They act like they are doing you a favor by giving them business. The manager is a totally ignorant personality; What happened to customer service?

My go to nail spot for Nexgen Dipping Powder for nails and pedi! Longest my nails last when done at Ultimate nails. Very relaxing massages during pedi!

highly recommend .. great service and outgoing hilarious staff .... got a gel chrome polish and a fill which turned out great ... the guy's were meticulous and did a perfect job .... look forward to ...

Nice salon, not so nice manager! I tried Ultimate Nails for NexGen. I was very clear that my nails were extremely thin and sensitive. I requested that she be very gentle with the removal, but instead she deliberately pushed down hard on the end of my nail! I asked for a thin NexGen application, even surface and angled (soft coffin) shape. Her application & buffing was very uneven and when I pointed to the obvious flaws, she actually said "there's nothing that I can do now." She seemed annoyed with me which I found to be completely unprofessional and downright rude!! When I repeatedly expressed that a couple of my nails (length) were uneven, she had the audacity to tell me that they would grind down by the time I came back. The other technicians may be good so make sure you avoid the lady with the small dog! This place is average at best. With so many options, take your money down the road.

The woman cut me while doing my pedicure and she tried to cover it up by putting a hot towel on my feet. After I showed the owner I was bleeding he still charged me. So ridiculous.

I have been to this salon twice and had great experiences both times. I think Kieu is amazing. She does great work. The salon is clean and beautiful as well.

I live right across the street from Ultimate Nails. I have been going to all different nail salons, here in Delray Beach. I was not happy with any of them. When Ultimate Nails opened up, I figured I would give them a try. Well, needless to say, I was extremly happy with all of them. They speak English, the place is immaculate, the staff is very friendly, and Sam, is a riot. I love going there to have my nails done. It's never a dull moment, and I laugh from when I walk in, until I walk out. Oh, if you are stressed, or a wine lover, they always have wine to offer you. You will not be disappointed at this Salon!!! So happy I found them.

The shop is sooooo clean and sooooooo many colors to choose from!! Even with gel polish! Lots of choices!! I wanted the mirror chrome I see all over the place now.....and what a fantastic job Kim did!! Wow!! Just a great find!! Looking forward to going back! 2 thumbs up!!! :)

Absolutely so pleased and happy with how my nails turned out reasonable pricing and very elegant! Staff was super friendly and Q does a fantastic job can't wait to come in for my next appointment!

Nice salon, not so nice manager! I tried Ultimate Nails for NexGen. I was very clear that my nails were extremely thin and sensitive. I requested that she be very gentle with the removal, but instead she deliberately pushed down hard on the end of my nail! The shop is sooooo clean and sooooooo many colors to choose from!! Even with gel polish! Lots of choices!! I wanted the mirror chrome I see all over the place now.....and what a fantastic job Kim did!! Wow!! Just a great find!! Looking forward to going back! 2 thumbs up!!! :)
