HORRIBLE. Went here on Mother's Day, my first time getting my nails done in monrhs. Called before coming in considering the holiday. Was told to come in wasn't busy. Got there he asks can I come back another time too busy, advised him it's fine I'll wait. Mind you I had my 2 year old with me to get her nails painted. Again, he trys to get me to come back it's fine I'll wait. Another black girl comes in, says what she wants and he tells her to come back too busy, mind you 4 other ladies have walked in and started being serviced. Still, I'm waiting. When someone did come over to me she starts asking what I want and tells me to pay before the service. I've seen like 6 ladies pay before walking out! Ok, no problem. While helping my daughter pick a color THEYRE RUSHING ME TO PAY. I told the guy I don't like being rushed and she's acting like I'm going to walk out without paying. He says to me it's because it's my first time here that I pay ahead and proceeds to rush me. I pay considering my daughter is here and wants her nails polished but before I could do that, wait for it. HE TELLS ME YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE LIKE THE WALMART PLAZA, DOWN ON S WOODLAND OR YOU KNOW SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY TREAT YOU BETTER! Everything in me wanted to jump over that counter but for my daughter, I held my composure. I got my nails done which are very ugly and acrylic on my big toes that should look natural and not look so long but to no avail, THEY LOOK A MESS. All the while they were so busy and wanted me to come back, but 13 other ladies walked in after he asked the young black lady to come back another day and were serviced! Mother's Day Nail Trip Ruined. Hopefully my daughter doesn't ever remember this trip and for her bday next month will be somewhere else. My first time there he required me to pay first since i was using debit. I did it but quickly observed how he did not make the women who came in after me pay first or even ask them how they were planning to pay. I am a black woman and yes the other women were white. I really liked the way the young woman did my nails and they lasted 3 weeks. I go in today and of course there is a wait. I had no problem waiting but he told me to "just come back later", no specific time or have a seat if you'd like to wait. As I'm leaving he tells me " have a good weekend". You tell me to come back later and then have a good weekend?? I take it as don't come back. Never going back there again. Sad because she did my nails perfectly. Read Less

Crappy service! I would give zero stars if I could. I had a appointment at 12pm for 1 child and two adult pedicures. After getting there at 11:50am and still waiting after 1pm we left! Obviously appointments don't matter to them! I always go there to have my eyebrows done. After today I will NEVER go back! My 4 year old daughter was so excited to get her toes done in the teddy chair, I felt so bad telling her we were leaving without having our pedicures we been talking about all weekend. I was not spending my money with them after how we were treated today! Nails for you has better customer service then they do!!!! Oh and I understand we could not all have our toes done at the same time but to make us sit in the waiting room for OVER A HOUR instead of the chairs we reserved is BAD customer service!!!! I loved the design and environment of the salon. The gentleman at the front counter was very polite and funny. I had an over all great experience but the women who did my nails completely rushed my paint job on my full set. The nail shape was done beautifully but other then that it was a rushed paint job and the lady was rude and seemed to lack basic customer service knowledge. I’m giving 3 stars because for having to pay $30+ tip I would expect better results. I’ll be back again but to see someone else. Read Less

This was the best nail experience. They were so polite and continued to check up on everyone. My nails were done by one man who was so professional and nice. They did the most amazing job my nails are beautiful and so strong. He took his time and even gave me a discount at the end ! Read Less

I don't know where to begin. I'm on my way home from the salon without a chunk of my REAL nail, bleeding a little, and thoroughly ticked.I called at 6:15 to make an appointment for 6:45. The man on the phone asked for my name, and after I gave it to him he said ok see you at 7:45. No other info was given or received. When I got there, I was greeted by two employees who acted as if I was interrupting something and asked who I had an appointment with. I told them I had no clue,... I just knew I had an appointment at 7:45. The woman rolled her eyes and the man rudely asked "what do you want?" I told him I previously had acrylics but so many of them broke and I was able to safely remove most of them at home but that there were three I needed help removing and that I would also like to have gel polish put on my natural nails afterward. He then scoffed at me and told me to sit down. He gave me some swatches of gel polish and there wasn't much of a variety so I told him I would pass on the gel. For some reason that upset him. Then he took a pair of cuticle nippers, grabbed ahold of one of my nails from underneath it near my cuticle and ripped it upward. It hurt so bad I came out of my chair and screamed. He looked at me and said "that's why you don't try to take your nails off at home. My nail started bleeding and he continued to dremmel my other nails down. When I pointed out that he ripped part of my real nail off he said yeah you won't be able to paint that one for a couple of weeks but you can come back in two weeks and we will paint them for you. Then he continued to scold me for trying to remove my nails at home. Once he saw the severity of my nail injury he told me there was no charge.
