I had an amazing experience at this salon. It was my first time there and I was very impressed with the way I was greeted at the door and all through my services. My mother and I have been going here for a number of years and have never been disappointed. James is amazing at what he does and so is everyone else there. ***Update*** Soooo, today marks day 6 of my gel (which should last about 14) and I have lost polish on two nails! I went to the place to let them know that it did not last and showed the woman that I could literally peel the gel off and that I was told to come back if they did not last but the woman made me fill like I was crazy. She also let me know that it would be $5 to remove the gel. Needless to say I said, no thank you went to the Dollar tree next door to get 100% Acetone and nail file to do it myself. Though they were nice during my first visit I do not recommend the work. I will not ber returning. *** I went to this place for the 1st time earlier this week and I have to say it was a great experience. I have been searching for a great nail salon for nearly 2 years now and I FINALLY found it. My nail tech on the 12th of May was a guy named James (I believe). Haha, he was hilarious! Everybody here made me feel so comfortable and loved. Ashley, my best friend, recommended me here and I absolutely love it. I live in Orlando so it's a bit of a drive but it is so worth it. I've been to many places to get my nails, toes, eyebrows, etc dkne, and I'm definately NOT the type to go from one nail tech to another. I'm very picky, so when I find a a good place with a good tech, obviously I stay. I stumbled across this place when I was looking for lash extensions and they did them, not the kind you pay hundreds for but the ones more affordable. Anyway thats when I met Amanda. She place those lashes on one by one along with doing my eyebrows and when she was finished...WOW!!! PERFECT! I didnt need anything done as far as nails or toes, (just had the girl I go to do them). I was so immpressed that I went back for my nails and pedicure today. I requested Amanda and she did such a beautiful job, I felt I have to write this review. They are all very nice and it is family. My dad bought my mom and I a gift certificate for Christmas and we went to get our nails done in May. They would not accept it because the gift certificate expires 3 months after purchase. Have you ever heard of such a thing? I've been to other salons and they honor your gift certificates no matter when it was bought. Even if there was an expiration date, they could've just charged us $5 more or something. Instead it actually cost us $70 for a $35 pedicure. Totally not worth it. They've lost our business. Read Less
