Since I opened the door I knew it would a very bad expecience. I called to make an appointment at 5 because I had an event later, then I called at 5 to let them know I would arrive 3 minutes late and ...
Since I opened the door I knew it would a very bad expecience. I called to make an appointment at 5 because I had an event later, then I called at 5 to let them know I would arrive 3 minutes late and that's how it was. When I opened the door, I did not receive a single “Hello, Good afternoon, welcome” nobody raised the look, only one lady who I barely understand what she said. I just said “Hello, I have an appointment at 5”. Finally one of them with a kind of bad attitude turned to me like as I were asking for a favor, she asked my name and asked me to write it down on the list. They were all busy... Why they made appointments if they aren’t going to comply it? I waited 20 minutes and left. I cannot comment about their technical work but is a fact they can’t offer a complete and good service because lack of good customer service. Its a shame they do not treat their clients properly, at the end its not free money, we have to pay and give tip! is the worst customer service I have had so far.

It was my first time visiting this salon and I had an amazing experience! I called a few minutes ahead and they happened to squeeze me in at he last minute. Tammy did a WONDERFUL job! I highly recommend her. I got a gel mani and a pedi and I am very happy with the service I received! They also have a great rewards system! Please go to Tammy and she will take care of you!

I wouldn't recommend this place. Customer service Sucks. Walked in and no one was at the front, so i sat down waiting. Next thing i know i heard two workers talking in their native language, asked me what i wanted? i said a POLISH change on my toes and Gel polish on my hands. Then they said something to each other and one of them said oh it will be an hour wait.... Hardly had anybody in there. Now i see why. Thank god they not the only nail shop.

Excellent experience. I always get my Pedicure done by Tammy and she's wonderful. Very clean shop. Try and make an appointment but they do accept walk-ins.

Love it here. My go to nail salon. A bit pricy but all techs are good. Massage chairs are great. Service is great. Happy here. Nails last 2 weeks.

I'm writing this from the salon chair that's how disappointed I am with this place and the service I'm receiving! I'm being over talked and forced to change my opinion for a service that I'm paying for. I told her more than once I didn't like the shape before she started to put acrylic, didn't listen. Continued to tell me its my nail size, shape and everything else. And worst of all I keep getting burnt with the filer. I'll tell her it hurts, she'll continue to do it the same way so I'm forced to pull my hand away. Save your time, energy and money. They use every opportunity to try and up sell something. This experience reminded me why I don't try new salons!!!! I gave this a one star because my polish on my toes came out pretty!

I got a pedicure Saturday morning and the service was o.k. On Sunday I danced for about an 1 hour and my toe polish was gone. I was so disappointed because I dance all the time (at least once a week) ...
I got a pedicure Saturday morning and the service was o.k. On Sunday I danced for about an 1 hour and my toe polish was gone. I was so disappointed because I dance all the time (at least once a week) and this never happened before. Maybe it was the naik polish brand or too many coats, I don't know. But, I've never had polish just come off. 😐 So, I give the service at Lux 3 stars, but mainly for the polish not lasting more than 24 hours and the service is ok (nothing special).

I received the Nexgen nails and a spa pedicure. My daughter received a manicure and spa pedicure. After spending $150 not including tip, you would think it would last more than two days but it didn't...
I received the Nexgen nails and a spa pedicure. My daughter received a manicure and spa pedicure. After spending $150 not including tip, you would think it would last more than two days but it didn't! WARNING!! Stay away from them because they use extremely cheap materials!!

Won't be returning back here I'm writing this review as I sit in the chair for what was supposed to be a jelly pedi but clearly isn't I've had one done at at another salon before so I know what it's supposed to look and feel like and I'm also a nail tech and the customer service sucks I let the nail tech know and she didn't care basically so this will be my first and last visit

I'm really disappointed in the overall value of the services here. The gel polish I chose for my fingers was a grayish purple taupe. The technician only did 2 thin coats on each hand (several other places I have gone to have always done 3 coats to ensure a true color match). One of my fingers became irritated, it almost looks infected. It was very tender to the touch after I left, and now, several days later, has not completely healed. On another fingernail, my skin started bleeding while cutting my cuticles. I asked the technician to stop and move on to the next finger, but she did not. On top of that, on closer inspection of my nails, I realize they are not evenly covered. I can see some transparencies in areas. Only a few days after the service, I noticed the polish color on my fingernails has changed completely to a strange sandy beige, no longer even remotely resembling the grayish purple I chose, still on my toe nails. (I have not used any harsh chemicals or ingredients that would have altered the color.)Overall, I'm really disappointed in the quality of service I received, especially given how high the prices are. I would not recommend to others and will not be returning.

I would never bother myself with this place again. I went to get a polish change for my daughter and it was a disaster. We were treated with no respect and her nails look awful. It literally still has old polish on the nails!!! I asked to speak to the manager and she didn't care at all. I wasted my money here and will not be returning. My daughter is a paying customer and deserves the same respect as everyone else. They really ruined what was supposed to be a good time. 0 stars

This place definitely exceeded my expectations. I was looking around for a new nail salon in the area and this one came up with many positive reviews and I can definitely see why! I was greeted by smiling and welcoming faces and was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and it did not smell like your average nail salon. This places is extremely clean and the staff is awesome. Everyone working said "hi how are you?" With a big smile. Tami did my nails and honestly she did better than any other nail technician that has applied acrylics in the past. They came out perfect! I wish I could give it 10 stars instead of 5! I would definitely recommend this place!

Since I opened the door I knew it would a very bad expecience. I called to make an appointment at 5 because I had an event later, then I called at 5 to let them know I would arrive 3 minutes late and that's how it was. When I opened the door, I did not receive a single “Hello, Good afternoon, welcome” nobody raised the look, only one lady who I barely understand what she said. This place definitely exceeded my expectations. I was looking around for a new nail salon in the area and this one came up with many positive reviews and I can definitely see why!
