I recently got my nails done here before maybe about a year ago with the old owners and I HATED them so much! They were so rude to me! But now they have new owners and inside looks completely different omg! It looks like a spa and they have calm music playing, I almost fell asleep! I got a gel mani/pedi by Linda and I LOVEEEE them! My experience was not great at all. I wish I'd caught the guys name who had done my nails because he was absolutely terrible and the least bit of welcoming. My nails as pictured are only 4 days old! After 4 days I should not be seeing my nail bed. He was very pushy and wanted me to get an even more expensive service that I didn't ask for. I hate going somewhere where it's all about the money and not customer service focused. I might add that when I went to dry my nails I accidentally hit it and he had to re-do 3 additional nails. Of course, as expected he caught a fit about re-doing them. Pink nails is under new management and I love it. The new owners are amazing and the work is worth every penny. I disagree with the color selection, they have more than enough gel polishes to choose from. Nikki is very pleasant and Her customer service is exceptional. Horrible. Went in for a simple refill and design no one here knows how to do designs properly.. you are being charged 15 dollars extra for a limited supply of gel polish(25-30 polishes at max) ...a lot of the polish do not even match what is being displayed..the techs are very undertrained and unqualified for the pricing of the service. The new manager Nicki is extremely rude and does not listen if you ask for anything too specific. I came here once to fix a nail, and I've been a customer ever since. Vicki is amazing. My old nail tech always refused to do a coffin shape on natural nails with hard gel overlay, but Vicki was able to do it without any problem. She is the best! They have a wide range of colors, and they have various types of chrome... my fave.  The pedicure is really relaxing, and last forever with gel. I love this spot, and will definitely return. The owners of this store are the worst! It was my first time getting my nails done (acrylics) . They did the complete opposite on my nails from what I wanted. So I told the guy that was doing them (one of the owners) that I didn't want them like that. He got super mad and annoyed so I told him he needs to watch his tone when he's talking to me. There was really no reason for all the hostility I just didn't know all the damn nail terms and I got confused. So right after I said that he got the nail clipper and clipped all the acrylics, yelled & kicked me and my friend out... who at the time was getting her nails done too & left me with broken nails. I had to go to another nail salon to take them off it was super painful. I would NOT recommend this place. I now go to to this nail salon called "lux nails" on university and royal palm right next to the cvs. They treat you with respect and do and much better job then them. This place is really clean but other than that... actually, that's really it. I asked for a simple overlay and it's already chipping and it was done yesterday. The lady in the front (the owner) did my nails and she wasn't careful at all. She cut one of my fingers and instead of putting the liquid to make it stop bleeding she put glue on my open cut and said it was "liquid bandaid". Never going back. Read Less

The place was cleaner than other nail salons. Price of a regular pedicure is 22$. I appreciate that the lady took her time and didn't rush, but the overall job was bad. As you can see in the photos, my toes were filed unevenly, the paint was patchy, and the paint job itself was sloppy. I understand glittery white is a hard color, but it could've at least been neat. A friend referred me to this salon and told me to ask for Tony. I called and scheduled an appt with Tony which seem to be not a problem. When I got there, Tony seemed annoyed. When I sat down for my pedicure he reprimanded me for making an appt with him. He said loudly in front of customers that he was the owner and does not due services. I should have asked for a technician so they can make them money. This continued for several minutes. I explained that that I was a new customer and he was referred. He still ranted that someone else should be doing the pedicure but he would do it. They have 4 pedicure options. I picked the $45, the most expensive one, because it said a 10 minute hot stone was included I. Addition to the other spa treatments. Well the stone massage was just under 5 minutes!!!! When I mentioned that it said 10 he said he did that. I said that I was watching the time and he didn't. He ignored me. For that price it should been about an hour. This was under 40 minutes!!!!!! He did a nice job on the mani pedi but I will never go back. Came in for a pedicure. $22 for pedi and $32 for mani and pedi combo. Place is very clean and well kept. Girls here are very nice and do amazing... music is like pop rock which is easy on my ears also they don't talk amongst each other like other nails salons u go to where they are always speaking in their native language and u have no clue what their talking about. I'm only giving two stars because the nail tech was actually nice but since she was in a hurry and messed up my matte nails. She put oil on my hands once the gel manicure was done and the matte top coat turned dull (no matter how many times I washed my hands). The owners treated everyone else at the shop nicely offering them drinks and food but I was completely ignored. As a first time customer I was disgusted by that. I can only wonder why I was treated differently than other people. They won't be getting my money again. Every customer should be treated equally regardless of color, race, gender etc. Read Less

Hands down the best recommendation to a nail salon I've ever had! Tony is the newest owner and he is hands down the best! I recommend you request him specifically if you're coming here! This is the most cleanly nail salon I've ever visited. All of the workers pay close attention to detail and again they are very sanitary. I will gladly be the first to review this nail salon. I believe that if their is a place out there that does bad business, people should know. I was completely lied to about one of their products. I paid extra for nail polish to last 14 days. It completely fell off after 5. I saved the nail polish (yes, it came off as a whole) and brought it back to the salon for another manicure. bad customer service isn't even the start of it. My nails were completely ruined. I came back with my receipt and was lied to and said they would not fix them.
