Best nail and hair salon in Deerfield! Nails are done at the bar and while you get your hair and nails done at the same time you can relax with a glass of champagne or wine. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They used disposal everything for the manicure and pedicures. They line their pedicure tubs with liners. Cleanest nail salon I've been to. I want to point out this review is not based on the service because i didn't even get to try it. Based on the website and yelp- Tipsy should be open on Mondays at 9am. I went at 11:30 and they were closed so I called and the women informed me they'd be open at 1. So I went back at 1:30 and still closed! I called again just for her to inform me that in reality- they are always closed on Mondays. Why have your hours on your website on yelp state otherwise?! WOW! WHAT A GREAT SPA SALON!!! Beautiful new Spa great minimalistic classy decor a wine bar yes a wine bar. I don't think I can remember all the names but I will try Anita the manager what a great gal so personable and she does great hair! Donna she did my facial it was very nice relaxing I think it made a difference but it was way too long for me I was getting antsy, however the results are lovely. everything was so great I decided to go back and get my eyebrows microbladed since I have very thin very blonde eyebrows and they're getting thinner as I get older, and that's the only thing Getting Thinner as I get older LOL. So the estheticians name is Jessica and she's a lovely young woman. I had no idea this would take 3 hours... so happy with the results I felt a little Joan Crawfordy this morning when I woke up but I think that will change,  I'm just happily surprised to see eyebrows when I look in the mirror in the morning. It doesn't really HURT that bad, it's like its annoying, how bad could it be if I actually fell asleep towards the end  and I have gotten so many compliments already on my new eyebrows! So worth the pain! I walked into the salon today 15 minutes after it opened, and the receptionist informed me that she was unsure when her hair stylist was coming in. I got in last minute with Christie on a Sunday afternoon. I had never been there and am disappointed I hadn't! It is a gorgeous, very clean salon in the Cove. Their prices are a little bit below average. She did an amazing job with my full blonde highlights. I'm also getting married in October and she does free hair trials! Super nice people, enjoyed the environment although when I was there in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday the clientele is significantly the older snow-bird crowd. I spoke with employees there though and they said that was due in large part to the owner's very loyal following of clients over the years and that they also had a good base of younger clientele. That element wouldn't dissuade me from trying the place or not but if you're looking for a hip, fast paced place to be seen this spot may not be for you. That being said I loved it. I enjoyed the background music, the look is very modern and inviting, clean, tools for my mani pedi came out of sterilized pouches, I was offered a glass of wine, and my manicurist was very attentive but didn't insist on talking to me the whole time so I was able to read my book and relax. How can I put this into words.....Kristy is the best hair stylist I have met in a long, long time. My stylist had moved 1.5hrs north from me and I was worried about finding a new stylist to handle my difficult hair, cuts, dye jobs, highlights, keratin, blowouts...etc. Not only was Kristy professional, friendly, courteous and welcoming, she went above and beyond with her care to my hair. It's hard for me to trust salons and hair stylists , but Kristy has gained my trust 100%. I would not hesitate to refer her. Not my usual place but was meeting a friend for some pampering...we both got a pedicure and gel manicure. To be fair, the salon and staff were nice. We were greeted as soon as we entered, offered a nice glass of wine and were the only ones there. My nail tech was Sparkles (Audrey?? Can't remember, but she had been there 3 weeks coming from another salon) Nice lady, gave a descent pedicure and a good foot rub. I appreciated that she took her time, however you wouldn't think so... after taking a closer look when all was done. I've been growing my nails out and getting gel manicures for quite some time now and this has been by far the worst! This is the kind of work I would expect from someone in cosmetology school, not a seasoned professional. My nails look really shitty. The color is beautiful, but not evenly distributed over my entire nail bed. You can see the top and tips of my natural nail. There is no polish along the sides of any of them making it all uneven and rigid looking. They do not feel reinforced like they normally do and my pinky and thumb nails broke the day after. My nails have never broken with gel, this is a first for me. It's so extremely sloppy and disappointing. Had I noticed how terrible they looked that evening (they closed and it was dark when we left) I definitely would not have paid and tipped so generously! When I got home and was able to look at the work, I was extremely displeased with the quality. The more I look at them, the more angry it makes me. I thought about calling to go back and have them redo the polish but I don't feel like going out of my way nor do I want to see this woman who should have done it right the first time. Super cute, incredibly accommodating salon. Wish the results were as good as the experience! I came in with my gramma and my mom for a girls day. The manager was incredibly nice to us, tending to our every need. She was friendly throughout our time in the salon and made our experience special. She and another tech took care of us, first doing manis for all three of us, then pedis for me and gramma. I liked that they started with the manis - it gave time for our fingers to dry while we got our pedis instead of the way most places start with the feet but then leave you with wet hands as you're leaving. The pedi was nice, I didn't have any complaints, but I didn't love my manicure. The woman who did mine didn't shape my nails properly - she did them square, as I asked, but the edges were left pretty sharp, to the point where almost every nail broke within a day or two. The polish also chipped almost immediately, which was a bummer. The pedicure should have been $30, I believe, but the manager gave us a discount, which was incredibly generous of her. I'd go back, but I'd make sure to ask for her to do my nails. Read Less

Tipsy is by far one of the coolest and edgiest salons I've been to. Not only do they offer manicure, pedicure, and hair but they have the best nail and hair experts I've met in south Florida and that is the most important thing for me. Michelle is new to Tipsy but I have been with her for my nails for over a year now. I followed her from a regular nail salon to this beauty empire. I felt like I should write a review about this place because it's hard to find good people.
