I've been debating on giving this place a review. The one experience I had getting my eyebrows waxed was wonderful and great I was immediately helped and the staff member did a fantastic job. ...but the second time I came in, around 6ish just to get a basic pedicure for my boyfriend. I asked if they were able to do so and they said yes it would be 10 minutes. 6 minutes in another client came in and they refused her for a simple nail job. She had an appointment. How do you forget you have a appointment?! After watching this unfold we were asked to leave as she had priority. I'm glad she was able to be seen to but I feel so bad that she had to experience this. I gave a four star rating for my first experience , the location itself is great, everything is clean and gorgeously set up. I'm still a bit miffed from the second experience to want to go back. There were two employees sitting there. One was almost done and the other (the male) was sat there on his phone doing nothing. Kinda odd considering from past experiences at other nail places it didn't matter who you were, the employee stepped in when someone was willing to pay for a service. You guys suck. Very bad service all i needed was one nail done and it took an hour the place was empty. A lady came in after me needing a full set and got done before me. I had to sit and watch her get it done as the man poorly worked on me. ALSO to fix one nail its 7$ when the brouchure and online states that its less. VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!! Read Less

My girlfriend needed one nail fixed, the guy at the front counter brought her and another woman back at the same time just to have her sit next to the woman and watch him fix her nails for 45 min. Not sure why the service here is so slow. I’ve been sitting in the lobby waiting for them to fix one nail and it’s been almost an hour. Read Less
