Horrible place since the new owners took over. They Fight with you. They yell at you. They don’t even say thank you when you pay them. They r rude when u call for appointments and then they scream at you when they screw it up. They scream their language to each other that you can’t even hear yourself think. Terrible terrible terrible. Between the loudfighting of the customers vs the staff regarding appointments that were made previously and not in the book when customer gets there as well as other issues to the fact that my new set of next gen nails broke 3 times in the first week and they had the nerve to charge me to fix the nail and then the owner yelling at me in front of all the customers, this is NOT a nail salon where I will ever return to. They do not stand behind their work and they treat customers with disrespect. Find another salon! Read Less

I'm from out of state and needed a new set of acrylic nails as mine had broken off. I hate going to new places but Jenny nails was recommended to me. John did my nails and I could not be more pleased!! He was professional, thorough and really knows his profession. This place is worth a shot and go to John if you want a great manicure!!! Read Less

A scheduling nightmare. Much confusion around appointments. Told wait would be 10 minutes after walking in, walked out 2 hours later without nails done. Owner very nasty and sarcastic! Typical nail factory chasing a dollar. Read Less
