Went to get my nails done today & the guy was sucking his teeth at me the whole time because I asked him to make my nails even smh very loudly and clearly sucking his teeth like a pissed-off teenage girl. He then starts talking bad about me to his coworkers & kept looking at his watch like I was wasting his time. He cut me multiple times & Burnt me with the drill. Also grabbed my hands very roughly, push and threw them around in a very exaggerated manner the whole time. He was literally getting mad at me because he had to do his job. I remained calm & a lady because my daughter was there. But I felt so disrespected in front of her. I don't understand why someone would treat a customer like that. I wasted time & money because my nails are still uneven & painted very badly. At the end I was so tired I just paid & left. On top of everything they grossly overcharged me & even though the manager saw the man being very nasty to me she did nothing to stop him, did not apologize, & offered no kind of reconciliation. Had the worst experience of my entire life getting my nails done here I always come for the pedicures because they have hot stones but the time I needed a full set and I went to a guy sitting in the left back corner that was horrible my nails I've only been done for two days and they're already lifting and so thick I complained about my nails when I was in the salon and he told me that he could fix them nobody in the salon help me they said there was no manager that was even there or work to there they charged me full price for the worst set of nails I have ever received in my entire life after he "" fixed them" they still looked horrendous and he insisted that they looked fine.... arguing with me even grabbing my hands aggressively because of this I would not ever send a penny of my money in this establishment with people who have no idea what they're doing absolutely man maybe they need management since they said there's no manager I am so unhappy with my nails and the fact it's only been a few days and I need to go get these soaked off and wasting my money to get another full set by someone else because they don't know what they're doing really makes me upset and I would encourage everyone to stay away from this nail salon find another this place is nothing but an overpriced waste of money Read Less

If you want to be hurting when you leave and bleeding this is your place, I wish I could give this place a "0" doubt waste your time or your money! They have no idea what they're doing they're going to cut you and make you bleed! when your pedicure is finished it's gonna look like you need to do a pedicure. And the lady in the front absolutely gives no shits about you or the services nor does she care to hear you suggest your comments or upset for paying for services that you didn't get or that it wasn't a good pedicure!That her workers cut you and made you bleed,  it's very disappointing to be in such a high class area and a nice neighborhood to have a crappy nail salon they deserve to be closed down!! I would never go to this place again! The girl that did my nails was so in rushed, because she had another customer waiting for her, I guess it's a good "tip", that she left nail polish all over my fingers and hands(dark blue). Second time this happened to me, worse manicure ever. Read Less

Absolutely great service .. Very nice staff & the prices aren't bad ! The reason I put 5 stars bc after I've done my nails I was in a hurry to leave & when I got to my office I realized that I ruined & smudged one of nails . After I was done with work I went there again & the lady that works there her name is Queen fixed it with no charge @ she was very helpful ;) def coming back again :) Read Less

Walked in and asked for a Pedicure.  The lady upfront said "ok" and nothing else so I sat down.  They moved the pedicure stations to the back room so I couldn't tell if they were busy or empty or what. I was waiting for someone to tell me how long the wait was and no one ever did. Waited about 15 minutes and walked out. They lost $30. Read Less

I was looking for a nail shop in the neighborhood. Figured that a shop that's been around for awhile in a busy plaza must be doing something right. I will say that they seemed nice & helpful. Prices were right. But it goes down hill from there. From the very poor color selection of polishes, the place is covered in acrylic dust, very dirty tools & chairs. I had fills & a pedicure done. 5 days later my polish is worn off, even on my acrylic which I usually get a good 2.5 weeks easily. My pedicure isn't any better. Don't pedicures usually last a good month? The only thing that I can imagine is that they're adding acetone to their  polishes to stretch them out. When I had to go back the next day after my fills to have some "bumps" smoothed out, they were anything but nice about it. I tried to leave a tip because it was a different person than had originally done my fills & my hand was pushed away with a nasty glare. I would give it a 0 if I could.  Very rude owner and nail staff had an attitude.  Called first to make my appointment and told them I had a gift certificate.  They said no problem. Went in for my appointment.  The gift certificate was for a pedicure and manicure.  I have acrylic nails so upgraded and told them I would pay the difference for the fills.  I must say the pedicure was the best one I ever had, but the rudeness and what followed was so disgusting that they lost a permanent customer.  I wanted to find a new pedicure place, so was initially thrilled that I had found one.  My nails were done okay, not great, but okay.  The bill was $64 and they told me that I would have to pay JUST the $18 upgrade, however when I went to pay and gave them the gift certificate that my friend had bought there, they refused to honor it.  Firstly they said it was not theirs.  It was, was purchased by one of their regular customers and had their name and address on the card that came with it. Then they said it was too old.  He said with an attitude that everyone knows that gift certificates expire in a year, but there was no expiration date on it and by law, I knew that I had 5 years before a purchased gift certificate with no expiration date, expires.  Then I told them about the law and they said that there was no one there by that name who signed it. Then they said that they had recently purchased the place and would not honor a certificate that was purchased from the previous owners.  Since they kept the name of the salon, I would assume that they purchased the assets as well as the liabilities.  I paid them and took the certificate home with me.  Here they would have had a permanent customer who enjoyed the pedicure and I would have told everyone about my positive experience, but he was definitely a foolish owner who knows nothing about marketing and having happy clients. That $46 extra dollars that I paid would have been a drop in the bucket compared to the money he would have made from me and possibly my friends over all the years to come as I live in Coral Springs.  I went home and looked up on the Internet when they purchased the nail salon.  They had incorporated and purchased it a month or so BEFORE my gift certificate was issued so it looked to me like they had really issued it in the first place.  They were new at the time it was purchased and that explains why their name was not printed on the top of the certificate, but was on a card stapled to it.  I really wanted to use that gift certificate as a very special friend gave it to me and felt that I was in the right, so crazy me went back to try again.  This time I just had a pedicure which was less than the certificate. When I went to pay, I gave him the law which I had printed and gave him my gift certificate again, thinking maybe he had learned about customer service.   He had already gotten $64 from me that he shouldn't have on the first visit.  Again he refused to accept the gift certificate.  I felt that I was in the right so I left him my certificate and the law explaining that he was in violation for not accepting it and left.  He called the police to come and arrest me, saying I did not pay for my service.  They came to my home and I was not there as I was out doing errands.  So they called my daughter, who in a panic put the service on her credit card and paid the bill and then called me on my cell.  The owner of the shop traced me by my car license.  I called the police man back and explained to the officer that he had been paid as I had a gift certificate which in fact was for more than the service I purchased.  He said that not honoring the gift certificate was really a civil matter that I needed to pursue separately.   So now they got two paid visits from me and I only came there because of the gift certificate in the first place which I could never use.  If you read many of these reviews, you will see that they have gotten many 1 star ratings.     Too many good places in Coral Springs where the owner appreciates their clients.  Here the owners are rude, narrow minded and have no business sense. This place is amazing! Everyone is very friendly and the prices are great the place is very clean as well. I usually have Julia do my mani and pedi she's great, she takes her time and does an awesome job. If you want and affordable relaxing place for a mani and pedi this is it! Read Less

I came in for a mani pedi and this place was just what I needed. It's small but friendly and the prices are very reasonable. The pedicure area was clean and they offer message chairs so that was nice ($20). The mani was very standard but again nice for the price ($10). Bring cash for tip, they don't let you but it on your card. Read Less

I will never go back to this salon.  I tried this place for the first time and the woman doing the manicure obviously couldn't care less if I ever came back.  She said one word to me the entire time, did a crappy job and never said thank you or goodbye or anything.  Just walked away.  All the polishes they had were old.  My friend thinks maybe it's a front for something else.  Salon wasn't busy....now I know why!  I would give it zero stars, but I can't post without at least one. :-( Read Less

I will NEVER go back to this place! It was my first and last time at Moonline nails yesterday and I will never go back. I called to make an appointment and the man that answered  was so rude on the phone. I went anyways hoping I would get someone with a better attitude---wrong. The same man at the front desk when I walked in was extremely unprofessional. It was my first time there and he acted like I was annoying him and taking up his time. But when other existing customers walked in he was so nice and accommodating. He also told me the people who do gel manicures were out of town and I couldn't get that which was fine with me. I picked a color for my nails and sat down with a lady who took my gels off and asked me why I didn't want gels I said I don't have time to change them every two weeks. She went on to say "for someone who doesn't have time for themselves I'm just going to do clear polish instead of color since you can't keep up with them" I should have walked out but I still had the foil on my fingers to remove my current gels. I will never go back to this nail salon---very poor way to treat new customers or any customer for that matter.  If you're looking for a pleasant experience while getting your nails done steer clear of this salon.
