I've been going to Dainty's since I was in high school, and I'm out of college now. The past three times I've been in, the service hasn't been good. I don't mind waiting if I don't have an appointment, however, my nail techs have consistently rushed my manicure and pedicure. They don't clean my hands and feet properly at all. Every time I've left, I feel as if I could've saved my money and done my nails at home. This is a recent change from The Dainty's I used to know, and I will definitely not be returning. Read Less

I've been to Dainty's multiple times and always recieved great service. I've had manicures and pedicures. You're not crunched in like other salons. Love the atmosphere and tall ceiling. Came here on a Saturday around 3pm. Called ahead to make an appointment and when I showed up, I was almost immediately taken care of and yes they were busy. I got a gel manicure and pedicure with nail art on both that cost $67 total plus tip. The service was very fast but I did not feel rushed. My nail technician took her time giving me the look that I requested and for that I was very happy. I got what I was looking for however I later felt the design was done in such a way that it was very lumpy which bothered me as I would have rather it be buffed down before finished but that's in hindsight. Just got my nails done by Kelly, such an amazing beautiful job, I showed her a photo of what I wanted and it looks even better than the photo. My manicure was $55 for a new set of acrylics, a little expensive but totally worth it. Definitely would recommend this place Read Less

The staff were friendly and patient with my questions (this was my first ever full gel set). The inside is very serene too. I got pink gel with one nail on each hand with gold glitter accent. My total was $50 which confused me because their prices say $35 for a full set and $5 for nail art. I can't help but I feel I was taken advantage of. I have been to Dainty's 3 times, and each time with nail tech Eve, and my nails have been perfect! She is thorough, careful, and very talented. She takes her time to ensure you have beautiful, long-lasting nails, unlike most of the other nail spas in the area. I highly recommend her. I absolutley love this place. Its the only nail spa that ive seen like it. its a very cozy feeling inside. They always have spa like music playing. The lighting is perfectly dim. Theres barely ever a long wait. They have a lot of techs that work there so they strive on good costumer service and try to keep it flowing. I usually salon hop beacuse ive only been getting a wax (Ive been doing my own nails lately to $ave) so I just drop into any salon I see thats closer to me than this one, but none of them can compare to this one.
