This place is what it is. If you're the type of person who needs their nails done at the last minute and want to get in and out, this is the place. If you're looking to relax, in all honesty this isn't it. There are some amazing techs here, and some that really just want to get you in and out. Tracy is great (but I'm not sure she works here anymore, and the front desk isn't being too clear) and both Lenay (wrong spelling, desk 3!) and Jenny are both super sweet and great. They seriously need to upgrade whatever system they use for taking credit/debit cards, however. If you want a cheap manicure this is the place otherwise don't bother. Don't even try the mood change color polish it doesn't work! I've have mood color change before at other locations and they work! The management is rude! They look at you funny when u ask to see the polishes and the selection of colors. I asked up front and they told me they couldn't show me the bottles and they didn't have the model nails to show. 2 mins later the tech brings me the model nails. They don't encourage you explore and choose as you wish. All they want is for you to come in with pre picked color choice and technique, to tell them so you can get in and get out. Let me start off by saying I have serious trust issues. I don't let just anyone touch my nails so I searched and asked friends for recommendations then decided to Google Lee nails because I went there in the past in Miami. Well, when i went to this location after the gym and i was greetd immediately, (a plus) picked my color and was seated about 10 mins later.. maybe less (another plus) . Twan (I hope I spelled that right) took care of me. He did an AMAZING job. He engaged me in conversation so i want bored and the atmosphere was just so chilled (plus, plus, plus) . This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. This was The most painful, horrible, unflattering manicure. My french manicure, had a liquid red base which made my white tips pink. He had everything wrong and I couldn't wait to get out of that place. Cheap polishes and terrible quality of tools, not sanitary, he refused to soak my nails and ripped all them off. I have 7 real nails left under this plastic garbage. It is crooked and not good at all! The nails are curving upward and it is incredibly thick. It's expensive for terrible quality. The white is mushy and all chipped, there's pinkish reddish polish on some nails, the white is uneven. This looks incredibly tacky. Save your money, it'll go to waste. Read Less

I really like this place a lot. No appointment, just called before driving here and they saw me right away for a mani and a pedi. I am a soap and water girl...so pampering and treating myself is a rarity. Because of that, im wary when it comes to these places and kind of an awkward turtle. But the tech, Becky, was very nice and did an amazing job on both the pedi and mani. The chairs were massage, and she took extra time to massage and exfoliate my feet and hands. I didn't feel like she rushed at all, yet the mani and pedi only took and hour. So super efficient! I got a neutral tone color so that it could match with a lot of outfits for work and I love it! I always go gel nails (just stays longer and I like the look and feel) and the nail polish brand I usually opt for is OPI.Overall, really great place and not too pricey. It was about $50 for both. I was looking for a new place to try out...what a mistake coming here...my nails are ruined! Taking them off and some of them were ridiculous to come off which I've never had such a big problem getting them off before. My thumb is all messed up. Pulled nail and skin off at the edge...was bleeding some as well. Such a horrible place to go to. Never again will I go back!!! I tried new places here and there but overall I find this place the best of all and end up just coming back here. I get a gel manicure and a pedicure every 2 weeks and it always comes out perfect and no problems. I'm not sure what the girls name is but I always get here and she doesn't speak much English which is fine because I don't want to talk to anyone when I'm having my me time lol she cut me a few times and then I had someone tell her to be careful and it never happened again. I've been here 3 times, the first 2 were okay. The last time I went, was the worst manicure experience of my life. The nail tech cut me, which whatever it happens, but I'm bleeding a lot for a normal little cuticle cut, this lady starts painting over my blood. Then gets some kind of strings in my nail that I asked her to please pull when I couldn't get it out myself. She gave me so much attitude, and left the string telling me she can't do anything. I come here with my husband at least once a month for mani pedi and for gel mani and reg pedi. Usually go with who ever is available. I like the spa, but I recently stopped going to another spa because I go to feel relaxed and the new owners started playing cartoons so loud on the TV etc. So I stopped going and found Lee's. I like it. Felt such ore relaxws. But this is second visit, and as I sit here, there are 5 employee men sitting right next to me watching TV and talking out loud so much I just want to leave. Go outside and talknif its slow not next to clienta eantong to relax.I am not relaxed at all. And playing their phones and videos on cell out loud. That should NOT be allowed. Get earphones. LOVE this salon. I was referred by a friend and I am SO grateful for the recommendation. The women that work here are so sweet and have great attention to detail. Their gel manicures are amazing (especially with the sprinkled glitter on top). the owner goes to great lengths to make sure all of clients are comfortable as well as knowledgeable about all the services that they offer. Coming to this nail salon is the best decision in this week. I spend lots of time on Google to find a good salon to do my manicure and pedicure and waxing also. Some other place I see some good review but they are quite far from my house, so I decide to come here, because it is near my house, only about 200m. This nail salon is amazing. The manicurist doing my nails for me is talented one and patient. She does her job very carefully and quickly. She gets all good products, both lacquers and gel polish are all from famous brands. Great find! This location is very close to my work, so I figured - why not? Went in during a busy lunch hour and still got out in an hour. I had the gel manicure done (French), and it was fantastic! My manicurist has incredible attention to detail, made sure I was happy with all aspects, and can carry on some funny conversation. And they use OPI GEL products! Hard to find! Read Less
