Appointment with Tina. One of the best experiences ever. Clean and gorgeous salon. Nails done with SNS. Technique was perfect. Pedicure was a milk/honey deluxe and very relaxing. I was a bit skeptical after reading reviews. Salon is very busy yet all clients were seen promptly. Perhaps those that felt "rushed" in the reviews only paid for "express" services. This place is great ! The only reason i cant give it 5 stars is because they dont have a big collection of regular nail polish . Its just a small rack on the wall. But There are tons of Gel & SNS nail colors though ! Amazing pedicures, there was a small imperfection on one of my toes and the lady was happy to fix it for me . Overall the view and cleanliness of the facility was on point - the experience was quite the opposite. The tech that served me was in a complete rush. After he completed refill, he took me to the pedicure chair and proceeded to polish my nails there! It was so uncomfortable holding my hands while sitting in the pedicure chair as well as ensuring that it wasn't going to get messed up! He also performed the quickest pedicure of my life. This has become my go to nail place! I've gone to many in this area and this is definitely my favorite one. The salon is always so clean and the employees are all super friendly and professional. One of my first visits I did get a not so great manicure, after sleeping on it I went back to see what they would do and had it redone no questions asked. Great customer service! I visited this location for the first time this afternoon and can truly say it is worthy of all 5 stars! The location is immaculate, has very inviting decor, and is extremely welcoming. My friend and I walked in without an appointment and were taken care of immediately. I had a gel manicure done by Brian and he did a fantastic job! In town on vacation and needed nails done desperately! Walked in without an appointment and was seated immediately. Helen was nice and talkative their gel nail polish is amazing and organized neatly in a book for easy selection. My old gel polish was removed and part of the $30 manicure. My mom and I decided to go here after seeing all of the great reviews online and they didn't disappoint! The spa is very clean inside, the nail techs are extremely professional and friendly! I LOVE this nail salon. The salon only recently opened. It is clean, and the staff are professional and super friendly. I scheduled my appointment through Yelp yesterday. It took less then 5 min for owner to respond back to me. I was amazed. My appointment was scheduled for 9 am and I was in the chair at 9. Victoria was my technician. This is a brand new nail salon that opened a little over 3 weeks ago.In that time I've been twice. Once for SNS and again for SNS and a express pedicure.The express pedi is their most affordable pedi coming in at $28. My pedi was good. The nail tech was friendly,attentive and the massage chairs weren't to shabby either as they are new. Also they use the plastic liner for their pedicures which I like for sanitation reasons.They offer a ton of pedicures ,too many to name.In terms of the SNS and gel polish they have an abundance of colors to choose from. This is a plus with SNS because not only is it hard to find salons that offer it, but it's hard to find a salon that offers beyond pink and white in it.I will however say I would like to see more color choices in their regular polishes. They have a good number of polishes but I feel they need more diversity in the colors.Visually it's a very nice salon. More on the upscale side. Great craftsmanship and attention to detail.The techs are kind, and do not rush through your nails. If you ask them to do something to your liking they do so with no issue.It's a great place for vacationers and locals alike. My only suggestion would be they may want to look at adding one or two small pedicure stations for little girls. I've seen them in other salons and since alot of out of vacationers do stop by I think it would be a nice touch for the little girls as I did see one getting a mani and pedi today. Read Less
