I am not going back to that salon. I asked for a pedicure and as soon as I picked the regular and not the more $$ deluxe service, the person pretty much did the bare minimum - I did not even get top code on my nail polish. The water was super hot, and I had to ask another employee to adjust the temperature. Ones the nail technician was done, he just left and nobody came back to check on me. The salon is very well kept. Everything is clean & attractive. Pricing is good as well. The chairs you sit in for a pedicure are extremely comfortable. I enjoyed The massaging comfort.  The salon & spa staff are all very nice.  I can recommend this Nail Salon & Spa. I don't know the name of the gentleman who did my nails but I can tell that he is new to being a nail tech. It took him 2 hours to finish a full set of acrylics and he managed to cut 3 of my fingers. I am NOT happy. Not sure if I will come back. Read Less

Had an appt. there this afternoon and was wonderfully surprised.  The salon was CLEAN AND WELCOMING, THEy STERILIZE THEIR TOOLS USE A BAG IN THE BOWL( AND KNOW HOW TO USE IT) have several levels of service for the cost conscience and higher prices for those who want a treat. The staff talk to you and you feel welcomed.  I had the treat level pedicure, my legs were killing me and my feet needed attention.  Good choice for me, the pedi was like a complete vacation.  Mia was the one who gave my pedi and she was so kind.  The only complaint was they do not have any hand out to give you with the services they provide, hope they have some next time I go.  If you want great service in a clean and friendly environment make an appt. or walk in they do both. J nails is by far the best nail salon in Englewood. The customer service is always great. Every time I walk in I'm greeted by someone. Jimmy and Jenny are the most kind hearted people and they do an excellent job as well as the rest of the staff. They take their time and do a great job on your nails. I highly recommend this place! I'm a regular that's been coming in since opening. Today I can not believe the way I was treated by Jimmy. First I'll start by saying I'm 8 months pregnant and was a walk in coming in to get my nails done for a pregnancy photoshoot. Since I've been coming there hes called me "complicated Ashley" because I like detail and not "plain colored nails" I was given a hard time about my design by Jimmy as usual and left with bleeding, cut and sore fingers. I flinched at one point tel...ling him it hurt and that he was using the file to hard to which he told me "Don't fucking piss me off I'll drop this right now" then proceeded to tell me i was not aloud to watch him do my nails and I needed to keep my eyes on his solar dinosaur next to his booth. He cut me with the file on every single finger and rubbed the underneath of all my finger tips raw. He made rude comments to me the entire time and after biting my lip holding back tears trying to just finish them so i could leave, his wonderful wife (not knowing what had just transpired the last 20 mins of his filing and shaping) wiped my nails with alcohol which stung so bad I couldn't hold back the tears anymore. I left before getting my pedicure still crying and was not even apologized to for the cuts he inflicted. I've recommended this place to everybody as I work at dollar tree and constantly get complimented on my nails. No more. My old nail person moved, so I've been trying a new salon every few weeks. I came here on the advice of a colleague at work. A brilliant choice. I got an appointment the same day. I recently moved to Florida and I can say I'm pretty picky about who does my nails. I also like the really crazy nail designs. All I can say is five star service from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. Jimmy always does my nails. This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Jimmy and Jennie are the best. Jimmy is super funny and does fantastic work on your hands all while keeping you entertained. Jennie can wax your eye brows and give you the best pedicure you've ever gotten. I have been to many nail salons here in Englewood. But since I first visited J Nails, I will not go to another ever again. They always happily greet you in their pretty and clean salon. I am always impressed by the amount of staff and chairs for pedicures. The nail techs are extremely friendly and smiling all the time. I like the fact that they have many different kinds of tools and scented creams at their disposal. The gals who have given me pedicures have been extremely conscientious, and have excellent attention to detail. Just had an amazing pedicure and manicure with Kevin. I chose the gel sparkly sapphire color. I didn't realize I had a couple ingrown toenails on my big toes and he fixed them and I felt much better. My hands and feet are not only prettier, but now healthier. Kevin has an amazing attention to detail and is a very friendly and personable person.
