This place is probably the worst nail salon my wife and I have ever been to. It's a salon full of male manicurists... except for one woman. Not only did I have a long wait because, I noticed one of the ladies complaining about her pedi from one of the "guys" to the point where the lady I was waiting for had to go fix the problem. Not even 24 hours later and I have a broken nail and I am leaving for vacation!!Third time in a row that I've had problems there and I have been a faithful customer for years!! I don't know what kind of Nexgen they are using but it sucks anymore! Stay away from this place!! I am so upset I came in for Fills and the guy took most of my nails off. I said that's fine and I agreed to pay for the repairs. He asked me if I wanted gel's and white tips, and I said no thank you. I like clear tips and I'd pay for a French manicure. He asked me if I was an "idiot" and if "this was the first time I was getting my nails done," in front of my child. I am the costumer and Instead of sending me to another nail tech because he was being unprofessional and lazy, he put me down so that he wouldn't have to do my nails. I got up and left the salon in tears. I came here to get my nails done the way I like it,( clear tips with a painted French manicure) and to feel good. instead I left feeling humiliated in front of my kid. Read Less

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I have came to this salon twice and have had a great nail job . I would recommend if you do attend this salon for a full set ask for the MEN presumably Louis. BUT the third attempt was horrible. I received a full set and a pedicure . The women that did my pedicure was super sweet and did a great job but the woman that did my acrylic was nice at the beginning she even complemented me but then gradually took a left turn. She said that my choice of nail style was ugly which is just square with thicker acrylic because I noticed that her acrylics were extremely thin and looked like they would break if you just took a breath of oxygen. After I counteracted her comment because I am the customer and I am paying for YOUR service she became evil when I tell you evil She was RUDE!!! She kept bending and twisting my fingers extremely rough I guess she was frustrated with my request for square nails lol. She wasn't doing my nails the way that I liked them so I decided to take the file to show her. She snatches the file and starts trying to do them the way she was doing them before. She was trying to hurt me because she kept filing one finger to the point of bleeding and interchanged to another nail to make it seem as if she was just simply filing my nails. She then goes back to the one finger and files my skin more and more and MOREEE! She took an extremely long time drilling my nails which began to start hurting more. The nails on my thumbs were extremely shorter than the rest of my hand. She made my nails look tacky. She then puts blobs of nail polish on my nails and does a botch paint job. As my nails were drying the topcoat begins to bubble. Areas of my nails are not completely opaque with nail polish as she has missed spots. She also did not clean up my nails with remover so my nails look like Stevey wonder did them with a 2 blind folds on in a room with NO LIGHTS. I look at my nails with despair did not complain not once and paid $45 for a botched full set and a cute pedicure. I then give a generous tip to the pedicure lady and $2 to the witch. Which I should have given her air but I'm a generous giving person . She probably was having a stressful day like most of us have our days. But that's no excuse if I'm paying you for a service it should be exceptional. If you pick up garbage for a living be the best garbage man ever. Read Less

The guy that I went to laid the acrylic wonderfully. However the new paint job was awful. When they went to go fix it, they made it even worse. All the nails bubbled. The entire time they ignore the customer and talk to each other, which is fine but if you're going to have a conversation you should include your customer in that conversation instead of ignoring them. If you're getting your nails done for special event or occasion where they have to look nice I don't recommend going here. I'm going to have to repaint my nails when I get home. Read Less

I absolutely love love love this place! I religiously used to drive about 30 min out of my way after I moved to Deerfield beach all the way back to Coral Springs to just do my nails with the only person I thought i could've trusted with my nails. However, my mother in law recommended me to come by and see how I like it...I went & Ever since I won't go back. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Deerfield area. I've been coming to this place for almost 6 months now. I was in need of a quick manicure when I came here first and I had my nephew with me. The staff was so friendly and made jokes and kept my nephew entertained the entire time! The manicure was so focused on detailed, I've never had a better manicure. Ever! The next time I came back I had a different tech and he was just as polite and amazing as the first! I had a pedicure and a manicure this time and I was just so pleased again! I've never needed or wanted to go to another place! The staff is so polite. Always smiling! They are all so focused on details and making the entire process from start to finish perfect! Their prices are competitive and honestly, I would have paid more! Another thing to add, I live in Oakland Park & drive all the way up here to see them!! The best place I've been to in South Florida! I'm a bit leery of strip mall nail places, but the good reviews (for manicures at least) encouraged me to try House of Nails for a pedicure.  Perhaps I was just unlucky on my first try, but I got a very unmotivated nail lady who cut my nails lopsided, and didn't do my cuticles, so every time I look at my big toes they are lopsided on the top and the bottom.  Even though it was cheap, this is probably the worst pedicure I've ever had.  I gave her 25% tip, my normal, it's all I had brought with me, and then she stopped cold in her tracks, like she wanted to go back and do over.  Sorry that I couldn't recommend this place, and am confused that others could.  Does not meet basic standards at all. House of Nails rocks! The shop is clean, the owners are always accommodating and the prices are so reasonable. Because of my schedule it's hard for me to make an appointment. But no matter what time I walk in I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes and all the nail techs do an amazing job! If you want top quality at a great price look no further than House of Nails. This is by far the best nail salon in the area.  I have been getting my nails done here for about 4 years and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Been coming here for years! the employees are so friendly an efficient. Nice clean atmosphere ! My nail style is the coffin or ballerina . Also this is gel ! Keep in mind I got these put on 10 days ago an they still look this good . being a waitress I need durable nails . A) I'm very clumsy b) wash my hands constantly c) there very durable ! Was a bit confused on the Location (in between publix and the vitamin shop) but once I found it, I was taken right away! Had a pedicure and a gel manicure with a design done simultaneously. The pedicure was very thorough and I was amazed by his attention to detail. Gel manicure was decent and for a girl who always gets a design, the nail artist was pretty good. Loyal to this place for many years. Pleasant staff and very accommodating. Always fantastic services. House of Nails is my home salon. Its recommended to make an appointment as they have a lot of returning customers and welcome walk-in. They make you priority and try to get you in at your allotted time.
