I've been a happy customer for more than ten years. All of the nail techs are friendly and accommodating. One of the many highlights of this particular place is that it is clean! They use individual liners in the tubs of the pedicure chairs, which is discarded and replaced after each customer. I love this because my feet never touch where someone else's have been! The color selection is HUGE. I always get gel polish on my hands, and there are hundreds of colors to choose from. They also have matching toe polish for most of the gel colors, which makes it easy. Okay so I usually come here every 2-3 weeks to get a fill In and I brought my friend Ayla so she could get her eyebrows, pedicure and full set acrylics because her 16 birthday party was the next day and we even told Judy that her party is tomorrow and she wants to look great , so Judy did her nails and went to go do Ayla's eyebrows and Ayla came out with her left eyebrow completely gone and what had happened was that Judy left the wax on for too long and not only did she take off the skin off Ayla's eyebrow but she took the hair with it , so now her face was ruined by the massive open skin on her eyebrow and instead of apologizing Judy blamed Ayla for not saying anything and took her to the back to put aloe on her eyebrow. I personally always had frustration with Judy because I love my nails long and she would always have a problem and would never let me have the length that I want even though I was willing to pay extra . This is a great and affordable spot for sfl locals hidden in a shopping center. Janice is super friendly and professional, she does a great and thorough job. One thing that i enjoyed that stood out is the invigorating scrub used during my pedi and she went the extra mile to use a dremmel and even out my wonky newly growing big toe nail since it was damaged during a recent ski trip. I unfortunately was not aware of the cash tip only policy and got reprimanded by the boss lady at the front. Janice was very nice, though and offered for me to get her next time with grace. The lady who appears to be the owner/manager is very rude and disrespectful. She is unprofessional, doesn't respect the customers' wants, needs nor feelings. She loudly talks about other customers in front of them to her co workers and laugh at them. She is controlling and doesn't take into consideration of what her customers ask as for as service goes. This place is closer to my house than The place I usually go to so I decided to give it a try. The lady that did my refill was so rude and had an attitude. It would be a longass paragraph to type but the experience was terrible. The lady didn't even care to ask once if I liked how it was going or if I liked how they ended up looking and she made it hurt, she didn't even ask me how I wanted my nails filed and then I asked her about the nail polish because the one I had picked first was too clear and I asked if the new one was dark enough because I had white tips on before that and she was like "I don't know I'm not inside the color" like she had no reason to be a b about it. When my mom picked me up I told her about it and she went inside and complained so I'm pretty sure the rest of the employees that were there would know who im talking about. And that's just a part of my experience there. It was my first time here and I'm NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. however I do recommend going to Top Nails which is a close place to this place also on Hillsboro and the pricing is good and the service is excellent and it's always my go to place! This place treats you like you're family. It's awesome. Great prices, and great service. Eyebrow waxing is always on point and pedicures feel good while lasting longer than the usual. A pretty big color selection, as well. Just a great place to go to relax and put yourself at ease. I will never return to this salon. I'm sure that they have many clients because they were crowded, but the owner Judy is smug, rude, and has a big mouth. I have been here maybe 3 or 4 times. The first time was pleasant so. I returned, my pedicure looked great. I have gone two more times since and have had to leave on behalf of time. The first time I waited a long time, I stayed and was unimpressed, this past time they said 30 min....more like 45-60. Don't come here unless u have nothing to do ALL DAY. This is the friendliest nail spa in South Florida! Not only that, they do a fantastic job. I've never had a leg massage like it when I get a pedicure. Heaven! Love this place! Judy and staff makes it enjoyable whenever I come in to get my mani and pedi done. They take good care of their clients and I always recommend this place to my friends. They can get pretty busy in the afternoon but if you call before or make an appointment it's usually not a problem. Read Less
