LOVED my experience today! Went with my mom and sister in law and we had a fabulous time! The ladies who did our nails were so attentive and kind. They were so gentle and took care of us! We had some really good conversations and made some inside jokes with them. They had such good customer service and they did such a good job on our nails. I really like this place.  They are all so sweet and accommodating. I got a pedicure and gel manicure on a Monday.  Friday the manicure began to chip so I went back and they completely redid all my nails for free. This time It lasted just over 3 weeks before coming apart. That's perfect. Read Less

Found this little gem on Yelp, and boy was I lucky!!! Julie was a doll and treated me like a queen bee! I went in for a full set of acrylics and a regular pedicure. Upon reading the menu, I opted for the "deluxe" pedicure & I am so glad I did!!!! Julie took care of my toes & was so gentle when she needed to be, and perfect when I needed a better scrub ;) she even checked for ingrown toenails, which was a plus! Julie spoiled me with a scrub, cooling gel, HOT STONES, a bad ass massage, warm towels, & even warm wax toward the end (upgrade and you'll understand )!! By far the best pedicure I've ever had - hands down! After, Julie led me over to her station and she began my full set of acrylics. All I had to do was show her what I wanted & she NAILED it ;) The shape is perfect, they are sturdy & I am so in love with the gel polish ^.^ This place was hella awesome & I highly recommend you stop by! Had a great pedicure experience here on New Year's Day. I opted for the deluxe pedi and I'm glad I did. I am terribly embarrassed to admit that my heels usually need quite a bit of work, and they did a really thorough job on getting rid of built-up skin. Stopped in for the first time a few days ago to get glitter acrylic overlay and a pedi. As mentioned this is some luxury place but the service is good! Let me tell you this was by far thee best pedi I have ever had! I will only being going to them for my pedicures from now on! My nails came out pretty nice too. A tad thicker than what I'm custom too but still very nice. I plan to return again to see if the service is consistent ! Over definitely give them a try if your in the area ! Read Less

I am Customer in this place since 2003, of course we have our break time because i was not in town i join the Military and when i came back, i used them again, even now they accommodated me with my disabilities and welcomed me with my fabulous Service Dog, they are very attentive, and caring about theirs customers. i read some others comments and let me assure you that those lady always ask you first and tell you prices  i am not new and they still do it for me, every month. with them never have a cut, burn, or bad experience... One day I came out of work and needed a place to unwind, relax and just pamper myself after a long and stressful day of work. I was new to the area and noticed that Venus Nails was still open. Ms. Julie and her staff were very welcoming and eager to help. I liked that they didn't try to over sale me their services which gave me the liberty to select what I needed done. I was here last month with my roommate to get a nice spa pedicure. This was my first time here. There was no one in here (Customer wise), so this was nice experience to get seen right away. This was my roommate's first pedicure, so he was a little nervous. The staff was very welcoming, kind, attentive, and made us at ease. I thought the spa pedicure was perfect. They made sure we were fine during the process. They carried on a conversation with me during the process, which I enjoyed very much. Overall, this place is a high recommend place for pedicure, manicure, or eyebrows. I got my eyebrows done too. The lady did an excellent job. Went here to get a shellac manicure. I made an appointment this morning with Julie. I checked out the location first yesterday. I arrived about 10 min early for my appointment. The place was pretty busy (two ladies were just sitting down for pedicures) and one was waiting. I was a bit nervous because only Julie was there and there were people already waiting. Julie started to soak my nails to remove the gel polish I already had over my natural nails. I sat there long enough for her to complete one of the pedicures. The other pedicure was still waiting as well as the other appointment. By then, a group of 5 little girls (with their moms) came who wanted their nails painted. They were told to wait a bit but they were walk-ins. Pros-location, friendly staff, good nails and products seem okayCons-a little shabby looking and run down. Appointments could be managed a bit better. I ended up getting gel powder put over my natural nails because for some reason mine were very brittle. She did a nice job. I'd go back! Read Less
