First time here and my experience was awesome!! All staff was so nice and friendly. Salon was very clean. Henry the “Nail Ninja” did an amazing job on my NexGen nails!!!! I went 3 times but will not return although the Salon is nice and clean and fashionable. Yes the owner is rude. When you arrive he screams to you with a mask! When you have hearing aides, not great. Todd once did m’y nails after owner’s wife prépared my nails with foil without a word. He then came à long, did not look at me once, not a word. My French gel manicure always looks great, very natural, unlike the globby gels of more expensive salons and spas. My manicures by CiCi lasts over 2 weeks, cuticles and everything. Owner very rude...I 've alwaysxpaid with my ATM Card and that was good for my record..So when I was charged. More than usual for the same service..and asked about it she said I was wrong and I dnt have to come back because I am wrong..and I have five months record on my bank statement showing my payments.. First of all they shouldn't be called ORGANIC NAIL BAR since nothing in that place is organic. No the nail polish is not organic just because the name of it is "natural" does not mean is organic or natural. All the soaps, scrubs, and lotions they use and sell are not organic. Second, the "BAR" part not sure why is even in there when they do not even offer you water. Lastly, the lady in the front doesn't even know the waiting time! One time I took a coupon that they sent to my house and they did not accept it because I had cut it out from the original page. Very clean and new, with the most attentive staff I've experienced at a nail salon. Organic Nail Bar is something special, and their lotions  are organic. 5+ Stars! Hands down the best experience my girlfriend and I have ever had. The manager Theresa went above and beyond the call of duty. We both had pedicures and she had nex-gen nails done...absolute best service in town. Super Friendly staff, the place is gorgeous and has an incredible smell thanks to all the natural scrubs and exfoliants...no chemical smell! While my girlfriend was finishing her nails the manager came over and rubbed down both of my arms as a bonus which was delightful. We loved the scubs so much we bought two huge ones to take home! We have grew up in the area and tried just every place around...I wont name names of the places we werent happy but I can simply tell you there is no need to look any further... you will not be disappointed. Very sanitary as well! Tub liners for the pedicures, also the pedi tools are used one time and thrown away... ensuring that every visit is cleanly and satisfying. I have been to many nail places between Palm Beach and Miami. This has been by far the best experience I have had. Friendly staff, very clean, the place is warm and welcoming. Cindy did an amazing job...she is very detailed and the massage was heavenly. I live far but it is worth the drive. Price is reasonable. They offer many great services. Read Less
