I wish there was a negative star on here. I went on Friday afternoon 06/08/2018 to get a Mani/Pedi....I have only used this salon 1 other time and was not happy back then and thought I would give it another try as it was conveniently located. They got me right in a chair for a pedicure with an older gentleman. Both my manicure and pedicure were terrible. The very same day in the evening the polish already started peeling off. The nail on my middle finger on my right hand was filed so poorly and was very jagged and eventually caught on something and ripped off (ouch). Though I saw him "touch" my cuticles with the instrument from time to time, that's pretty much all he did....touch the nail.....going through the motions so to speak. The way he clipped one of my toenails well, it is was already sore and feeling as though it is getting ingrown. by Sunday morning my fingernails were so chipped and looked so bad I have to remove all the polish and try and file to the edges were smooth and just polish with a clear coat (which I am terrible at - hence the reason I have someone else do it) I had my reservations about going there and no matter how convenient it is , I will not waste my money there again. I'm pretty annoyed.

On my first-ever visit, I got my nails done with gel and in three days they already chipped. That either means bad quality of polish or bad technique, but I gave this location the benefit of the doubt and went back in (waste of time) to see if it could be repaired but was pressed for time and said I would come back later in the week. Went in today for the repair and was treated so rudely, I had to leave. If you want a relaxing nice treat for yourself and good quality for value, I recommend you stand clear of this establishment. I paid money for a suboptimal service and was then embarrassed when trying to get it fixed.

I decided to go and get a full set and my toes done, the guy who was doing my nails was nice but he would mess up my nail on accident and redo it, he did this about 3 times. I was there for almost 2 hours and I asked the guy if I could go ahead and give them my card bc it was running way later than I anticipated and he said no and continued to take his time, and I ended up being 10 mins late for something I had planned. When I went to check out it was $70 and when I asked why so much he said bc the nail dryer costs to use, even though he never said it was an option and that it costed more. he brought it out and told me to stick my hand in so I thought that was shady and my nails ended up looking patchy and a little messy anyway. 👎🏾

I drive about 30 minutes to get to A+ nails. They are amazing. Also very kind & friendly. They treat you like family. I highly recommend A+Nail salon.

Never again. I'm done. When you treat walk-ins better than loyal regulars with appointments you are just being greedy and disrespectful to the ones who do right things. Bye bye. Over. It.

I have gone here several times and each time I left very pleased. They were not pushy like other salons who try to up-sale you on services you did not request. And yes, they do charge an extra $1 for paying with a credit card but there are numerous signs advising you of this when you walk in so it should not be a surprise when you go to pay.

I just went there for the first time today and got to say I’m very happy with the service! Pretty much everything you expected it to be. The massage chair is really good and in good shape. There are very little talking, so you can just relax there and not bothered by people talking. I had gone to other salons in DeLand and near by city, but from now on I’m just going to go to A Plus!

Took my husband in for a full first time pedicure and Hannah was amazing. She did a great job and was careful because he is borderline diabetic. She relates very well with the elderly. Great personality! My husband is looking forward to the next appointment. The salon is very neat and clean. Everyone was friendly.

I have been going to a guy named Lee who works at A Plus, and I LOVE how he does my nails! I am usually really picky with my nails, but Lee seems to embrace that and he does everything he can to make my nails perfect. Lee does Acryllic tips and gel polish. He always double checks that everything he did was perfect. Love his work!

Hannah was my mother's favorite. She was so sweet with a cranky 93 year old lady & Ma lived her. Sarah usually does my mani/pedis and always tries to fit me in even if she has to give up her lunch hour. She gives the BEST FOOT/HAND massages. Both of them are great.

I went here today for a gel manicure and pedicure that cost me $48. Not a bad price for a mani/pedi, but I've gotten better ones for that price. An hour and a half after receiving my pedicure, the polish was already messed up and I called the store to see if I could come in and have it fixed. I leave for a trip on Monday so I was calling to ask if they were open on Sunday to quickly get it fixed. When I asked if they were open on Sunday, the lady laughed at me. I told her that I was leaving for a trip on Monday and that I wouldn't be able to get them fixed before then. Instead of offering anything to make up for my messed up nails the lady hung up on me without any solution. Unless you want a poorly done pedicure from a place that won't offer to replace them, I suggest you pick a different nail salon.

My bestie and I wanted to go for a mani/pedi, so, she recommended this salon, because she had been going there for quite a while. The pedicure chairs are nice and comfortable as are the chairs as the nail stations. I had a nice pedicure, but, for the price ($28), I've experienced better pedicures locally. I also wanted to get my nails done, so, I went for the pink and white gel overlay ($40) on my natural nails. Beware - the price board at the entrance of the salon versus what they try to charge you are two different amounts.

I went on Friday afternoon 06/08/2018 to get a Mani/Pedi....I have only used this salon 1 other time and was not happy back then and thought I would give it another try as it was conveniently located. They got me right in a chair for a pedicure with an older gentleman. Both my manicure and pedicure were terrible. The very same day in the evening the polish already started peeling off. Took my husband in for a full first time pedicure and Hannah was amazing. She did a great job and was careful because he is borderline diabetic. She relates very well with the elderly. Great personality! My husband is looking forward to the next appointment. The salon is very neat and clean. Everyone was friendly.
