The worst experience! My first and last! Had a 1pm appointment waited til 1:25 and was then told they could not tell me when they could accommodate me. I told them to cancel the appointment and left. Horrible! I have been here a couple times just to make aure the bad experience I had was just an off day for the salon. However, on the second and third time I went, it was a bad experience. The nail tech I had was amazing but was interrupted multiple times by another tech for an issue that should have been handled away from clients. The guy in the front was extremely rude and doesn’t have the customer service skills to be answering phones. My daughter had an appointment at 12:30pm and by 1:30pm she still wasn’t seen. I had my nail tech do her nails by the time I was finished. Come to find out my daughters nail tech didn’t want to do my daughters nails because .. and I quote .. she “wouldn’t have made a profit off of the kid.” Never EVER will return to this place. The nail tech I had Mimi was horrible. I hate leaving bad reviews but I’m honestly PISSED that I paid for such crappy work. First, I called ahead of time and asked if there was a wait. They told me no wait (I was 5 minutes away). When I got in I was told their is a 15 min wait which turned into a 35 minute wait. I finally was told Mimi will be taking me after waiting so long. Mimi was not friendly at all. No intro just asked me what I wanted. She had me soak my feet in cold water and I told her that the water was cold and to make it warmer. Then she immediately started filing my hand nails as I wanted polish only. I told her I wanted square shape but she kept doing an oval shape. I asked her twice to fix it and just stopped because it wasn’t turning out how I liked it. I had shavings all over my nails and she began painting my nails. I told her to stop that I needed to wash my hands and I didn’t want my nails painted with all the shavings on them. She then told me she would do my pedicure and I could wash my hands after she was done. I said okay. The pedicure was crappy too. She was going so fast and I don’t like how it turned out. Now it comes time to wash my hands. I told her to file them one last time by showing her how to do it with a the nail filer. She grabbed another filer and shaped them a little better but still not how I like them. Mind you, I have really long nails and from filing them down so much they are no longer long. She painted my nails so fast That I had polish all around my skin (normal techs clean the mess up or edges for a clean look). After she was done she just took me to the drying table without a bye or word to say. I did end up smudging a nail and some other tech helped me. I don’t know her name, but she was extremely nice. This was my first time here and I will not be going back. I guess it depends on the tech you go to but I’m not happy with my service at all. It’s a beautiful place but not worth the service. My rating is for Kimberly at this Salon {{(update: she no longer works there! Skinny blonde lady- wish I could find her, please post if you know where she relocated to)}}. I am so glad I found Kim here- i will never leave her(and I am VERY picky!) - and will wait if I need to (although I am also very impatient)- Kimberly is very skilled in delivering what you want and my nails come out perfect every time. (I get the gel powder dip & pedi and they usually last 3-4 weeks!). The salon is also beautiful. I highly recommend Kimberly here! Read Less

I absolutely love this place! The ENTIRE staff is friendly and the services provided here are excellent. It is so difficult to find a quality nail salon but look no further! My favorite nail artist is Na ♥️ (she’s usually booked so if you want her book in advance and her services require a deposit) AND she does microblading too! Which is a super plus! Another wonderful technician is Tai ♥️ He is more quiet and reserved but does an outstanding job nonetheless! Everyone here is great honestly but in my experience these are my 2 go to peeps! The atmosphere is the salon is elegant, chic, and right up my alley. I love the music that they play as well, it’s always usually updated and they have the music videos to watch too ☺️ Another “refreshing” gesture Posh provides is that they offer wine, water, or soda upon sitting down (at your table) which is very lovely. I have never sat down and not been asked if I wanted something to drink right away. After being a long time client of this facility, I will no longer be going back. All the good people either quit or get fired. They don’t treat clients like people anymore. There is only one good staff member at the front but he doesn’t make up for the sub par service I’ve been receiving. I’m not spending 80 dollars to be treated like cattle. Customer service has gone out the window and I no longer feel welcomed. It’s a shame because I loved going there every two weeks and I refer my friends there as well. None of us will ever go back. This was my 3rd time @ posh. My first experience was great with Charlyne ( I can't spell). She took her time and I really enjoyed her. 2nd Time was OK. The lady was fast but you could see through the polish on my mani. 3rd time was a CHARM. Not. I requested Charlyne almost 3 weeks prior to having my appt. I walked in sat down and she was not the girl giving me my pedicure, this was a chick who had a bad attitude, and clearly someone else to be with in a short period of time. She however did a good pedicure. Then Christina did my gel manicure. WOW. Talk about torture. I couldn't keep conversation with my friend Bc she was ripping off my cuticles. Either she needs new nippers, or a new technique, Bc that was a terrible experience. I left with 2 bleeding nail beds and a sore thumb Bc she cut a piece of my skin off. She painted on my skin with gel polish, so let's get real, I knew that in a week, I would have my nails peeling up. 5 nails to be exact. I called the salon this morning and was told they only guarantee the gel manicure for 7 days. Again, I'm pretty sure 2 weeks is standard even for a shitty paint job. I couldn't request who I wanted ORIGINALLY Bc it was a fix, but he couldn't guarantee that I didn't have to pay. So basically, he put on hold and told me to come wait for Charlyne, I asked why would i have to wait for her if I was requesting her AND he was going to make me pay. I really love the place and I love how clean it is, but quite frankly it's one of the fastest places I've ever had services done, and i could care less about price. Horrible Service! I made appointments for my sister and I for her wedding. We didnt get a seat till 20 minutes after our time. They only give you warm water if requested and they need to boil it in the back. The lady started mine and was 10 minutes in and my sister was just soaking in cold water. We decided to leave. I only chose to do a review today after seeing how mean people have been in the recent reviews which goes to show how society continues to only see the bad in things even and especially around the holidays when all businesses are the busiest and employees are most stressed out... my experiences in this place has always been a great delight the employees are extremely nice, yes there are sidebar conversations between employees and customers but as a female that’s one of the nicest things about going somewhere to get pampered is it gives you a chance to relax and gossip! They offer you drinks such as water, soda, wine, etc. Always feels like you’re being treated like royalty! I switched over to Nexgen nails about a year ago and never looked back. I started off at posh just cause it was located right in front of my my new apartment but still make the drive now that I have moved further because I love the service they provide!!! The salon is very well organized and clean, not to mention beautifully decorated. The entire staff is friendly and always greet me by name. Ben and Na, the owners, are always checking on everyone making sure they are okay. Making an appointment is a simple solution to some of the negative comments I see about Posh. It should be obvious that you will have a long wait if you just walk in, nails take time and all of the regulars make appointments. They always offer you something to drink (wine is my go to after work ) and have music videos playing for you to enjoy while getting your nails done. My first walking into the building the front desk welcomed me with open arms and they we're pleasant and very friendly. I had so many questions to ask about the service and the price and the answered all my questions without any hesitation. My first time I did a pedicure and a gel manicure and I fell in love instantly. My next step was to find a nail tech and I went onto @poshnaillounge on Instagram and found them and fell in love once again with all the nail art and how talented EVERYONE in posh is. I called 2 weeks after to make an appointment with Na who up to this day has been doing my nails every 2-3 weeks and every time I leave PoshNails, I'm so happy. Everyone here is talented,gifted in what they do and are so professional. I would and still recommend people to this place when they ask me where I get my nails done. I had a nice gel pedicure followed by a manicure on a subsequent visit the next day. BOTH experiences by 2 different people were exceptional. So yeah, 100% highly recommended. It was my fist time going to this place, horrible experience I made an appointment and they had me waiting, the technician didn't know what she was doing, my daughter's nails were horrible very chunky and not the right Chrome color (didn't look like chrome). I got a full set and the guy cut my finger and made my nails thick, I was telling him that they looked thick but he didn't know how to fix it, at the end they didn't even did the hand massage and they didn't put the oil for my cuticle, they left me with a big mess on my hands.
