This is one of the cleanest, well kept, nail salons I have ever been to. It is a very spacious and comfortable salon and the staff is very attentive. Andy is top notch! Helen was absolutely wonderful. Came in to get my nails done for my wedding and she took great care in making sure everything was perfect. Nicely lit studio and comfy chairs. Tons of color choices and types of nailpolish. It was a delight going here and a wonderful experience. Prices are reasonable and the work is excellent quality. So glad I came here for my big day. I came in here with my boyfriend last night for a pedicure, and I wanted to get my nails done. The first girl who did my pedicure was.... AMAZING! Super friendly, and payed attention to detail. The girl who did my boyfriends was also very detailed and he liked it (he's never had a pedicure). When it got time to do my nails (I also convinced my boyfriend to get a manicure... we're going to a wedding and his hands often get dirty) his nail tech did an amazing job. However, I got a full set and was very disappointed to say the least.... At first, I asked her to please lay the acrylic on thin because I don't like my nails to look fat and bulky. So, she offered me the dip powder for $10 more. I was looking at colors, and I could not find one that matched my toes (I have OCD and it would have bothered me having 2 different colors) but she tried to convince me that it was gonna look the same... it wasn't. So she started doing my nails with the acrylic.. even though I asked for it thin, I think she was angry that I turned down the dip powder because it was thicker than I've ever had it. When she polished my nails, I asked for kind of like a glitter ombré on one nail... When she did the first, I changed my mind and asked for it on all of the fingers. (She made grunting noises and gave me a literal death glare) it took her about 45 seconds to do both of my hands. It looked sloppy and rushed. The "ombré" look was so uneven, that I was honestly annoyed. They were about to close, so when I went to the drying station, I showed her and I said "I want to point it out, but you don't need to fix it.. I know it's late" I explained it looked rushed and that I was not happy. She said "okay" and walked out the door to leave. Turns out they still charged us $5 for that crap job of glitter!!!!! Of course when I get home my nails are gooey.. even after drying for 15 minutes. And two of them now look like garbage. Well most of them look like garbage. I'd rather pay the money to have someone I trust fix them, than come back here and complain. I wish I can 5 stars, just for the girl who did my pedicure alone... but I just can't. Today was the first time I tried this place & Jessy was the one to take care of me and my little . She was patient at and took her time with my nails. She going to be my go to person now I absolutely loved her & the person who took care of my mother was also great he took his time and did a fantastic job. The place is clean and beautiful! Used to come every 2-3 weeks. Came from another nail place that always charged a different amount. So I was very happy here. I referred my sister and niece here both their polish came off within 3 days. My most recent visit was good until 2 of them lifted and 1 broke at the top. I called to see what they could do and one of the employees was very nice but then the owner got on the phone telling me he would need to charge me to fix the 3 nails. Came here on a Wednesday. It was very quiet and pleasant. Only two other customers were there. Place was extremely clean. Friendly as soon as you walk in. Finally found a place that I can trust. I walked in here last year out of necessity. I needed a quick mani/pedi before a flight and this place was right by my job so it was convenient. Since moving here last August, I've tried two different nail salons. Although there service was great, I had to find another salon because I would spend over $60 and one week later the gel polish would come off.I found Victorian Nail Spa by doing a Yelp search. When I was reading the reviews on this place I was not sure about it. I went in as a Mystery Shopper with my girlfriend 1st the location is easy to get at the intersection of Flamingo & Griffin Rd in the Dunkin Donuts, Suntrust Plaza Parking was OK, outside sign is very readable once I enter this establishment I was greeted right away interior decor was very authentic and clean my manicurist was a man and was very professional my nails came out perfect my overall experience was a 9. I felt that they deserve this number because they overall cared about giving good service and a job well done. I love this place. Moved to the area and went to a lot of places before finding this gem. They are very accommodating and try to get you in as fast as possible. They take their time so you never feel as though it's rushed. Everything is sanitized and the place is new so it's very nice and clean inside. I get the French pedicure which lasts for a long time and my gel mani never cracks or gets off before almost 3 weeks. Win-win!Just found out they will start opening on Sundays starting in February 2017. It's next to a massage place and a Dunkin' Donuts for those looking for a coffee before services. I am glad I waited a bit before I reviewed this nail salon. I was going to give it a high rating but decided not to. Here is why:I came in to see if they can give me a mani/pedi. They were not busy, and the receptionist was extremely friendly and sat me quickly. Off to a good start.I started with the pedi, and they do a really good job of massaging your feet and prepping your nails. They use disposal kits, so you are ensured sterile equipment. The lady who did my mani/pedi did a good job with the massage and nail polish. My only complaint is that I got a French manicure, and she did the white line freestyle. But she needed to do a better job of making sure the white line is straight. I really didn't notice until after I left. It wasn't crooked, just not straight.She did do a great job on the pedicure. It came out great. I wish that she would have taken more time to do my nails. I felt like it was a bit rushed, and let's face it- when you go do your nails and feet, you want to be pampered.The prices are reasonable for some things and not for others. I suggest before you commit, you pick up their price list. All in all, it was a pleasant experience to go there and I will return. But next time I will pay more attention. Read Less

I, sadly to say, did not have a good time when I came in today for a full set/pedicure. The pedicure was fine, the lady (Hanna) who did my toes was nice; however, I did not like how she left my toes due to the fact that you can tell the nail polish wasn't properly painted on. Furthermore, the individual who did my full set is what really got me silently raging to get out. The nail technician (Vincent) is the worst, never ever get it from him (or anything really, he doesn't ca...re). He was very rough with my nails, almost pulled off the acrylic tip of my left middle finger when buffing the nail as well as using the nail drill too close to the cuticle which wasn't a pleasant feeling. He also insulted me when I asked for a matte finish and got annoyed when I would tell him to be a little more gentle on my nails. I was recommended this place by my boyfriend's mom who has gone and had a much better nail technician (Andy). Overall the place is clean, well kept, and the manager is really sweet. You will not find their prices online, you will have to go to the place itself and ask for their services and prices.
