I really enjoy going to this location. The location itself was convenient. The store itself was clean, and beautiful. The environment was very relaxing, which was what I needed. I had the pleasure of having Bill as the individual to do my manicure and pedicure. He was great! His stories of Vietnam, the war and his life is amazing. Do ask about it! It's incredible. Absolutely amazing! Collin is fantastic at not just doing manicures, but making you feel comfortable, as well. He's an amazing conversationalist! Nivea is phenomenal with her pedicures! She's extremely thorough and ensures that you get the best experience possible! I can't wait to try out her massages! She was a supervising nurse in an ER in Brazil, so I can only imagine how meticulous she'll be as a massage therapist! Most importantly, this nail salon is SANITARY!!! The pedicure basins are covered with liners, so that each pedicure is never cross contaminated from another client. Great place! Lovely music and atmosphere, the workers definitely know what they are doing. My mom and I came for mani/pedis. The only complaint is that my manicurist didn't wait 30-90 sec. after polishing with gel on my nails for my nails to dry in the light. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... The guy that did my pedicure didn't speak 3 words, he scrubbed the salt or scrub to the point of pain and did a horrible job painting my nails. I was going to get the french thank god I changed my mind. Half of my toe nails have no nail polish and the other half is on my skin. The only nail that looks decent is my big toe. Make sure you book and go to the correct business, because they are so outstanding there is a business in San Carlos Park that is doing business under there name to try to steal your business, just not right because they work very hard on the beautiful. This Nail Salon, is OUTSTANDING,   what ever you do, don't not mistake this original very classy and professional staffed business  for a fake competitor down the street in San Carlos Park that stole/uses their name.      THE POLISHED NAILS & SPA next to Pelican Sound in the mall with ABC liquor and Jimmy Johns is the ONLY PLACE TO GO.  I am a full time resident and have been going to this salon for some time, this staff truly cares about YOU as a customer, the work of all staff is outstanding. The business is warm, inviting and so cheerful, beautifully kept clean and immaculate.  The cleanliness is very important to all of us who have manicure and pedicure on a regular basis. We came here because the reviews were excellent. The employee's we all very nice but the quality of work was shoddy. The foot bath was tepid & lasted no more than 30 secs. The jets were not working on mine. We paid for callus remover & got one swipe with an emery board. My nails were barely trimmed & a crack on one nail was not filed. He did not even put the last coat of clear over the painted nails. Terrible job. Going to go & have them redone tomorrow at a quality salon. Read Less

I enjoyed it here. Loved the ambience. The decor was nice. Music and staff were great. I loved the parafin wax during the euro spa pedi. Amazing. They didn't just put your heel in. They submerge the whole foot. Very nice. The only thing I did not like was my person had on latex gloves. Some employees were. Some were not. I did not like the feel of a mani pedi with gloves on. I personally don't want to make an employee not where gloves if they really want to. But when you check in, the front desk should ask the customer what they prefer. Walked in today to get a mani and pedi.  I know, 5 days before Christmas.  What was I thinking??!!!  But no problem, I got right in.  The owner actually apologized to me for having two people work on me at one time because they were so busy.  Actually, I loved the quick service.  The salon is very clean and the classical music is a nice touch.  Tammy did the mani and Lee did the pedi.  Both were amazing!  Everyone was super friendly and professional.  I had to question the price because I could not believe $47 for both a mani and pedi including a little Christmas design on my mani.  Only regret is that I am only here for 6 months a year an can not take this salon back home with me!  Merry Christmas to the amazing staff and very special owner! Excellent service, extremely clean, professional and friendly. I have been coming in and out of Florida for the last 2 years visiting from England. I have tried a lot of nail salons to find one that can match up to the standard and quality of the girls that do my nails in the UK, and I finally found it! Vanna is friendly, professional and very efficient. The spa and nail area is immaculate and this can not be said for all nail salons around Naples - the staff all wear a uniform and I noted the girls doing the pedicures wear gloves. The work stations are clean and organized and the polishes are all of excellent quality and the equipment used is clean and well maintained. This is a bright, clean salon with a professional feel. They are slightly more expensive than a lot of the salons but having experienced the others I guess it's a case of you get what you pay for. We were in town and went based on yelp reviews and couldn't be more pleased. I booked a double mani pedi and let them know I had an appointment after our service and the got us in and out on time but didn't rush, I'm confident we got the full experience. The salon is incredibly clean with a very friendly staff. The staff helped me pick my color, which I loved, and did a great job communicating on the length and shape of my nails. First off, I use Yelp for a lot of research. I rarely post a review (unfortunately) usually because I either have mediocre service or don't have time. Well I Yelped Polished Nails and I am so glad I did, needless to say, a review is MANDATORY after the experience I had. I just moved down the road and I thought, well after moving all week my hands definitely deserve a refresh. So I arrived at the salon around 6ish and it looked closed. Vanna, a lovely young lady and also the owner, chased me down the sidewalk and asked what service I needed. I thought they were closing early (holiday weekend) so I told her I was in desperate need for a pink and white fill but I understand if she couldn't accommodate because it does take time to do. She immediately ushered me in and said "you're already here! Give me a few moments." I couldn't thank her enough and she made me feel so comfortable and we chatted the entire time. I made a comment that I would definitely need to return for a pedicure next week and during my service, she just said "I'll give you a pedicure too after your nails," mind you this is well after closing time. You never find service so warm and gracious anymore. Truly refreshing. The best part was Vanna took her time, she asked me questions about my personal nail preferences throughout and made sure it was exactly what I wanted, instead of rushing me out the door. Not your typical strip mall nail salon! The Polished Nails is AMAZING! Upon entering you will notice how clean the spa is and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The upkeep of the furnishings is immaculate and the decor is serene. Classical music fills the air instead of TV's playing crummy over-the-air daytime dramas. I never once had the feeling that the technicians were gossiping like you do at some other establishments. The entire staff seemed very friendly.I had a pedicure done and it was, by far, the best pedicure experience I've ever had. The gal was so gentle and did such a wonderful job. I typically get a pedicure every other month and am very familiar with the "chop shops" and the quality of service they provide. The Polished Nails is anything but a "chop shop." Their prices are what you would expect from any other 'nails' establishment but the experience is out of this world. I highly recommend this spa and I will be returning in the future! Read Less
