If i could give this place a (-0). FIRST no spa chair super uncomfortable as they are pushing your foot down and you cant even bend your knee it hurts, second customer service sucks beyond words super unprofessional, third my pedicure was done in 15 mins as if their was someone waiting and their wasnt which makes it even worse, fourth no massage wheres the relaxing part at, and fifth she was in a rushing me cause she wanted to get her own nails done !!! Amazing service! I definitely recommend!! I got my eyebrows done here and it was the best experience. When the lady would compliment my eyebrows, it didn't sound fake. She gave tips too! She wasn't harsh when she waxed it either!! I'm located towards the southern part of Florida but I will travel to this place to get the service again. Around homestead I gave had horrible experiences. In all honestly, which you can't tell but one eyebrow is shorter than the other thanks to the technician from a nail shop in homestead. The manicurist Geides always has a mad face and is super rude to her clients. Good nails but bad service. DO NOT GO TO HER. She screams at her clients and when she does your nails she always cuts you and the won’t heal until you see her again and she just keeps cutting you. Read Less

NO FRILLS. Cheap.So I came here for a pedicure because I desperately needed one and saw good reviews. This salon does not have spa pedicure chairs which is probably one reason why it is so cheap. They put a bucket with water under the manicure table and you soak. My technician did one foot at a time...soak, cuticle cutting, buffer feet and paint...and then switched. It's awkward because they take your foot and put on their lap. It can be uncomfortable. It also hurt a little. I hated that I didn't really get a massage. 10 seconds of gentle rubbing. WTF? That's like the best part.At least this place is clean. For a $15 pedicure, I guess I could deal if I wanted a no frills, cheap pedicure. They have a $20 Mani pedi deal which is good. I saw a guy get a Mani and he got a good massage. Guess it depends on who you have.My pedicure came out okay. Read Less

I found this place on Yelp and I've been coming every two weeks. I've only tried Scarlet and in my opinion she's the best. I do gel for hands and regular pedi. I go during my lunch break and make it just in time. The atmosphere is friendly and the place is always clean. Read Less

Since i moved to miami i was looking for a great place to do my manicure and pedicure and i definitely found it in Acqua. Since i came in fell in love with the place and my manicurist Isa is fantantastic and the customer service is beyond great. Terrible place! I don't understand the good reviews. Or maybe i was just "lucky" to get a mew person. I went on Saturday and did gel mani and pedi. My gel manicure started chipping after just three days. When she was doing my nails she was doing the first layer of the gel like whatever, she wouldn't even fill the in completely like its done. Maybe thats the reason they started chipping so soon. The pedicure was also bad. The nails were not even filed right. Just terrible and not cheap as people say. I came here during lunch break as I was needing a pedi and mani gel. The lady that assisted me was name Kelly and I was very satisfied with the job she did. The place was clean and smell fresh, the only thing I noticed is they dont have pedi chairs. They literally use buckets under the manicure table for the pedicures. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend this place to anyone! They completely half-assed taking off my gel manicure, and said the only way they would fix it was if I had gotten a manicure... They didn't even offer to smooth it out if I a couple bucks more (even though that should already be included). I had made an appointment, and they still acted like they had NO time for me... The mani/pedi was definitely worth the $20. The place looks new and very clean. They have a nice variety of nail polishes that you could choose from. The lady that was taking care of my nails was very nice. She filed and painted my nails very well. Plus, a little hand/foot massage was an extra bonus for me. However, the only problem I had was that, most of the employees only speak Spanish. If I didn't have my best friend come with me, I would had a difficult time communicating with the staff. I really enjoy coming to this place! I've been here a few times already and different ladies have taken care of my nails and they are all really good. I also had my hair cut here and she was very sweet and made sure not to leave it so short as I requested. Service over all is really good from the front desk to the technicians. Read Less
