The manager was very rude on the phone. I have a 500$ GC there and every time I call the voicemail comes on, so I physically had to go in and make an appointment. Worst customer service EVER!  My husband surprised me with a massage allowing me some quiet, relaxing time (we have 2 kids under 2). I showed up at 10:45 for an 11am appointment and the door was locked. At 11am the door was still locked. At 11:20, the person who was supposed to open, Sherenna, finally showed up. She couldn't care less about the fact that I had been waiting over 20 minutes for my appointment. She unlocked the door, went to the computer and logged in, not once acknowledging me, apologizing to me, nothing. She had an attitude the entire time. I ended up cancelling because I was so turned off by this experience and also because I couldn't fathom supporting a company that doesn't respect their customers or their time. I recommend Sherenna. She does my eyelash & brow tinting. She does a fantastic job, takes extra care to not burn my eyes. Everywhere else I've gone does a rush job and end up getting the dye in my eyes. I recommend Vanthany for nails- she takes her time & does a great job. Very sweet & kind staff.Read Less

Eyebrow hack job by Lina the Manager.  First and last visit there. She waxed off both tails and then hacked up the middle of my eyebrows with scissors. I was devastated and asked for at least my money back which she refused. She is dangerous and is in the wrong profession. I would love the owner to contact me!! Read Less

Tried My Day Spa for a Spa Mani/Spa Pedi today. I've been to many places around the area and wasn't impressed here. I thought it would've been a lot better based on location.  After all this spa is in the Delray Marketplace!  While there I found it odd that during the entire 90 minutes I was back in the nail area, I was the only nail client. Pretty strange on a weekend day! My mani/pedi came out nice and the Vietnamese girl who did it was very sweet and I liked that they line their tubs with huge plastic bags. The girl at the front desk was not at all pleasant. I think when you sit in front of the door and are the first person a client sees upon entering, you should verbally welcome the client, make eye contact and SMILE, rather than scowl. Then when it's the client's time to go back for their service, I believe this same person should escort the client, especially if the client has never been there before and doesn't know their way around. Common sense, no? I guess laziness won out!  At checkout, she wasn't any better. Now it makes sense why they didn't have any clients! Next time I'll try well- rated spa where they value their clients. Oh well, at least my nails look good! They lost 3 stars for the bad customer service and I'm generously leaving 2 stars because my nails came out nice. Read Less

My Daughter went for an eyebrow threading (as she has many times) and an arm wax. Lena (the manager) did not know what she was doing. She not only hurt my daughter, she spilled wax, on her clothes, on her hair, and her nails. It was unusually painful. She was too slow, so the wax actually hardened on my daughters skin and she had to ask for help as to what to do. DO Not go here for a wax.... After I called to complain as my daughter walked into my house crying hysterically, she refused to refund any money or pay for the manicure she ruined or the dry cleaning, saying "she worked too hard". Found this place for a mani/pedi by chance after my usual place had no appointments available and just loved it! The technician was very friendly and the spa environment was very relaxing. The prices were pretty competitive for what in my opinion was better quality than others in the area. Will definitely be coming back for more mani/pedis and to try the other services as well. The entire staff are so warm and friendly. I recently moved down here from South Jersey and I own an Early Childhood Learning Center and am celebrating 20 years. My husband and I over time were able to build beautiful relationships with many staff members, however, our Director became like another daughter to us so we entrusted her with the business can watch it via remote Internet access. Our key belief in becoming successful is honesty, trust, and empowering our staff! My one big pet peeve is to always be nice to a parent no matter what circumstance! I did not give then 5 stars because the owner is not very warm! Yesterday when I gave her my debit card after receiving 3 services and just going through trauma with my Bichon Frise who if you are a pet lover, you know how we feel when our furry best friends are sick, I forgot to bring cash! The other girls always ask if I would like to leave a gratuity on the card! She did not ask and for the first time I needed to leave gratuity on card! If her eyes could roll out of her head they would have! Basically if her eyes could talk "ugh I have to run this card again which means more of a percentage charge and technician has to declare it! I tip him more than 20% and first time not cash! An owner (really)? Bad business practice! Read Less

Clean, very professional, friendly,  reasonably price, and awesome massages!My Day Spa is one of a kind!  The staff is extremely friendly and professional.  I have been going the past few times for a sports massage with Norbert.  He is just amazing!  Unlike some other sports massage that become a mix between a poor swedish and some light stretching, Norbert truly listens to and works on the areas you need work on. He truly understands the anatomy of the body (he is studying to be a Physical Therapist) and this knowledge is truly reflected in his massages.If you workout a lot or have severe aches, I highly recommend going to see Norbert. Fantastic, they have made me a true believer in taking care of yourself, since they are all awesome!! From Candace at the front desk to Lina who does my nails, eyelash extensions (yep that's right look like you are always wearing fake lashes with no upkeep other than keeping your eyes closed for an hour) and eyebrow tinting...my hydro facial is something every woman should experience, talk about taking away the fine lines and wrinkles! Even my husband comes here to get his messages he said Sage gave him the best message he has ever gotten! I realize I am glowing about this place but it's a special find...trust me! Read Less
