Why tf do my nails look like this?! Not only do they open late but this guy must have been filing my nails with his eyes closed! He cut themfreehand and didn't even bother to check if they were the same length! Why should I have to come home and file my own nails?? I used to love this place, until they ripped my 14 year old daughter off! She paid cash and then paid the balance with a card. They charged the full amount on the card and pocked the rest. When my daughter finally noticed it, I went and spoke to the owner Tina, only to feel like a liar at the end of the conversation. Where is customer service these days! We have been loyal customers for years and tipped well. We also recommended people there. To only be treated so poorly! I was not trying to get something for nothing just wanted to be compensated for being charged too much! Tina and I used to talk about our kids all the time, my question to her, is how would you like if someone did it to your kid! Hard lesson learned from my kid, especially when it came from someone who you like, trusted, and respected! I went to this salon one day to remove my acrylics and I told the owner I want to wear my natural nails for a bit. He told me that they have a new technique called dip and its good for your nails , took the chance and said okay .  They lasted me 3 weeks before they grew out and finally grew out after a month . By then I said ok good investments. They didn't chip or break or get discolored so I was happy. Went there and some other guy did my new set and I noticed his way of doing it was different he said it was to make it more flat and natural , 1 week later my nails looked liked they did when I went to get them re done after 4 weeks! Crazy ! I work a busy schedule so I went to them today and the owner said to me that it depends on my body temperature how fast my nails will grow? Excuse me ?? Why didn't you advertise this when you told me how long they would last when you were trying to sell me something ?? Unacceptable and when I told him I need them redone he said there is nothing he can do and I told him I would never come back and he said no problem with that . Obviously they don't care about customer satisfaction and to think I brought a new client with me when I went a week a go. Never again ! Read Less

I feel like I should give two separate reviews. One, for Jennie, her eyebrows are incredible. Two, someone else did my fill. Omg? I can see the lines from my old nails. The top coat peeled within 2 days. Disgusting! Second time my fill came out awful. Well, I can't come here again. I have to be seen in public..I can't have my nails looking like this. Read Less

It's pretty sad when you're a regular customer and you walk in and your regular nail tech says yes I'll take her and the owner said no we're closing. really bad customer service I will never be coming back to his place and everytime I do go I would spend a lot of money and always tip extra they just lost a customer Read Less

Hate my fill. Looks like a toddler did them. I am not going back here! I can still see the lines from my previous nails and I am just pissed. I recommend going to happy nails. The man who did my nails today looked like he was new or something. Disappointment ! Read Less

I stumbled across this place on yelp after searching for a new nail salon in coral springs.  I stopped in on a Monday evening and got my acrylics filled in by the owner.  I was very pleased with the end result and my nails turned out better then they ever have.  It is a cute salon and the owner was very nice.  I would high recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a place to go to in the area.
