Completely unprofessional, speaks Spanish the whole time during your appointment. Tells you one price over the phone, the up charges you once your there. If you value your privacy don't go there, the owner likes to gossip and disclose your personal information to other clients!! I have been to many of these places in Boca and in Fort Lauderdale - then I did a Google search and found this wonderful Blow Dry Bar, which is about 5 minutes away from my home. The owner, Isa, is fantastic and does the best job of any of the places I have been to thus far. Her shop is clean and cute. I am very meticulous with my hair, and always apprehensive about trying a new salon. I had one of the best blow dry at Blown Away...the staff is very professional and extremely accommodating! Blown Away is an awesome neighborhood blow dry salon.   The owner is extremely friendly and she really cares about her clients.   For someone to say the water is cold, then it is hot, (happens in every salon) and they don't take AMEX as a complaint, well then they are focusing on the wrong things.  Friendly, great location right across from one of my favorite Starbucks and pretty darn good blow drys keep me coming back.   Yes, I recommend.
