Even if you don't read my accurate detailed review below, i strongly suggest, you do yourself a favor and find another salon. This place was DISGUSTING. My mom and I went to get the NextGen dip powder gel nails. We do this all the time together. We asked if there was a wait so that we could sit next to each other. They lady at the desk said "no no 5 minutes." We agreed. She sat me down and started drilling the gel off my nails. My mom sat next to me waiting for her technician. Meanwhile, this lady was drilling my nail down to the bone. She drilled so far that there was no more real nail. My pointer finger was so hot from the drill and about to bleed. She was checking people in, taking phone calls, drilling my poor nails to nothing. Then, a gentlemen took her spot and continued to work on my nails. He had just walked in with Starbucks and told me he just woke up. (Um, ok?) He continued to text on his phone every couple minutes. Among other things, I found our conversation to be absolutely disturbing, uncomfortable and out of line. He asked me, if I have a boyfriend, if i live with my boyfriend, if I live close, he asked me what my birth year is, he continued to talk about my mom being very worried about me (side note: she is still sitting next to me waiting to be taken care of), he continued to question me about my relationship with my mom and then said he has to constantly repeat himself to his mom all the time, he asked me what my religion was. We got there at 10:45 and told him we needed to be somewhere at 12:30. He continued to ask where and how far away it was. Meanwhile, I asked him to kindly turn the small nail fan off or away from my face and he said no. Let me circle back to the root of this story. My mom asked if someone was going to start on her nails. It has been about an hour. Every time she asked we were told yes 5 min, 5 min. Then she asked if she should start soaking her gel off. This lady poured acetone in a bowl and my mom soaked off her own nails. She was indecisive if she should get a regular manicure instead of the dip powder because he was already an hour in on my nails and didn't start hers yet. Then she decided to have a regular manicure. No one listened to her. She told them she wanted to give her nails a break and they said no. They said the nail polish will come off and she has to get gel. She said no, I want a regular manicure. Then, this lady said word for word "Do you want it or not?!" with an attitude. Obviously, at that point, she said no thank you. She put her nail polish back on the rack and went to pay for my nails. They charged her $10 for her to soak her own nails after she had to ask 15 times if someone was going to start on her nails. They did not care one bit. They must have really needed that ten dollars. The technicians and my mom went back and forth arguing. Nasty looks were given to me and my mom. We were treated TERRIBLY. We were being talked about behind our back in another language and I was completely uncomfortable sitting there. Then, my technician took $10 out of his own wallet (as he's in the middle of doing my nails) and threw it on the table making a scene. After feeling harassed for a good 2 hours, we will never go back there again and highly suggest you don't either. You are welcome. Read Less
