My experience in this nail spa was really horrible.First of all the manager is very rude and they keep on talking on their native language and don't listen to you at all. They behave in such a way you can't even express your dissatisfaction. They are even rude to you and your nails . I was literally scared the way they started treating my nails. Do not go here!!!! Horrible service, my nails were awful I tried to a refund but the manger kept fighting saying that the nails were fine. I have never had a better pedicure experience.  Ever. They use a buffing machine like I've never seen.  It definitely makes ones rough feet smooth again! Walmart is a decoy for a great mani/pedi experience.  No wine nor ambiance but the end result is superb and the prices are completely ON POINT with quality mani/pedis. Please remove the association with Walmart from your brains repertoire. They're not associated; just the hub.  If you expect to pay Walmart prices (and they happen to be VERY reasonable here) then you should expect the same type of service you might receive from Walmart. Great for walk-ins. Staff people are nice. This place doesn't have that strong chemical nail salon smell which is way to strong for me. There's no bad smell. If you need help picking out a color, they're nice to recommend a color for you. Their waxing is good. I like their message chairs at the pedicure section. Just let you know, this place is not very big. You might have to wait a little bit but it's worth it. Read Less

Had the worst experience here ever! Took my daughter for her first set of acrylics. The tech was a very young guy that I'm sure is unlicensed. He took over an hour and a half to do them and did a HORRIBLE job. When I tell the manager her nails look bad, she gets offended and starts yelling.Needless to say, I will not be going there again! Kept waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes.2 nails had a bit of infection which must have happened from another place I visited 2 weeks ago. The nail person told me that it was my fault it was infected because I treated it bad....her exact words.. Lousy customer service. Not friendly in the least. To add insult to injury, I was charged an extra dollar because I paid by credit card. She will never see me in there again. They don't even deserve 1 star. Read Less

I am always hesitant to try new nail salons but this one exceeded my expectations. I went here yesterday and received a pedicure from Mel, who was very professional and courteous. She also recomended a pretty blue for me, which I loved. The cost is average @ $20.00 and they also offer other waxing services and eyelash extentions too. Read Less
