Had an appointment this morning with Chuck and it was nothing short of fabulous! Not only was he incredibly charming but he is incredibly talented as well. I have just moved to the Englewood area, and was in need of a haircut/style. After checking reviews I found Head Hunters. They're located in Tiffany Square, and so were easy to find for a newbie like me. I was greeted promptly and with a big smile, which set the tone for my visit (Thank you, Sam!!). My stylist, Jackie, came right up to get me (no wait in a very busy salon, color me impressed). She took the time to put me in her chair, take my purse for me, and tell me we were going to have a chat about my hair. She was very professional, but at the same time I felt as though she'd just invited me into her kitchen for coffee and scones! After the consult, she asked if I'd had my hair cut with a razor, and had it worked well for me (usually a stylist will just go at it without caring what I think). Throughout the cut she checked her work, and checked with me to make sure she was getting it to my satisfaction. She also kept up a wonderful conversation with me, proving herself to be a kind, warm, and funny individual. When all was done, and each hair was cut to both her and my final approval, I wound up with a wonderful hairstyle that was just what I had asked for. Kudos, Jackie, for an overall incredible experience!! I will absolutely be back, and as she has a full schedule, I will make sure to call for an appointment with her. Last weekend Brie at Headhunters took amazing care of my daughter Jaiden and I. Its been a week and Jaiden still can not stop saying how much she loves what Brie did to her hair. So this weekend I had Brie color my hair Ómbre style and Im in love with it!! Ive never had a hair stylist care so much about me and how I look. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon! The atmosphere is great, the ladies are wonderful!!! I went in to have Gina do my nails, and she completely met and surpassed my expectations. You see, I have short, terrible nails and don't normally have them done because tips don't work out well for me, and most nail artists in the past have declined hand sculpted on me. I went in yesterday morning expecting to have long boring hair appointment, but it was one of the best hair experiences I've had. I read all the excellent reviews and thought this would be a great place to get a hair cut. I even brought several pictures. One of the views even came from NY like I did. I would like to know the name of the person that cut your hair because I obviously didn't get her. I have long hair. I like long hair because it's easy to take care of. Florida heat & humidity I pull it up & it's out of my face & cool. That's all changed now. Basically the cutter had her own ideas. She wanted me in a Bob. I said no that I wanted long layers and no bangs.  And the pictures I showed her  reflected that view. After she basically told me I was too old, fat & ugly w/ long hair I compromised on a picture she picked out. Long layers no bangs. I got short layers and short bangs. It now looks like something from the 1980's puff hair after the Fla. humidity hit it. I have the pics. And the icing on the cake is she charged me not $37. 00 but $50.00 for a haircut only. Was in Florida on vacation and hadn't had time for a pedicure before I came.  Called on a Saturday and was able to get pedis for two. They have a great separate room for two. Nice massage chairs and their homemade sugar scrub was great!  Holly was one of the nail artists and she was very friendly and nice.  Drank a glass of wine and had a great experience. $37. Read Less

What a great find! vacationing from N.Y.C. and decided to get my hilights touched up. Head Hunters was able to get me in the same day I called. From the moment I walked in It could pass for a Manhattan Salon. The staff was fantastic and by luck I got Jessie to do my hilights which came out fantastic. Will return to this Salon on my return trips to Englewood. It will be worth the wait. NYC stylists without the NYC prices. Read Less
