I have been going here to see April for a few years now.  She is the best nail tech that I have ever had.  She is always professional, friendly, and gets the job done!  She also does an excellent job waxing eye brows.The only​ complaint is that the services are a little expensive. Read Less

Best pedicure ever received, she was a small Asian woman I forgot her name. She really got all the dead skin and cuticles off! Took her time also. But unfortunately I must have picked a bad polish because it left streaks on the sides, I noticed this once I left and should've gone back my fault. My gel manicure was also very nice! Ura did my nails and she was very thorough and sweet. She was also patient considering I had to bring my 10month old who woke up mid session! Needless to say she was great doing one hand at a time so I had one hand to tend to the baby. My daughters also loved it here they weren't rushed as salons usually do with kids, my girls like their massages and cuticles cut too, who doesn't! Recently had the pleasure of going here for a gel manicure. Reasonably priced and looks great. I got a French manicure. It is gorgeous. My daughter got an acrylic fill and single color and was over the moon. Nails are holding up great. My tech was April and she was great. Appointments can be made online which is super convenient with my work schedule. This has been and will continue to be my goto nail spot. Read Less

I have gone to The Studio Nail Spa twice and enjoy the friendliness of the staff and the services they provide. However, my most recent visit was ruined once I reviewed my credit card activity to find out I was overcharged $17.00 (billed $50.00, instead of $33.00). Since the business prefers you tip with cash, I did just that. Unfortunately, someone thought they could write-in a large tip of their own without me knowing. They were mistaken. This transaction is now being disputed with Visa. I recommend all patrons check their credit card activity/statements often, especially with this business. They like to steal money. Read Less

I will never come back. If you ever have Jimmy do your nails ask for someone else because he is awful. the paint job on my nails is streaky and uneven even tho i asked him multiple times to even it up. He also ruined the shape of one of my nails and when i asked him to fix it he tried to tell me it was the way my nail grows, yet it was perfectly fine before he started cutting and filing. It also took an hour and a half just do to a filling. I majorly regret coming here and i will for sure never return. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Read Less

I checked this place out for the first time. She cut my cuticles multiple times on both hands and then blamed me. She was pretty patronizing about my concerns. After the polish inevitably messed up when I got up to leave, she once again blamed me. The prices were reasonable but I don't like feeling like I spent money to feel bad about myself. Love coming here when I come home! They have 16 pedicure chairs, and 14 manicure chairs. There is usually no wait. They're also competitively priced for the area - a basic pedicure starts at $23. My pedicurist gave me such a great leg/calf/foot massage. I really like that they wipe down your leg with a hot towel after they have massaged you with lotion. Sometimes the lotion is too much, so I feel sticky. The hot towel is a great quick clean. I've never had a manicure here, but i'm sure they're just as great!PS: I don't have a standard person. My schedule is always unpredictable so making an appointment is impractical. I come when I can, and I go with whoever is available. Haven't had a bad experience in 5+ years. Read Less

I went here 2 weeks ago and every one was very nice and professional. The place looks good and is also clean. I received the pedicure with a gel manicure which turned out nice but didn't last long enough. My gel manicure was expected to last 3 weeks but didn't even last 2 weeks. I will admit my nails do seem to grow quick but the polish is not supposed to peel off so soon when I use gel polish. Also, the polish on my toes also chipped which has never happened to me before. My pedicures usually last me a full month. Although the service was great,I will not be going back since I wasted my money the first time. Read Less

Friendly environment and great service. I prefer to schedule with Suki who does the best gel mani's. STAY AWAY!!!!!! Walked in & asked the lady in the front how much it would be for acrylic with gel polish. She asked me to give her a minute, went to ask another lady & when she came back, I was told $35. I called a nearby salon and asked the same question, and was given the same price of $35. Because of this, I decided to just stay here at The Studio. They sat me down and did my nails, and the lady who took care of me was great, however when I went to pay, it was an entirely different story. I handed the stubby, chunky, indian looking lady my debit card & she tells me it will be $42. This caught me off guard, and I went on to explain that I was told it would be $35. This is where her attitude began as she told me I was lying and wrong and that her price was set. She then went on to tell me that if I wanted to know a price, I should have asked her. (she was not there when I arrived & asked the price & there was no sign stating that prices can only be told by her). I told her that was unfair, and if that were true, her staff should know better than to give customers prices or at least be knowledgeable on prices. She had my card in her hand and took it upon herself to swipe it as quickly as her fat little arms could move, and then repeated rather loud "THAT WILL BE $42." How is it that I had to pay for the lack of training and knowledge of her employees. An honest business person would have honored the price I was given and if they were that hungry for the money, take it out of the employees check that misinformed me. I will never return to this unprofessional place & I will make everyone around me aware of what happened so they can steer clear of this rude, dishonest business. A real disappointment. Read Less
