Walked in without an appointment, they took care of me right away. Didn't get the nail tech's name but she did a great job. She didn't over-clip my cuticles which happens all the time and she listened to me about the shape I wanted. I got a gel manicure for $25, it came out pretty great. Would definitely go back here. I'm usually not one to write reviews but I am so unsatisfied with the gel manicure I got I had to write one. My nails began chipping one day after I got them done. It's only been 5 days and there is a strip of polish peeling off of one of my nails. I came here just because it was a convenient location, but I will go to my usual salon for now on. Read Less

Been coming here for. year now and I love this place. Never have to wait for my pedicure. Great prices for pedi $20 can't beat that and a good job. There always busy. I also get my eyebrow waxing done here $8 bucks. The people here are very nice and welcoming. Unlike some salons you walk in and their rude. It's so close to my house too less then five minutes away so glad I found a decent place close to my house. I'm a regular here. I've tried other places in the area but this one is my fav. don't get your nails done here unless you're willing to waste your money on getting your nail done so horribly. wasn't satisfied with how my nails were done at all. the only person there that knows how to do nails at all is kevin. my nails looked so horrible, i had to go somewhere afterwards to get them fixed. i'd give them no stars if we're possible. horrible, horrible, horrible!!! I have never wrote a review especially a negative one but I get my nails done regularly with acrylic and I've been to this establishment on 2 different occasions where I learned that these people are no good with acrylic both on hands and feet. Kevin rushed my nails and this was a set started by him which he put the nails on crooked while he was in a rush and I pointed this out to him and he waived me off and continued to rush and it was only mid day and I was the only customer! Within one week 2 nails fell off(which I paid to repair). They do fine with regular polish not acrylic that's why they are never busy. Just left from getting my eyebrows done and was not satisfied! I work near by and decided to go over while on my break, but I am so upset with myself for not going where I usually go down in Hollywood. My eyebrows are still thick after repeatedly telling the lady I wanted less hair. NEVER AGAIN!  If I could leave ZERO stars I totally would!  It took me some time to write this review because I was angry... I wanted to make sure my emotions didn't play a role in my review, but honestly that is difficult when you leave the place bleeding...yes blood!  During my pedicure, the technician cut my big toe while cutting cuticles...  Not my cuticles, my actual toe!  She then cut my thumb when cutting my cuticles on my hand!  Really?  She then said I was too sensitive for her and she wasn't going to cut my cuticles at all... Ummm...I get manicures and pedicures regularly and have never been cut or told I was sensitive. If that wasn't enough, I went out that night and put a pair of socks and boots on. When I got home, my socks were stuck to my nail polish!  Apparently old nail polish has a tendency to remain sticky. Ewww... Needless to say, I went to Nails by Maggie on Sample Road and she made everything better. Never again! Read Less

My next gen manicure was done super quick. I don't know if it's because I got there at 6:30(they close at 8) but I didn't even get a massage or my cuticle/sides cut which if you see my hands they need to be. Second my pedicure was even worse. I could've painted them better it looks like my 9 year old niece painted them. It's only been 3 days and I've never been this unhappy with my mani/pedi I now have to go get my nails re done tomorrow. No. Nope. No, Thank you.Not even the spa massage chairs save them. Indulge at your own risk, side effects include: bleeding cuticles, rude service, long waits, understaffed, overpriced, soaking in tepid water forgotten and alone, and half assed pedicures. They won't even let you sit 5 minutes past being done with your quickie pedi while you wait for whoever you're with (they hadn't even started that one). Naw brah Read Less

It's unfortunate that I have to write this review, but I've never left a nail salon so angry before! First the lady makes my cuticle bleed. Then she tells me what color to put on top of my French manicure and actually gets pissed because I am not listening to her ugly traditional suggestion. Gets even more angry and tells the manager to come and convince me to switch colors too?! Really?! To top it off, she asks if I want to go dry my nails (under the UV fan which is what you would normally do at least for a few mins) or just go. Horrible.
