I Walked in the door to a empty salon with ONE client getting a pedicure, around about 4:30 in the afternoon. There was a younger women working and a older women just sitting there staring me up and down. So, standing there for a GOOD 6 mins (Not even being greeted at this point). & MIND YOU I'm still being rudely stared at by this older women... I politely asked if there was an opening for a fill. They proceeded to talk amongst each other in another Lang. Then older women looks me up and down and says "fully booked for the night...." ........OK. You do not close until 7:30 pm... But, maybe they were booked. It was just not a good vibe at all for me. I'm a hairstylist and would never treat guests as such. Read Less

Disappointing! My daughter called a week ahead to make an appointment and they ended up cancelling because they overbooked. She wanted her hair dyed for graduation. She won't be going back. If you can't make time, don't overbook! Read Less

My daughter and granddaughter love the place the whole Staff are very Friendly and so love how Michelle does my nails and Kristen who was now also working there as a stylist I had her do my hair and I'm very pleased with it and I also recommend all the other stylists and nail tech . He was late first of all. You could tell he was trying to rush, and my nails prove that. He gave me shorter nails than I wanted, and it wasn't the design I wanted. I called afterwards and he said that he knows what he's doing, when he obviously doesn't. It has been only one week and one of my nails has already broken off. Read Less

Wish i could give a 0 star. I was there a week and a half ago and a white women Michelle I think her name was did my nails. I wanted rounded nails I got almond. I didn't mind at first but then she didn't check if they were even or didn't bother to shape them. I had weird almond shaped nails because she was in a rush because another girl who had an appointment came in. The paint job was worse. I said something about the shape and her response was "no that's the shape you asked for" WTF no I never said give me the weirdest almond shape you can lol I wanted rounded, smooth shaped nails. I usually get Tony and his sister is also really good, he was busy and sister not there so I went with this women. NEVER AGAIN!!! I still left a tip even tho I was pissed leaving there only because she said she had 2 kids. I have 6 so I guess it was more for them then her raggedy ass job on my nails.Read Less

The owner Julie did my pedicure.  She, by nature has never been a friendly person but she did a good pedicure for me in the past.  I have been a customer on & off for 4 yrs. Today was very bad and I am truly concerned for the business.  I was there early this morning when she walked in complaining loudly.  She had a high electric bill and not enough business to pay for the high bills. She yelled this at a young worker, started shutting lights off and stormed off into the back. My feet were already soaking as I sat positioned and waiting for my pedicure.  She came out and I said goodmorning. She did not acknowledge me at all. Absolutely no eye contact. I asked in a louder voice how are you?" she said  fine & you without looking up,  then walked away again.  She finally sat down WITHOUT her tools.   It was obvious she was having a bad day and her mind was elsewhere.  Without one word, she was up & down several times then at one point, she walked right out of the store. ??  Finally, I asked the young girl behind the register if I should come back another time..she didnt answer.  I should have left immediately but I politely stayed until she returned. I tried to engage her in light-hearted conversation but she did not respond.  The worse pedicure I ever had, rough, dug her nails into me, did not do the callous on the top of my left foot (only the right)  and left one nail 1/2 unpolished.  She then announced she was done then walked away.  When I pointed it out she actually said it was because of the polish I picked out. ??  She acted emotionally unstable.  Her daughter finally stepped in and redid my polish. I was afraid to address the left callous that wasnt done.  The son & daughter are always pleasant and I have always been treated well by the husband.  This isnt the 1st time the owner Julie has treated customers  poorly. I had 2 friends and a neighbor who won't go back because of the owners "moodiness".  I tolerated it because the pedicures were usually decent and I always try to support my local businesses in town.  The owner Julie has now made it impossible to return.  I am truly heartbroken over today.  If they read this, please Julie, for the sake of the business, take a long vacation or perhaps retire.  You are over-stressed and it is obvious that you do not handle this well.  You are physically hurting customers, hurting your business and hurting your family as a result.  If there are medical issues, take the time off to address them.  Your community does not want your business to fail.  Please take the neccessary steps to re-evaluate your priorities as a family run business and make the changes accordingly.  Good luck and Gods Speed Read Less

More like Hell.Worst pedicure EVER! And I've had at least a hundred.Had a pedicure there. The water was scalding, the technician was very rough, pushing my cuticles to the point of pain. Her own nails were way too long and every time she picked up one of my feet, she jabbed me with them.The exfoliation scrub was not rinsed off completely, I was rubbing it off as I walked to my car. When she put my sandal back on, she knocked off some of the polish and said nothing. Neither did I, I just wanted to run away screaming.Avoid at all costs! Read Less
