Quaint spot located on a vacation rental resort property, LOVED it. They were very nice and accommodating when I arrived a little late to my appointment. It was kind of confusing and tricky to get to! I had the 50-minute deep tissue massage. It was exactly what I needed. The masseuse focused on the areas I needed done most. She was constantly checking to make sure I was ok. Some of the moves she did I had never experienced before. It seemed like the 50 minutes went on forever. Love this Day Spa.  I go to the location at Bahama Bay Resort.  Massages are wonderful there, Irina is the best.  Treatment rooms are beautiful quiet serene and clean.  Staff is friendly and talented and does not pressure you to buy anything or upsell.  They provide a wide range of massage modalities and facials. Visited the spa today with my daughter and friend while on holiday from Scotland to celebrate my 50th. From the moment we walked in we felt so chilled out. The staff are lovely and the spa itself has such a relaxed atmosphere. We were in for 4 hours for spa package and it was marvellous we floated out afterwards. Have booked in again for before I leave. I totally agree with Jessie, Cenote Day Spa is a hidden gem. We took a girls trip down to FL and out of the 9 of us 5 of us had a spa day. Out of all the spa services I have ever had, this was the best. Everyone enjoyed their spa treatment. When I'm back in the area, I will definitely book with Cenote Day Spa again. I decided to try this place based on the positive reviews, and I wasn't disappointed! My first appointment I got a mani/pedi for my wedding. Katelyn did an outstanding job and was very patient and helpful while I spent a fair amount of time trying to pin down the look I wanted. My nails were perfect and lasted over two weeks! I received an Swedish massage at Canote Day Spa. Katelyn was amazing. She verified my needs and offered to adjust the pressure to my liking. I did not need to adjust anything. It was like she could sense what I needed or read my mind. In the past a Swedish massage was not firm enough for me, but Katelyn's touch was the perfect amount of firmness. I have been looking for a nice spa since I moved here six years ago. Nothing fancy just a nice spa that was reasonable. This place is perfect. I have been here several times and each time I leave feeling relaxed and pampered. I had my first massage ever here and I am hooked. Was a huge risk to use Cenote because I live in the UK so had no trials or idea of what to expect, my shellac nails were amazing and stayed perfect for nearly 6 weeks. While our stay at Bahama Bay, I had a 'Me Morning' and indulged in a shellac manicure and an amazing facial. It was an incredible experience. I had a wonderful and professional expirence at Cenote Day Spa. I took my boyfriend for his first ever massage (we did a couples massage) and though he was nervous to begin with, we were both instantly relaxed. Me & my wife went in for a pre-wedding couples Spa Sampler.  We initially had a problem finding the spa entrance (its in Bahama Bay at the main checkin clubhouse roundabout). Once arrived, the ambiance in the room was very relaxing.  They had a salt lamp and white noise on.  The massage was great and the 30 minutes seemed much longer. The facial was refreshing and calming.  The pedi just added to the relaxation.  We had a mimosa (no charge) and all the techs were friendly & accomodating.  The only issue we had was that we were charged more than we should have been but that was corrected within an hour if our departure.  Would recommend. Katelyn and Tami blocked out the whole afternoon just for us girls and we were given great attention and great services! They also had an array of fruit, cheese, crackers and cookies laid out for us to snack on (a ton of food for an additional but reasonable price!). We were then given robes and led to the locker room to put our things away. I had my manicure and pedicure done by Megan and I absolutely loved her and the work she did. She and I had a very fun conversation while she worked. Actually, we all talked. The ladies there were so nice to sit and chat with, very receptive of us and funny! At one point I think I drank too much and Katelyn saved me and gave me some ice and allergy pills which helped bring down the redness and swelling haha! All of my friends had a great time and I really feel that Cenote gave my sister the experience she was looking for! Oh and a note, there is also a pool and sauna you could use but I didn't. Wonderful spa experience!! Highly recommended!! The staff is friendly and super knowledgeable. Most important the hygiene is followed to the letter of the law!! I had problems at other places with my nails. And had no idea other places were NOT following the laws set to protect consumers. It is a totally different and healthy experience. One of the worst spa experiences I have ever had!  It took me a week to cool off before writing this review. My father was staying at the resort for three weeks while in town for a conference. My husband and I decided to spend a week with him. I decided it would be relaxing to get a massage and facial while in town. I looked on the spa website and it stated they had a 50 min massage and 50 min facial package for $129. I thought that was a great deal. I called to make an appointment, as I was scheduling for the next day. A woman answered the phone and was laughing hysterically, I thought wow that's unprofessional. Once she stopped laughing she said "I am sorry we were looking at houses online and one of the houses had a yellow Polk a dot bathroom". What?!?!  Really you are going to tell a customer that?  I asked for any openings they had the next day and she said we can get you in at 9am, we will start with massage and end with the facial. Great!  I was all booked. The next day I arrived at the spa, around 8:50am, I was greeted by the massage therapist and asked to fill out a form with my name address etc...i was taken back to the massage room without a wait and told to get comfortable and she would return.  My massage was great, no disappointment there!  When I was finished she excused herself and I dressed back in my street clothes. Normally I would prefer a robe so I did not need to undress again for my facial but I understand it was a smaller spa so I thought nothing of it. As I exited the massage room, I was greeted by another member of the spa who seemed to be frantic. She said "when you called yesterday to make your appointment did you mean to schedule for today?"  Um.....yes, that is why I am here....The lady then stated that they had scheduled my appointment, they scheduled for the next day, so they were overbooked for today. But, they were going to fit me in. At this point I am starting to get upset.  It is not my fault they overbooked and maybe if they would have been paying attention when booking me instead of looking at houses, this wouldn't have happened. The woman stated she would like me to take my time getting comfortable and she would return in about 10 minutes after she finished a brow wax. She the left the room only to knock on the door two minutes later and state that she would start my facial and have my mask sit while she did the other clients brows. Fine, no big deal to me. She starts the facial and puts the mask on she tells me to relax and that she was going to do the brows of the other customer and would be back in about 10 minutes. She then proceeds to tell me she has never left anyone alone with a mask on and if I needed anything to KICK THE WALL AT MY FEET, because she would be in the next room and hear it?!?!?!After 30 minutes of laying on the table with the mask on, she finally returned.  She proceeds to complain about the client she was just giving the brow wax to!!!  Takes my mask off does one other step and then I was done.  What??? I did not pay for a 15 minute service with a half hour of laying there on a table. I paid for a 50 minute facial. When I went to check out I asked to see a manager and was told one was not available. I then felt like they were trying to make up for the incident by giving me samples. I don't want samples I wanted an apology and a discount. It is not my fault you overbooked!Bottom line worst spa service and facial I have ever received.  Proceed with caution!!! Read Less

This is my absolute favorite spa! Katelyn really cares about her clients and it shows in the way she runs her business. The facility is beautiful, the staff friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere relaxing and inviting. I've been for massages (Irina is great!), facials, pedicures and manicures and have never been let down. They offer a discount if you're a local which is a nice bonus! I also love the monthly specials and the pricing for quality of service can't be beat. Don't bother going anywhere else in the area -- stick with Cenote and you'll be happy! Read Less

We had a great time at the cenote spa. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating for our large party. The one thing to take note of is that the spa is small, so it may not be comfortable if you want to have everyone in at the exact same time.
