Llevo mas de un año visitando este lugar y me encanta. El trato es genial y el ambiente es super nice. Siempre están al pendiente de que me sienta bien y esté cómoda. Si voy en las mañanas me preparan la mimosa de parcha que es mi favorita y en las tardes me tomo una copa vino o una cerveza mientras me hacen la pedicura. El trabajo es excelente y el staff es bien profesional. Me han atendido casi todas, Ruth, Carmen, Melissa, Camile, Madeline y Krystal entre otras. Todas muy buenas. Durante estos meses luego del huracán Maria ya he ido 5 veces y aún sin servicio eléctrico el servicio y las atenciones no han cambiado. Me encanta que no importa cuán ajetreada esté mi agenda siempre me atienden, no tengo que depender de una cita previa como en otros lugares. Se lo recomiendo a cualquier sin pensarlo dos veces.

I usually don't write reviews, but yesterday I had a bad experience for the first time in the year and a half or so that I've been visiting the one in Caguas. I went to get my eyebrows done and was attended by a lady with short curly hair and white scrubs, I didn't get her name but she was really rough with my face. It was really unpleasant and I'm not happy with the result either. Hopefully I'm not attended by her again. Other than that, the place is great and the staff is really friendly.

Stole my money and then erased my review! Crooks and they won't own up to it! If you don't want a negative review then give me my money back! I paid for a gift certificate here in the states and they closed down a week later and wouldn't answer any calls or messages regarding my money! I work hard for my money and don't have much of it!

I though it was not worthy the price. The nail tech talked loudly and to much to friends while doing my nails. They have products that you can buy from the family dollar and they charge for the little slippers and water, and they didn't tell me until after I used them. But the nail tec did do a pretty good job on my gel nail polish and painting my toe nails. But for the price I could have gone to Koe nail in Sanford, and got the mani and pedi free water and slippers.😏

Excellent ambiance and wonderful nail service. I got regular polish but it looked so good that people kept asking if they were gels. The mimosas are a nice addition.

They are a high scale nail salon. However, the nail tech could not give me the nail design I wanted. Nail tech needs more nail design education.

My recent visit to nailbar was okay.. The girls were friendly ( total of 3 employees, but only 1 working nail tech that day, from what I know out of the 3, only 2 are techs so if you need a service done you're waiting a LONG time waiting between the 2! ) (I love their drink menu!) but my manicure lasted all of 1 hr.. its already half way gone and my hands, a day later , now that all the oils they put on you is gone, look exactly like they did when I Walked in Definitely NOT worth $25. Most manicures cost $12-15, but anywhere that I've gone that charges 20+ provides excellent services that match the price (ex.Wax instead of hot towels). I'm not one to bark over money because If you want something you have to spend it.. but if I'm spending my hard earned money on a manicure, I expect what every other female expects, not to find that it was a complete waste of my money. On top of it all, they DON'T have a drying station or even a little fan. I had to blow my nails myself! Sorry Nailbar, never visiting again. Definitely NOT impressed

Llevo mas de un año visitando este lugar y me encanta. El trato es genial y el ambiente es super nice. Siempre están al pendiente de que me sienta bien y esté cómoda. Si voy en las mañanas me preparan la mimosa de parcha que es mi favorita y en las tardes me tomo una copa vino o una cerveza mientras me hacen la pedicura. El trabajo es excelente y el staff es bien profesional. Me han atendido casi todas, Ruth, Carmen, Melissa, Camile, Madeline y Krystal entre otras. Todas muy buenas. Durante estos meses luego del huracán Maria ya he ido 5 veces y aún sin servicio eléctrico el servicio y las atenciones no han cambiado. Me encanta que no importa cuán ajetreada esté mi agenda siempre me atienden, no tengo que depender de una cita previa como en otros lugares. Se lo recomiendo a cualquier sin pensarlo dos veces.

I usually don't write reviews, but yesterday I had a bad experience for the first time in the year and a half or so that I've been visiting the one in Caguas. I went to get my eyebrows done and was attended by a lady with short curly hair and white scrubs, I didn't get her name but she was really rough with my face. It was really unpleasant and I'm not happy with the result either. Hopefully I'm not attended by her again. Other than that, the place is great and the staff is really friendly.

I though it was not worthy the price. The nail tech talked loudly and to much to friends while doing my nails. They have products that you can buy from the family dollar and they charge for the little slippers and water, and they didn't tell me until after I used them. My recent visit to nailbar was okay..
