They only get a 1 rating because the guy was nice. I will NEVER ever go to this place again. First, upon entering, i was looking for a friendly greeting but no one said anything at all. They looked up then turned away. So i walked near the rear and told the lady what i was there for. Still no greeting nor smile. When she finished, i was going to pay her with my card but she said she only takes cash bcuz she doesn't work for them up front. She only does brows, waxing, etc. My thing is, she should've told me that BEFOREhand. What if i didn't have cash? Ok, so I went to the man for a manicure, & a polish change on my toes. The price almost blew me away. At EVERY other nail salon I've ever gone to, the polish is included in the manicure. They charge extra on top of the manicure. And the guy's work wasn't even that good. I started to ask him if he was fresh outta school. He had just started on my toe polish change when i requested he do something. He gave me another high price. Needless to say, I wasted about 45 min for nothing bcuz i refused to pay that price. Had to go to another nail salon to finish up. As i was leaving another lady was complaining and said she'd never go back bcuz that eyebrow lady can't do brows. I told her I'm NEVER going back either. Word to the wise, if your prices are steep, at least have the skills to back it up. Read Less

Honestly they're only ok. Their work speaks volumes and they are pretty nice but in the area they are in brings out the ugly in them. Last time I was there getting a pedicure and a lady walks in with a friend to get her nails done, she was mellow at first. Until she asked for a cut, she kept saying lower, lower, lower, OMG its too LOW!  Then bam! She hit the table and demanded restitution. The clients that they get are big turn offs.
