I am visiting the Area which I told them. First mistake. Though the nail tech who did my pedicure was very sweet. I also asked for a haircut service. My partner received a pedicure and a facial as well. The price at the end of the visit was more than I was quoted over the phone. As a salon owner myself, I am disappointed with the services provided and the customer service itself. If you’re going for a pedicure I don’t think you will be disappointed but any other service I would not recommend the salon. Read Less

I’ve been here about 3 times. All to do acrylics. The first time, nothing like I wanted too (coffin shaped). I went the second time and it was a new lady and it came out much much better. I went yesterday hoping to do my nails again with her again, but turns out she doesn’t work there anymore, so I decided to give this salon another shot. I made the appointment for 4pm, and I was there at 3:55. At 4:30, that’s when they started. The lady that did my nails looked as if it was her first time doing acrylics, but I’m not confrontational or anything, so I kept quiet. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (coffin shaped once again), and it looks NOTHING like what I showed her. It looks crooked, it looks round, it doesn’t not look like I payed $45 for. It looks extremely badly done. But I guess that’s also because the lady who was doing my nails was in such a hurry because she had another client at 5:30. Extremely disappointed. Read Less

I left ver dissatisfied. I am new in the area and looking for someone who can do my nails the way I like. The girl that did my nails lacked personality, she was more interested in looking at her phone. After I explained what I would like and ask if it was possible to do what I wanted she said yes. She cut all my nails off, I was not happy. Her response was that is the way I do it. I got up half way through. She was rude and unhelpful. I nails was finished by someone else. I think the two stars is being too nice. Both times I have been to this place I have made an appointment in advance and both times I had to wait 30min. That is beyond rude. First time I thought it was a simple mistake but I guess is a regular think to not care for an appointment made previously... The establishment looks beautiful I love the white theme they have going on. I really appreciate that they are very sanitary; I've been here twice and both times I've witnessed every person cleaning every single utensil as well as one lady going desk by desk cleaning and fixing things up. The only down side is that the actual employees could up their service. Both times I've come, I've received average treatment. During this last visit, I came in an hour before closing time and the lady that attended me showed to be displeased over having a last hour walk-in. For both occasions I did just gel manicure; the first time it began to chip a little over a week which made me go /:? so I'm giving them a second try right now. This place appears to be really professional but don't be deceived by good looks. First of all they cater to Spanish speaking clientele.  Even if you schedule your appointment in advance they never have anyone available at the time of your appointment. The staff is unprofessional and rude and most importantly; incompetent. I went in for a simple pedicure and manicure with my nieces and of course we all had to get separate treatments because they didn't have the staff available to give us our treatment at the same time. The lady who gave me my pedicure cut so deep into my cuticle that it's been two weeks and it still has not healed. She advised me to make sure I put some "yodo" on it to prevent infection (she knew she screwed up). And of course they charged me full price for the service (I don't mind paying and tipping for good service). I will probably have to take a trip to the Md if this does not heal. I waited an hour for my appointment.. I specially asked for a certain service and was told the only girl who did that wasn't available to take me. I agree with all these reviews they only treat Spanish clients with outmost respect, everyone else they will literally not look at you. Shellac is bad quality it was peeling off my nails after 3 days... They are very disorganized especially on a Saturday so don't bother walking in on a weekend. The manager knows your waiting for so long and they don't even care to advise you on wait times or even ask if you'd like something to drink while everyone else is getting attend to. The only thing about this place that is great is there hair salon! Amazing staff in there always do a great job. Won't bother doing my nails here but I will wait the "normal" wait time to get my hair done. I give the salon 5 stars but this place doesn't get more than 2. Not sorry Read Less

Not too happy. I just moved from NY to MIA and I really miss the talented Asian manicurist. They rushed my nail job and literally the next day my nail polish was bubbling, one nail was a shade lighter then the other. They didn't file them , squared or cleaned them.
