The staff is friendly.Unfortunately, the food needs some fine-tuning. We went for breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the DBR. So I had the opportunity to try the buffet as well as the made-to-order "American Breakfast." The scrambled eggs & bacon on the buffet were so dry, an obvious fate for anything sitting over a Sterno unattended for some time. However, the fruit display was beautiful & fresh. The yogurt was my favorite item on the buffet--so creamy & with a hint of honey. Topped with berries, it was superb.Unfortunately, the bacon was just as overlooked & dry on the plated breakfast. My poached eggs were served swimming in some water in a soup cup: not the most appealing presentation. The highlight of the plate were the breakfast potatoes, sliced thinly with caramelized onions. Unfortunately, aside from the view & the yogurt, Reflections mostly falls into the underwhelming category of most hotel restaurants. Read Less
