Went for 2 pedicures and were told it would be about a 30 minute wait. Waited maybe a little longer than that until we were taken back to the pedi area. The water was cold, but she turned on the hot water after I asked. Still we sat there watching pedicure after pedicure finish up and the people working seemed to disappear, all the while noticing the disarray and filth around the shop. And no one checked on us. After being in the chair for another 30+ minutes with our feet now in plain, cold water (no one bothered to at least pour in the blue stuff), we decided to slide our wee feet back into our shoes and get out of there. Horrible service. Horrible women. Horrible product. DO NOT GO!! You walk in and there's walls of chairs and polish and it's clean ahhhh LIES! I wanted a normal shaping of my nails and Fall polish on my toes. I had to argue that my nail was cut crooked, they pushed gel in my face and the first few colors they didn't have. Gahhhh so my toes I'm asked to pick a color while my mani is drying. Once again ALL OF THE COLORS ARE GONE. so my fall theme turns to Halloween. My entire pedicure was the pedi from hell. They cut my cuticles and kept going shorter and shorter until i was bleeding. Surprise I have hemophilia and don't stop bleeding right away. The woman continues painting after digging a soaked cotton ball into my wound. Continuing this adventure was the nail art I thought was a good idea. There's no examples to see so I pull up Pinterest and find just a generic 'firework' of color with Halloween colors(spiderweb was too hard). Y'all... three tries later we got ALL the colors I asked, a design that took up the entire nail and I sorta stop bleeding. Deep breath, stand up and sit under a fan to let them dry. I get the thumbs up they're good. And head to the car barefoot. I put my shoes on to get out and pump gas, drive home barefoot and wtf do I find in my shoe? THEYRE RUINED! There's paint smeared in my left shoe and the acetone has eaten away my right shoe's interior. I was attracted to their location, reviews and of course price. It's all lies. Do not go here. My boyfriend and I love coming to Elite for their deluxe pedicures. They include a paraffin wax for your feet that leaves them feeling like silk. They give incredible foot massages as part of their deluxe pedicure package, which is the reason I can always talk my boyfriend into going. It was an ok experience, I went around closing time on a weekend & they were very welcoming for me to get a mani & pedi . The mani wasn't the best . My regular spot was closed so I came here and my acrylic came out very thick, the shape is bad. All I wanted was short squared nails & a lot of them are crooked and sloppy with the paint . The pedi was fine& quit enjoyable . The women was really nice . But it's just my nails aren't on point cause it looks so sloppy . The nail polish is thicker is some spots and it looks chunky . I probably wouldn't recommend to a friend ... prices are outrageous !! Read Less

This is actually my second time coming here and they have both been an amazing experience. This second time I received my deluxe pedicure by Wendy who is super sweet and professional on my first trip I completely forgot to get the name of the lady who also attended me but she also has a cute bob cut like wendy!  I live in Davenport and I have slowly tried all the nail salons on Us27 through the ones at championsgate and I'm sticking with elite nails! They absolutely take their time with you even if they are busy which is pretty great because you receive quality work all the time so I never mind waiting if I have to.  When I first previous reviews I was a little skeptical but I always tend to give everyone a chance. ZERO STARS!!!! I just moved to the area and unfortunately had to change to a new nail salon. Had a pedicure here and it was far from good. But I thought maybe the woman wasn't their best. I went back about two weeks later for an acrylic fill and pedicure. My pedicure is fine, but only 5 days later 7 of my nails are severely lifting. I went in this afternoon asking if they could be fixed. She said only 3 were lifting and in need of repair, the rest was growth. There was barely any space between cuticle and acrylic but 7 nails were lifting from the sides. I asked her politely to repair them all, she argued with me, telling me what needed to be done. She jerked my hand around, filed roughly while loudly speaking about me with her co workers, each of them coming to look. I finally had enough and told her she could just stop I'd go somewhere new. She refused, saying she'd fix them yet she still was only working on the 3. After me telling her they all needed to be fixed because in 16 years of having my nails done off and on, I'd never experienced several lifting in less than a week she yelled at me more telling me I didn't make sense. I left and went to a nearby place who fixed them all, did an awesome job and charged me half price. Save your money, go elsewhere. Read Less

Took my 14 year old for and Eyebrow wax. Prior to my daughter going back I told the lady she just needed an eyebrow wax. The lady took my daughter back and I went ahead and paid for the service. This is a normal routine. We have done this on many occasions at this location with no issues. When my daughter returned the lady asked me to pay for the "lip wax" she did for my daughter. My daughter is 14 and did not need a "lip wax". The owner could tell I was upset and told me I did not need to pay. Clearly the extra $8 was not a big deal but the fact that she did this to my 14 year old is what made me so mad. I know they want to make as much money as possible but really?!?!? I asked my daughter why she would let the lady do that and she responded with "I had no idea what she was asking me". Get some class people! Do not go here unless you enjoy having your cuticles bleeding and crooked acrylic nails.  We had an awful experience here.  They had us pay before the services so that we "wouldn't mess up our nails" when they were finished.  We now know why they wanted payment upfront - we wouldn't have paid at all after the terrible and painful services they provided.  We spoke to the manager and he wouldn't offer anything but to take the acrylic nails off.  Are you kidding???  After the pain and mess they already made we wouldn't dream of having them touch us again.  After arguing with the manager for a very long time he finally agreed to refund the money.  I absolutely hate to give bad reviews but this is really necessary so that nobody else gets hurt. This is a great local nail salon. I've been to others in the area and I like this one specifically for the cleanliness which seems to be lacking in the other places. The staff is friendly and they'll spend more time speaking to the customer than each other. I also think the prices are decent. I've come here to get acrylics in the past and I thought they did a good job, some techs have a harder time doing designs than others. Also the shoulder massages are a bonus. Most recently I've been coming here for pedicures. For $41 you can get a deluxe treatment with massages, hot towels, paraffin treatments and polish. The whole thing takes a little over an hour. I recommend making an appointment because they are always busy. Read Less

Went to get a spa pedicure and gel manicure and within 3 days my nails were already chipping! The quality of the polish sucks. Stopped into Elite Nails on Sunday because my regular place is closed on Sunday's & my nails were a wreck. I meant to go to my normal spot last week but after being sick, I was finally better Sunday and in need of a new gel mani. Got there and signed in. Waited about 10 minutes (they were pretty busy) before going to a station. The girl who did my nails was very nice. She was friendly and wasn't rough removing my old gels. I picked my colors (they have a BUNCH of options! Like a whole lot), settling on black & pink. She nicked one of my fingers pretty bad, and I've had to clean it out each night since to avoid infection. It hurt a bit. She did a mostly good job. The tips of my nails kind of look like I've had the mani for a week, as it looks like she didn't quite hit the end of my nail. I don't quite know how to better describe it. Between nicking me bad enough for it to hurt 2 days later & the sloppy way the tips of my nails look, I'm just meh about her. Included in the mani price is a 60 second neck/shoulder rub. Which was nice but it was very short & rushed. After that, I realized how badly I need a longer one. The shop is clean. Up front they have manicure stations, then a dividing wall and behind that are the pedicure stations. I didn't go that far back. Prices are a little higher than my normal place, especially since the quality is not as good by any means. Friendly service, no refreshments offered, substandard service=solid 3 stars. Read Less

Lena is amazing! It's my first time here and I love her already! :) I'm on vacation, visiting my boyfriend's parents, and wanted to have my nails looking good. I picked the right place! Don't listen to the negative reviews, they must've been isolated events. Everyone here is really nice, they seem to all do a great job, and they'll become talkative, if you engage them. They also seem to all have happy, regular customers. There are a ton of colors to choose from and with my ADD brain I had Lena help me choose. She chose a perfect pink color for my gel nails to complement the OPI color we went with for my toes. :) :) :) :) she definitely gets two thumbs up from me and this would be my nail salon every time, if I lived here. If you're looking for a relaxing experience do not come here ....came in with my sister and both picked  same services Sister: mani service with the massage her pedi was rushed because her tech has another client that had come in during her time..switched tech for mani that left dirt under her nails. Only thing she liked about the mani was the back massage Me: pedi was rushed as well very short massage  and my mani took about 10 min with no lotion or massage  ...I didn't say anything be I figured maybe she do it while my nails were drying and nothing never came back to check on me or pull my pants down so that I wouldn't mess my mani up While we were there they made fun of a client that complained about the hot paraffin (client was still there) Read Less

I just recently visited and I have to say I was surprised at how friendly the staff was. I arrived 30 mins prior to closing and assumed they'd turn me away for a pedicure (as another salon just had) but they welcomed me and didn't cut corners. For $26 the price is average and I was so happy to see that they used sanitary bags for their foot soakers (another salon had recently given me a small cut which had gotten infected). The salon looked clean and when I tried to give my hostess an extra dollar for being so kind and letting me arrive so late she profusely denied it saying she was so grateful for what she'd already been given. The people are friendly enough but the quality of work done on your nails is mediocre at best. I was a regular customer but after the other day I won't go back again. They close at 8pm and I arrived at 7:15pm for a refill and they wouldn't serve me because they said they didn't  have time!!! Seriously??? I've been to other nail salons and you can arrive ten minutes before they close and they will still help you with whatever you need.  Obviously they don't need my business, so I will just take my money elsewhere :) Read Less

I just moved to the area and the other nail places were already closed. It said they closed at 8pm, and I got there around 7pm. Go here for a pedicure my feet look great!!!! I would say probably not for any actual nails; pink and white, acrylic, etc. I got white tips with acrylic over them, and they must use cheap products cause after 1 week all the nails were lifting, this shouldn't happen when you're charged $35-40. It was very clean and they seemed nice, but coming from NYC, those prices were outrageous to me! And for the price, the pedicure and manicure were terrible. I have nail polish all over my cuticles, and that was after she "cleaned it up". They also gave atrocious color recommendations. I had to remove everything after paying all that money.
