So as a first time costumer I walk in and was greeted very friendly. But, first impressions when you walk in somewhere is what matters the most. I felt like everything was all over the place and the salon didn't look or feel the cleanest. My nail tech was the owner and I needed to soak off my gel nail polish. So, as she got the tin foil to wrap my nails I felt like the tin foil was already used my another person. Next, I went to get my pedicure done and I was scared they weren't going to use the cover for the inside of the tub but they did. As she got out the tools, she opened them fresh from the blue packet (which is okay). The. After she was ready to use the electric file and that just looked over used and not sanitized. I didn't say anything because I did need the file down but it's like GROSS! Then she bought out other tools from in her pocket that weren't even cleaned before she used them on me!Then she went to take off the dead skin and there was still much skin left hard on the bottom of my feet!! She filed my nails real nice but nothing seemed sanitized to me at all! The manicure wasn't bad but I still had cuticles left and she didn't even push them back that well! As I went under the LED light for the gel manicure, there was a punch of dried up nail polish inside and out of the machine and the numbers to count down was dying out! A day later my nail CHIPPED! I am very upset and would not recommend anyone to come here...

I love this place. Kelly is the best! She does my nails perfectly EVERY time. I'm moving and it breaks my heart I can't take her with me. All the women are SO friendly. Love allways ♡ and blessings.

I went in today to do a manicure and polish. It was rushed and the lady who did my nails put sooo much nail polish on it, it took forever to dry. Even though we thought it was dry, it still came out droopy and sloppy. I won't ever come here again! look at picture.

Really disappointed. Felt rushed, asked the technician if she was in a hurry and she denied it yet continued to work fast and left jagged edges, and unfinished work on my toes. I am absolutely furious...

The staff is courteous and they explain treatments thoroughly prior to starting which is awesome. I got a pink and white full set, deluxe spa pedicure and eyebrow wax. All to perfection. I left and my toes were still a bit wet and they got damaged. I walked right back in and they fixed it quickly. I will continue to go here.

Haven't had my nails done in at least 4 years. I was recommended to this place by a friend and saw they had good reviews as well. My nails were done by Lisa and the whole time I was in pain. Not normal. The glue burned so much and every time she used acetone it burned. I thought it was just me being a baby, but I don't remember ever having my nails done and it actually being painful. And then she cut my pinky finger while filing and acted as it was totally normal. Cutting my finger enough to draw blood can NOT be normal. And because I work with blood on the daily, all I can think of is how many other women she's cut and how many other people's blood could potentially be on that file. Gross. I think my nails are very pretty but my experience was very poor. And now only a week later they are already beginning to lift. Super disappointed.

I am a regular at Exquisite Nails and my nail tech is Theresa. I have no complaints, she does a great job with the nails, is very nice, and gives me an extra long massage if she has extra time. The place is clean and inexpensive and they are open 7-days a week.

I was charged for an unsatisfactory result, enough said, yet I feel it may save others money if I elaborated. I brought a picture of the stiletto nails with an ombre colour technique; stippling or air brushing is usually used to achieve this effect(though a skilled nail artist can do without an air brush). The lady that took me looked at the picture and assured me she could do it. When the time came to put on the color, it turned out she had no idea; and even asked ME how to achieve the results pictured. Forget trying to explain to her that she can try using a make up sponge as everyone had seen in the "do it yourself" videos, she didn't have a firm enough grasp of English(not the issue here, had I not had to try and explain color to her)to understand me. So after CLEARLY expressing my dissatisfaction with the second rate choice of a glitter tip finish and the overall appearance of the stiletto style nails themselves, I was still charged full price. Needless to say I will not be returning here again.

I started getting my nails done here a few months ago and I love it. I come in every 2-3 weeks for a pedicure and fill/acrylic set and they are so nice. I never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes max...
I started getting my nails done here a few months ago and I love it. I come in every 2-3 weeks for a pedicure and fill/acrylic set and they are so nice. I never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes max! They do a great job and once they get to know you, they are even better than great. I definitely plan to be coming here for a long, long time.

So as a first time costumer I walk in and was greeted very friendly. But, first impressions when you walk in somewhere is what matters the most. The staff is courteous and they explain treatments thoroughly prior to starting which is awesome. I got a pink and white full set, deluxe spa pedicure and eyebrow wax. All to perfection. Haven't had my nails done in at least 4 years. I was recommended to this place by a friend and saw they had good reviews as well. My nails were done by Lisa and the whole time I was in pain.
