Why I have not heard of this salon before, I don't know, but this is my new go to!!! I am super picky with my nails, as simple as it may seem, not everyone can do coffin shape the right way and not all salons file your nail correctly. This is truly a hidden gem. I called on Christmas Eve and asked if they were open.  The person who answered made a snide remark that they wouldn't have answered the phone had they not been open.  I then made an appointment to come in after 2:00 as she instructed me and so I showed up at 2:13pm.  I had walked 2 hours from my hotel on town center since I had no car and was traveling.  The place was closed and completely dark.  I wish she would have just said they were closed instead of saying they had time available after 2:00pm.  Very bad customer service.  I'm glad I didn't give them my business. I’ve been going to this salon for months and never had a problem until early September. I came in and a new girl I’d never seen before (I believe her name is lee but I may be wrong) did my gel manicure and told me my nails were “horrible and I shouldn’t get them done for awhile” after telling me that she proceeded to do my gel manicure and just didn’t put the top coat on and when I kindly told her she forgot she snaps at me and said “yes I definitely did.” My nails were dull and looked horrible due to no top coat. After going back a month later to give my horrible nails a break, I had just sat down in the pedicure chair when the same rude girl gets a call and scheduled an appointment for that day. When the person who was doing my pedicure sat down and started on me she looks at him and goes “you need to hurry because now you have an appointment” how can you hurry a gel manicure and pedicure and I was there first. Later on in my appointment someone else called for an appointment and the girl rudely told them she didn’t have time for them and when she hung up she said “they said they’re gonna go somewhere else, lol they should” she was so nasty and I will not be bringing my business there anymore Read Less

Walked-in around 2pm on a Monday.  Had to wait about 10 minutes, no big deal.  Salon appeared clean and the chairs are comfy.  Pedicure was average - some color on my toes outside of my nail, and pinky toes not fully painted. The massage was decent, reasonably priced, not much in the way of loofah.  Nothing overwhelming and based on the service, am glad that I didn't pay more for any of the up-charged extras. I went with the $28 Spa pedicure - not sure it was any better than the $25.  I smeared my polish putting my shoes back on because I didn't want to stick around and wait for them to dry.  My nail-tech didn't spray on the drying agent or fan them at all.  Probably wouldn't go back. Disappointing experience. I travel frequently and have to find local nail firms on a regular basis. This salon had good reviews so I thought I would try it. I brought a friend who had never had a manicure. This whole experience was horrible. The technicians rushed us through the process. Fifteen minutes in total.  I personally was cut at the cuticle and no "I am sorry". NothIng. Plus they charged an extra $5 for a "shinny  buff".   Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away. Read Less

Great service and I was a walk in . Much better than some other nail salons I have gone to nearby. I loved the ambiance of this place , very relaxing . Clean and the chairs are great! I highly recommend - it is in a strip of shops in the same corner as Lowes. Read Less

Love this salon, everyone is so nice and friendly. Stephen the owner is great along with his staff. Always clean! Able to fit you in if they can. Most pedi comes with hot stones and warm towels. Once I needed a correction and I called they fixed it right away, training was given to the staff member. Which to me, was great because containing education is very important (as professional myself). Best place around Estero. P.S. Did I mention they do facials.Read Less

After weeks of neglecting my feet I ended up at nail colors on a Sunday Morning.  I purchased the signature spa pedicure with hot stone and it was much needed. Ann the nail tech was quiet but really professional and I would probably go back to her again because I like to relax when I get my nails done or have a massage.   This place also offers facials that I will like to come back and try one day.
