I absolutely love this spa 💕 my fourth time coming here and I couldn’t be more happier with their service. Yes, their prices are a bit high but it’s worth it! This is the only nail spa where I can book a last minute appointment. I honestly really wanted to like this place, I go to the Venetian Nail Spa over by the beach and love it! but today I went to this location and I’m honestly sadly disappointed. The lady did do a good job on my nails, I got a fill but she did cut me. She didn’t put any antiseptic on it until I said it was burning, it still is but I’ll let it go. Anyways, the most disappointing part is that I was in the chair for almost an hour and my tech didn’t say a single thing to me. Everyone around me was speaking Spanish and not once did I get acknowledged. The thing is, I actually speak Spanish and they were talking about my nails in Spanish. Not necessarily in a good way either. I felt like I was being judged for most of the time I was there and it was just off putting. When I get my hair or nails done I like to enjoy the experience not sit there and get talked about in Spanish.. they also charged me more... Kirenia is absolutely THE BEST nail technician I have ever had. I have been to different places and have been doing my nails every one or two weeks. I have finally found my nail salon in Miami! Since moving here from California, I've been on a hunt for a new salon for the past 4 months, and I'm so happy to have found Venetian! Venetian is located on the main strip at City Place, and there's plenty of parking in the parking garage. Parking is not free, and it can be challenging on weekends, but during the summer months, they offer a deal for 1.5 hours of free parking. Even when it isn't free, it isn't expensive at all.I had acrylics done with Hank, who was amazing! He was so friendly, gentle, and knew exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Hank!I also had a pedicure done with another technician, whom I did not catch her name. She was such a sweetheart and was very accommodating.The salon has plenty of technicians, pedicure chairs, and nail stations. It's very clean and very well decorated. A little disappointed went in for UV Gel refills. I talk with Roy so much that I didn't even realize he did not put the gel on my nails. He only gave me the Acrylic. I was so disappointed as I love the shine. Although he did an excellent job on my nail. I guess the real issue was that I was charge $30 for acrylic refills. I would have gladly paid $30 for gel refills because he did a great job. But I can't help feeling taken advantage of. Oh well.. P. S. I bought a friend with me also. Embarrassing. Read Less

I've used them for years when I lived in Houston was happy to see one was opened in Doral and many locations around FL. I love they offer a beverage even a glass of wine  during service. Clean and professional staff definitely worth it I've been three times since they opened. Read Less

My technician did not provided a good experience. I came here for the first time with my best friend looking to enjoy a good old mani/pedi spa day. The hostess was very nice and accommodating and the ambiance was relaxing. The technician appointed to me though seem to not be having the best of days. Seems she was not aligned with how the hostess was appointing clients and made very clear to me. She was very rough with the pedicure process and it was borderline painful. She was clearly in a hurry on my manicure and the gel did not set correctly, she was very rude to my friend when she ask if we had to do it again for it to set better. I was trying to be empathic and keep conversation going to change the mood and enjoy the day but she made it so clear that redoing the gel was annoying her that i just asked her to take it off and leave it bare. The cashier only rung up the pedi but Carmen immediately approached him and told both of us in front of all the salon that I HAD to pay the mani as well, even tho she had to take the gel off. I have no issue paying but, it was surprising she didn't even try to accommodate for the inconvenience as any other customer experience driven individual would. First time here and I really loved my experience. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a few girls at the front desk and the manager was there as well which is also the person to check us in. We arrived about 10 minutes late to our appointment since we were having trouble with parking but they took us anyway which I was relieved about!We went to choose our colors and a tech came to get us right away. The ambiance is very welcoming and relaxing. The decor is really nice and makes you feel like you're definitely somewhere more upscale than a nail shop at the mall. One of the front desk girls will come by and ask if you would like something to drink. I only had water but they also have wine, coffee, tea or sodas. The manicure took about 30-45 minutes and it was an excellent job. They massage your hands with lotion and then clean them off with a warm towel. At the end of the manicure, you're taken to another area of the salon to dry your nails and then you finally check out at the front desk. It's so hard to find a salon where they do a good job and I would definitely recommend this place! Read Less

Had a great relaxing experience. But i don't think I'll be going back. I went on Tuesday with my close friend for walk ins. The girls were super friendly and professional. They helped us relax! However, I already have a few chipped nails...mind you I did gel. I don't think it is worth cost. I rather just go back to my original manicurist and settle fornlame hand massages :/ sorry. I would rate a 5 if the gel at least lasted a week but it does not seem like it will even make it to this weekend. Huge let down. Read Less
