Went to Elite Nails this morning. The man that did my nails was VERY rough. He was not at all friendly but the women that were working with other customers seemed to be friendly and accommodating. ...
Went to Elite Nails this morning. The man that did my nails was VERY rough. He was not at all friendly but the women that were working with other customers seemed to be friendly and accommodating. I will take my business back to Ft.Myers ... just wanted to try something closer to residence.

I had a male nail tech, and he was rough, rude, and tried to go so fast that he just chopped away when trimming the skin around my nails, injuring me pretty badly. When I pointed it out he had no reaction whatsoever. Not very clean. The water in the pedicure bowl was cold and dirty. Very bad experience overall. Not worth your time or money.

Not awful. Not great. Went in for a polish change right when they opened while getting my car fixed and felt like I was a burden. The man was rough with my feet and what should have been a ten minute service turned into a 25 minute service because he kept pausing to talk to his co workers.

NEVER GO THERE!!! This place always is empty and should be empty without customers! Now I understand why!!! Not because it's a new place! Because: 1.They don't know what does it mean service! 2. They can't make manicure, they see nothing even in glasses!!! 3.They are very rude in talking and rough in a style they work. 4.They do how they want and don't listen customer's wishes/opinions/inputs. One word - HORRIBLE!!!

I came with my partner, mother, and grandmother to celebrate my grandmother's 80th birthday. This was a wonderful experience and the mani/pedi combo left all of us feeling relaxed and refreshed. They did an excellent job on both our hands and feet, plus the foot/lower leg massage was a very soothing extra. I highly recommend this salon.

Elite nails was a great experience for me and my friend. The staff were super friendly and provided with stylish new set of nails, diffidently coming back here again.

Went to Elite Nails this morning. The man that did my nails was VERY rough. He was not at all friendly but the women that were working with other customers seemed to be friendly and accommodating. I will take my business back to Ft.Myers ... just wanted to try something closer to residence.

I had a male nail tech, and he was rough, rude, and tried to go so fast that he just chopped away when trimming the skin around my nails, injuring me pretty badly. When I pointed it out he had no reaction whatsoever. Not very clean. The water in the pedicure bowl was cold and dirty. Very bad experience overall. Not worth your time or money.

I came with my partner, mother, and grandmother to celebrate my grandmother's 80th birthday. This was a wonderful experience and the mani/pedi combo left all of us feeling relaxed and refreshed. They did an excellent job on both our hands and feet, plus the foot/lower leg massage was a very soothing extra. I highly recommend this salon.
