Overall it is OK. I had an appointment at 6:20, I needed my nexgen nails removed and just paint my nails with gel polish. I really didn't like how they operate...you start out with one tech and then go to another one, like who am I supposed to tip? Anyhow, I didnt ask for full mani like I received, and the paint job was not good. It was so far from my cuticle ,it looked like I had it for a week already. Some nails look uneven, thick and crooked...I will probably give it another chance but if I will get same results ,I will not be going back

I asked what time they were going to close I was told by the gentleman who answered 7pm. He asked me
what I wanted done and what time I could come. I told him a fill and polish change on my toes. I should get there by 6:15 or 6:30. He told me that was to late. I actually got there at 5:50pm. The man at the front me what I wanted and when I told him he told me it will be a 45 minute wait. I sat there. Meanwhile 6:30 a woman walks in he ask her what she wants and she says mani and pedi and he allows her to go right to a chair and started to get served. I was still waiting so I got up and left because I had go and meet someone. I came back the next day around 3:15. The man at the front told me We are booked for the day I was going to do you yesterday but you got up and left. I told him I left because I realized I had to go and meet someone. I just turned around and left. I felt rejected and disappointed that he remembered I left and wouldn’t allow me to get served the next day. If I was upset when I left I wouldn’t have come back the next day. Very rude, arrogant, and I will never go back there again.

After bouncing around from salon to salon I happened upon this gem due to the referral of a friend. I’ve been coming here for 4+ years now and every single person at this salon does an absolutely amazing job! Each person is extremely professional, always happy and eager to make you feel glamorous. The salon is always clean, always updating, and always adding new colors and better products with hundreds of colors to choose from in gel or normal polish. Everyone I have brought here has been delighted with their experience. I can’t thank Tony and his team enough for always being amazing! I will continue to be a customer here for many years to come!

I was a customer of this salon for several years, however, after today, will not return.I had a 12:30PM appointment today. I called at 9:00AM to see if it was possible to make it 11:30AM instead. I was told that it was fine to come at 11:30AM. I showed up at 11:20AM and was told by the guy doing nails in front that I "should not have changed my appointment" because "she" had to leave to get her son and the person who answered the phone didn't know her schedule. He was annoyed at me?! WTF...I was so annoyed, and still am. I asked why someone didn't call me and he told the they didn't have my number. I responded that I gave my number when I made the 12:30PM appointment, did it just disappear? I walked out. I will not return. I know that nail places are a dime a dozen, but it's nice when you're able to find a place that you like.So here I am, searching for a decent nail salon in the Coconut Creek/Coral Springs area. Preferably one who values my time as much as theirs.

Not the best nail salon. Pedicure tools were all kept in a tub not sterilized. Chairs suck. Barely soaked my feet. Design looks like a 4 year old did it. Won't be back.

I got a full set with nexgen and I absolutely love the outcome. I plan on coming back to this place regularly. They have so many nexgen color options. It's truly a hidden gem!

This is my new favorite nail place and will definitely keep going back. My best friend recommended them and to get my nails done by Tony. Tony is a nice sweet guy and an amazing nail artist. The nail work he did on my was amazing. Got the shape and length just how I wanted it ! And the color selection they have is amazing ! The only reason why I took off one star is that they charge for nail shapes etc , these nails really add up at the end of it all.

I have been going to TMT for about a year and half now. Even when moving away recently, I still go to them! Tony does acrylics beautifully and has never once hurt me. He is careful and precise. I usually get a gel manicure and a pedicure with Chong. She makes sure every detail is perfect. But everyone in the nail salon is great! The salon is very clean and sanitary, there are many colors to choose from, the pricing is excellent and everyone is friendly!

Absolutely terrible. Tony is very rude and condescending. My nails and toes started to chip on the corners after only 5 days (gel manicure- regular pedicure) I came back to see if they would fix it but they wanted to charge me! I have never had a gel nail polish come off in 5 days. What's the point of a gel? I would've gotten a regular manicure! The staff was rude and laughed when I came in with my complaint. I barley have time to get my nails done the first time let alone come back because you messed up and then pay! Absolutely ridiculous.

Very pleasant & happy staff with a smile on their faces. This is important to me because I like to be taken care of by someone who is happy with what they do, not miserable all day just collecting a paycheck. They were very polite and asked questions along the way to make sure my nails look just how I like. Great color selection (they are just starting NexGen so this collection is a little limited, about 30 colors). I was put with Tina who is very sweet and works really well. She's quick but with lots of attention to detail. My pedicure was fantastic, from the water temp, to my nail length, the hot towel, and massage, it was an all around great experience. Decent place with excellent pricing. No need for all the fluff to jack up prices and make you pay a fortune. Already made my next appt!

I've been coming here for pedicures once a week for the last month. I started because it was such a convenient location to my home and figured I would give it a try. I've read some of the reviews and some were just kinda way off base. Honestly it's very sanitary. They use plastic slip covers and sanitizer in each chair. Their instruments are autoclaved prior to be used on each individual and I personally think they do a nice job on the pedicures. The color selection is a bit lacking but they do have enough to satisfy. The ladies I have used so far have always been pleasant and don't even judge me when I may have neglected to shave my legs for a few days Completely happy with this location and their service

Garbage. We came here many times for services and it was fine. Nail supplies odor is very strong in here. My husband and I had appointments today, walk in and the bitchy tech that was at the front when we walked in said we didn't have appointments. When I gave her the person's name it turned out it was SHE who took my all and failed to write it down in their appointment book. I asked if we were will receiving treatments today and she wakes away and started working on someone else's nails. I asked 3 more times before she even bothered to look up, while all of the other patrons and her co-workers were staring, waiting for her reply. Someone else finally came over and said no one else could take us today. What the heck is that kind of behavior? None that we will put up with. If appointments aren't kept, walk ins sure as heck aren't welcome.

They are nice enough when they have you in the chair BUT yesterday my experience was horrible. i walked in at 5:30 and as they were occupied I was told I had to wait 20 mins. I said ok and sat down patiently. After 30mins and 3 customers coming in after me and getting the same service I was waiting on, I asked if I was going to be next anytime soon. The response I got was so rude and full of bad attitude I was appalled and walked out. I was basically told to sit down and keep quiet because those people had appointments. Why tell me to wait if you are booked with appointments??? and she had a horrible dismissive attitiude. NEVER going back or recommending!

I have been going to TMT for about a year and half now. Even when moving away recently, I still go to them! Tony does acrylics beautifully and has never once hurt me. He is careful and precise. I usually get a gel manicure and a pedicure with Chong. She makes sure every detail is perfect. But everyone in the nail salon is great! The salon is very clean and sanitary, there are many colors to choose from, the pricing is excellent and everyone is friendly!

I've been going to TMT Nails since they opened nearly 20 years ago. Rarely do you find a salon where the customers stay that long unless they are exceptional. At TMT Nails, you can be confident that they do a great job every time. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable. I would definitelyr recommend TMT Nails.

I have the dip with extensions and it takes some time to soak it off and do a new set, they close at 7 and Emily stayed till 7:30 to make sure my nails came out perfect, especially when doing a french on the dip. She took her time, she was not rushing and she knew exactly what she was doing. Tony and his wife were also so sweet!! I am so involve with my nails! thank you Emily!!

They are the best in this area! Nails and wax jobs are great here. They offer complimentary water and I know they used to offer champagne. Fair Pricing. Pedi's are my fav here!

Absolutely terrible. Tony is very rude and condescending. My nails and toes started to chip on the corners after only 5 days (gel manicure- regular pedicure) I came back to see if they would fix it but they wanted to charge me! I have never had a gel nail polish come off in 5 days. What's the point of a gel? I would've gotten a regular manicure! The staff was rude and laughed when I came in with my complaint. I barley have time to get my nails done the first time let alone come back because you messed up and then pay! Absolutely ridiculous.

Very pleasant & happy staff with a smile on their faces. This is important to me because I like to be taken care of by someone who is happy with what they do, not miserable all day just collecting a paycheck. They were very polite and asked questions along the way to make sure my nails look just how I like. Great color selection (they are just starting NexGen so this collection is a little limited, about 30 colors). I was put with Tina who is very sweet and works really well. She's quick but with lots of attention to detail. My pedicure was fantastic, from the water temp, to my nail length, the hot towel, and massage, it was an all around great experience. Decent place with excellent pricing. No need for all the fluff to jack up prices and make you pay a fortune. Already made my next appt!

I've been coming here for pedicures once a week for the last month. I started because it was such a convenient location to my home and figured I would give it a try. I've read some of the reviews and some were just kinda way off base. Honestly it's very sanitary. They use plastic slip covers and sanitizer in each chair. Their instruments are autoclaved prior to be used on each individual and I personally think they do a nice job on the pedicures. The color selection is a bit lacking but they do have enough to satisfy. The ladies I have used so far have always been pleasant and don't even judge me when I may have neglected to shave my legs for a few days Completely happy with this location and their service

Worst manicure ever. It wasn't relaxing, they are extremely lacking in color options and the outcome was horrible. Cuticles everywhere, uneven polish, bubbles. Yuck! Will not be returning.

Just for that gel top coat was $10 extra. Yeah, will not do that again! And the reason the acrylic smells so bad, is because they use MMA acrylic, bad stuff. Google it.

Garbage. We came here many times for services and it was fine. Nail supplies odor is very strong in here. My husband and I had appointments today, walk in and the bitchy tech that was at the front when we walked in said we didn't have appointments. When I gave her the person's name it turned out it was SHE who took my all and failed to write it down in their appointment book. I asked if we were will receiving treatments today and she wakes away and started working on someone else's nails. I asked 3 more times before she even bothered to look up, while all of the other patrons and her co-workers were staring, waiting for her reply. Someone else finally came over and said no one else could take us today. What the heck is that kind of behavior? None that we will put up with. If appointments aren't kept, walk ins sure as heck aren't welcome.

They are nice enough when they have you in the chair BUT yesterday my experience was horrible. i walked in at 5:30 and as they were occupied I was told I had to wait 20 mins. I said ok and sat down patiently. After 30mins and 3 customers coming in after me and getting the same service I was waiting on, I asked if I was going to be next anytime soon. The response I got was so rude and full of bad attitude I was appalled and walked out. I was basically told to sit down and keep quiet because those people had appointments. Why tell me to wait if you are booked with appointments??? and she had a horrible dismissive attitiude. NEVER going back or recommending!
