I walked with my friend for manicure and pedicure. The place had enough seats and not enough personnel. I ended up getting a pedicure, my friend waited 40minutes with her feet in the water then walked out. They charged me 30 dollars for a half fast pedicure, no exfoliating scrub and no color, no wax and no service. The worst experience. Never coming back here and I will tell everyone. Read Less

I went to here based on the good reviews and I've no disappointed The salon has a big parking lot so I got slot for my car conveniently. They did my nails fastly for just half hour. The entire salon is clean and not smell acxiton. Worth every penny even it's a bit higher than other nail shops! Would coming here again! Read Less

Why isn’t there a zero star rating? This place deserves it. The worse customer service I’ve experienced at any nail salon! Completely awful. I went in for the first time and had some questions about their services. First the very rude older lady that seems to be the manager/owner started yelling at the man that also worked there, who was standing right by door smoking, for not helping her. When she was done with that and I was able to ask questions she told me that I was taking too much of her time with my questions, in the less than five minutes that I was there, when there were no other clients waiting and it wasn’t closing time. It’s a shame and an embarrassment that people who manage services like that do not have any people skills or common sense. Save your money or spend it somewhere where they treat you well. Read Less

Have never had any problems about my nails after trying it out. The girl offered the list of OPI colors when I sat down in the chair and sweetest to chat to. We told about products and design for each fingers. It's very friendy and helpful. Love guys! Also, their prices are fair too! Read Less

I walked in around 2:30 with my mom and daughter to get pedicures... they took forever and did a crappy job!! I do the gel on my toes and nails, both were bubbled and sticky and they took forever!! We didn't walk out til 5 and we each had our own person working on us. The man hurt the back on my heal and was rough. Then when it was time to check out (4:55) it cost me $70!!! Victoria was amazing! My acrylic nails looked fantastic, perfect shape, thickness and color. My eyebrows matched and were beautifully shaped. I take my daughter here for her pedicures and manicures. Last visit I brought my daughter and 3 of her friends. All had tips put on and gel coats. Staff is amazing. Super friendly. The service was awesome...I received a pedicure, which was amazing, especially when you have ingrown toenail issues. My nails fell of literally 8 days after the visit! After literally paying a fortune for gel polish I never went back since January although I live 5 minutes from there. I went here around Christmas, and got my friend and I pedicures as my gift to her. She was fine, but I ended up getting a severe skin infection! I had to go to urgent care, and I was on two different antibiotic treatments for a month! This place is disgusting! Do not go here! Read Less

When I first walked in, being the only "colored woman," I was just a little nervous. Take it I'm visiting from Georgia where racism still is alive. I asked for a pedicure & my wait was about 15 minutes. The day prior to my visit, I spent hours at Magic Kingdom walking.. 7 months pregnant! Even that morning my feet were still in so much pain. Finally, time had come for me to soak & that was lovely as well. I was actually just getting comfortable. So of course, my wait was a li...ttle longer.. only two employees at the time so I wasn't in no rush anyway.. remember earlier I said I was at magic kingdom all day well yea I fell asleep! Lol, everyone around me thought it was cute because you can clearly see it pregnant. The nail tech, I didn't catch her name, but I explained the reason I'm here because my pain was almost unbearable. She reassured that her massage would get the job done. I believe God personally blessed her hands, this was the best I ever experienced! I have no more pain and they are painted so pretty. Even with customer running in, she took her time & that's appreciated. I was only able to tip $5 because Disney is extremely expensive, but if I could... I would have tip much more. This is hands down the WORST nails salon I have ever been to! I have been getting my acrylic nails done for the last 12 years and I have never been more dissatisfied! I went to get a fill on brand new tips that were just 2 weeks out to the day. The man who did my nails left them rough and uneven when he painted my nails he used polish that bubbled I complain to him he took the polish off and repainted it a different color however he left it so thick that it took hours to dry ...and still had bubbles. I went back and had them repainted again thinking that the topcoat was bad I went back that night and had another man repaint them and they still were not right!!! The next day Mylee who is the owner, told me that my nails were all bad and that she could guarantee the paint but not my nails that needed new Tips even though I had gotten brand-new tips two weeks ago. The very next day my acrylic broke on my thumbnail I went back to her where she explained to me that there is no guarantee on any of their fills or any of their acrylics she would do me a favor and fix this one nail. The very next day my index finger broke but I didn't want to go back and deal with it again I just filed it down however two days later one of my nails completely broke off when I went back there to explain to her that it had been less than a week and my nails were all popping off she ripped the nail off of my finger told me that I was too stupid to understand what a fill is and that she does not guarantee her work!!!!! When my mother and I tried to speak to her she continued to talk over us was incredibly rude and said that if we wanted to call and complain about her then here was her card . I took all of my nails off the second I got home and will never go back!!! I've never met anyone so rude in my life! I was very impressed with the care and attention from staff. I had a great pedicure and I thought I had a great gel manicure until the gel cracked and chipped on the second day of having them done. I went there this weekend it was horrible. They guys that did my pedicure needs to go back to school not. Good job at all. The polish he used I guess was so old that it is already messed up and I let it dry 1 hour before I left. Then he did my nails and they are lumpy and horrible I even broke nail already. I decided to stop in & get a pedi/mani.  The lady did a decent job but she did not do the massage at all even the description of the treatment suppose to include it.  Customer service was really bad, they did not know that I understood Vietnamese & they actually speak to each other & talk bad about customers.  My nail technician spoke to the one nearby saying that I am stupid because I did not realize that they were trying to put the flip flop on & did not bend my foot to make it easy for her, & the other one added in the comment about my stupidity.  It would have help if they communicate with me  rather than only to each other & expect customers to read mind as I was looking at a magazine at the time.  After I let them know what I heard she did not even apologize & just saying that how they normal speak to each other about customers to fill the time  in the salon so it really meant nothing.  No apologies whatsoever.She then start doing my mani & I should have stopped her & just walk out but  I didn't - that was bad of me because she cut it too short & now one of my fingers is hurting.  The place is dirty & there are dust everywhere. I went & got my nails done & they did a GREAT job! I had really short nails but they've been on for 2 weeks & none have come off. Every other place that I've had them done at some always come off. So yes, they are a little expensive but it ends up being alot cheaper in the long run because none come off & that means I don't pay another $3-$5 each to have them replaced. Funny that the same thing happened to me recently.Twenty dollars was added to my transaction and i discovered this when i was checking my bank acct.No valid explanation either but the money was mysteriously returned to my acct. when i explained that the bank will be investigating.It,s just plain theft.My advice ,pay cash or don,t go there.There are many reputable salons around with honest people that do just as good work or better for a lot less. I went to this store to get my eyebrows waxed on 7/5/08 & paid with my debit card...everything was fine until 2 days later I checked my bank account and noticed they charged another transaction on my card. When I & asked why they chargd me again but this time fr more, they had no explanation!! They blew me off and gave me the run around.
