New staff at the Regal Salon in Wal-mart. Went there in January 2017 and found out the staff are new to the area...transferred here so I figured I would give them a chance. The gel nails were great.....
New staff at the Regal Salon in Wal-mart. Went there in January 2017 and found out the staff are new to the area...transferred here so I figured I would give them a chance. The gel nails were great...much better than another salon in Deland. None fell off and they looked great. I went back yesterday for a pedicure and gel nail fill and they did a good job. Very friendly and attentive. I will go back as long as the service continues to be good.

This salon is close to my house so it was convenient for me to get my nails done there. Big Mistake. Not only, did they do my nails and the same day 2 of them lifted but when I went back the very next day to have them fix it, the owner yelled at me and kicked me out. All I asked was for them to fix the 2 nails but that was too difficult and he didn't even paint the whole nail and when I asked him again he said "get out of here, you're too picky! Don't come back" yelling at me to leave the store. I was in shock. Coño

$35 pedicure was not worth the extra dollars, the technician (female) was very rough and laughed about it, when I jumped and no base coat.

Over priced and not so friendly staff. They are in such a hurry they do a horrible job. I used them once because I was in a hurry huge mistake.

1 week later, two nails popped off, 2 nails completely halved.
I spent this whole week in a hospital not moving and they broke. Absolutely obsurd. They looked good the first few days.

I had to get my acrylics redone within a week of getting them. 2 tips came completely off. My pedicure chipped within the week as well. When I went back to have them fixed they weren't even open. It ...
I had to get my acrylics redone within a week of getting them. 2 tips came completely off. My pedicure chipped within the week as well. When I went back to have them fixed they weren't even open. It was 10:20 am and the store hours posted on the glass door said 10 am. I couldn't wait around to see when they would open. I went to T&T Nails instead and have never returned here.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place sux. My nails lifted after a few days. I went back and tried again and I asked the girl to fix something and she turned to the other girl and rolled her eyes. I was about to walk out or slap the life out of her. I think I'm paying you to do your job correctly. Never go there, or to VIP nails. The best place is lavia nails in orange city. They speak English and they do a perfect job. I love them.

New staff at the Regal Salon in Wal-mart. Went there in January 2017 and found out the staff are new to the area...transferred here so I figured I would give them a chance. The gel nails were great...much better than another salon in Deland. None fell off and they looked great. I went back yesterday for a pedicure and gel nail fill and they did a good job.
