN! Read Less

First off I would like to say that I am new to this area. I just moved here and if I could give this place zero stars I would. First of all, my nails are crooked, uneven and not the same length, I asked for almond and they are coffin shaped. If I could give 0 stars I would!  I'm not from the area but I needed a place to get a pedicure for myself, the bride, my maid of honor, my sister & my flower girl.  They cut my sister's heel horribly with the foot scraper because it had s very sharp edge & they weren't paying attention!  Then to top it off they weren't even going to do anything until we said something and then it was only to offer a $10 discount.  TERRIBLE!!!! This was my favorite nail salon before we moved to Hawaii. We were in town visiting family and ken managed to squeeze me in- my nails look great! The skin is a little sore on one finger but I haven't had acrylics done in almost 4 years, so that could be it. Read Less

Pedicures are good except for the oil. I had Ken do my pink and white two different times. The second time he burned through my nail bed on two fingers with the dremel. I was almost in tears. I will not go back. Read Less

We visited during a recent trip to Florida based on a friend's recommendation and were, unfortunately, not impressed. My mom and I splurged for the $35 executive pedicure (which is more than I had anticipated given the area and what was included in the package) because it's only slightly more than the regular pedicure. The executive pedicure consisted of a lackluster calf massage (no foot massage), a warm wrap, and painting my nails. The nail technicians were incredibly sweet, but that's really all this salon has to offer. Read Less

I did not like the multiple experiences I had at this nail salon.  In a small town, it's difficult to find a nail salon that you like. So, I tried going back to this one multiple times. However each time I went I was never satisfied. I was told the wait would only be ten minutes and it was always more. The nail tech that did my mom's manicure cut her cuticles to the point where they were bleeding. I wanted an acrylic fill, but the nail tech I went to insisted on pink and whites. I told her no, but she did them anyway! Clearly she was not interested in what I wanted. She was more interested on how much money she could make from me.  I didn't like her attitude either. I stopped in today for an eyebrow waxing.I was seen right away and the gentleman spent a lot of time (but not in a creepy way) making sure that he didn't leave any stragglers.It's was super cheap - $8 plus tip.I've been here before and I'll continue to go back because the wait is never long, the price is right and they are really convenient.The only thing I don't like is if you pay with a credit card you can't tip on your card.  Make sure you have a few bucks with you so you can show them some love.
